Susanna is very responsible to communicate, the room it's not too large but enough for 2 persons, if you will be stay for more 2 persons or family stay it's too small. the place are so good, for facilities the place (swimming pool and gym) it's very good. for facilities inside the room it's a complete but not very complete because there's have stove but they don't have pan or something for cook. the amenities so complete there's are towel, soap, shampoo and toot paste. the problem when I'm stay there it's the access card for lift it's can't function and the air conditioner I think it's too small for the room. so it's not cool for the Batam weather. and Susanna allowed me to late c/o for 1 hour. thanks for your help.

We had such a great time staying here! The house was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. It felt cozy and welcoming, just like a home away from home. The host was amazing—so kind and accommodating! Since we were traveling with elderly family members and young kids, they let us check in an hour earlier and check out a little later, which was really helpful. When we mentioned wanting to have a BBQ, the host even provided all the BBQ equipment for us. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even better! The only tiny thing was that the living room didn’t have air conditioning—if it did, it would’ve been a perfect 100/100, haha! Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and are super grateful for the host’s hospitality. Highly recommend this place, and we’d love to come back again! 😊

It can’t get more perfect than this. Location is central to everything we needed ( under 10 minutes walk to Paragon, Takashimaya) place is everything as he said it would be. Very thankful David let us to check-in much earlier than the time he specified, this allowed my elderly parents to be able to rest faster after our flight. Would definitely book again!

A home from home with everything you need and more. Excellent gym and the pool is huge and clean. Beach and golf course all within walking distance. Very close to ferry terminal. TV WiFi Shower Bed Linen all great! Even provides netflix! Justin is very responsive and helpful. He provided the apartment with much more than many landlord so all in all very happy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very nice place to stay with a good pool and gym. Spacious and good for a big group of people. Would highly recommend!

we found the lodging clean, comfortable and convenient… space cosy enough for a couple getaway… rico was a great host and very proactive to our needs… will likely use the place again during any future trip to Batam
