René is hands down the nicest host I’ve had. He provides clear and easy instructions for checking in. The apartment is in a secure building. He also provides an amazing list of bar & restaurant recommendations to help navigate all the amazing food and drinks CDMX has to offer. The apartment itself has one bedroom with en suite bath and the other bedroom has the bath located just outside the bedroom. The space was beautifully decorated and clean. Like really clean. My only complaint is that I hadn’t found this place sooner. I will 100% be back!

Absolutely fantastic location. Super walkable to so many great places. We’ve had issues with both water pressure & temperature in previous CDMX visits, but neither were a problem at all here which was very nice. Two very nice bathrooms & an excellent kitchen. Super quiet street at night, we slept with our door/window open & had zero issue with any noise. Would highly recommend Ale’s place to anyone.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este departamento. Es súper lindo , tranquilo y bien cuidado. La comunicación con la host es muy buena . Solo la zona es medio pesada , sugiero no salir de noche a caminar solo. Mejor tomar Uber y ya . Si cuidas eso la estadía es muy buena.

Todo estuvo excelente, el anfitrión atento a todo. Y en mi salida, se me olvidó mi cartera y me l resguardo por unas hrs. Todo de acuerdo al descripción, lo recomiendo al 100%

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

Estefania y doña Teresa son lo más atentas que puedas encontrar en Airbnb, la casa es sumamente acogedora, limpia y ordenada. Tiene todo lo que ocupes para una cómoda estadía, el barrio es increíblemente silencioso, seguro y pacífico. A solo unos metros caminando encuentras tiendas, restaurantes y todo tipo de cosas. Les estoy sumamente agradecido, inclusive me permitieron llevarle mariachi a mi esposa! Cuando volvamos a CDMX de seguro que vamos a agendar con ellas de nuevo. Bendiciones!

lugar tranquilo, es perfecto para descansar, abajo hay un restaurante que ofrece ricos desayunos.

Alojamiento cómodo y está muy cerca del centro de San Martín. Cuenta con las cosas necesarias para pasar un buen momento de descanso. La atención del anfitrión es excelente.

El lugar está limpio y ordenado. Las camas están súper cómodas. Solo está un poco lejos del centro.

Exelente lugar para quedarse un fin de semana y conocer Teotihuacán, la casa se encontraba limpia y en orden. fue fácil llegar y el anfitrión siempre nos contesto cualquier duda. Espero poder quedarme otra vez en un futuro.

Un bonito lugar con una vista y panorama excelente. Personal amable y servicial. El único detalle es que no hay aire acondicionado. Si volvería a hospedarme en este lugar

We loved our stay. Santa María is a beautiful area and feels like you are living as a local. We had a family of 5 stay and we lived very comfortable. The house had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. We particularly loved the courtyard where we had our meals and the kids enjoyed the 2 playgrounds the property offered. The building has 24 hour security and the area is very safe. Paty is an exceptional host very responsive and helpful. So much that she sent a toaster to us so the kids could eat toast. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful property in a great location. As good as the pictures suggested. Andrea also helped us to find a wonderful local chef who came in and cooked a couple of superb Mexican dinners for us. Three of the bedrooms are spacious and perfect. One is a bit smaller with no bathroom. The outdoor space is enjoyable and Andrea responded superbly when the city's water supply failed and supplied a tanker immediately. I highly recommend this place. There is a bit of street noise but we would happily return to this property

This is a fantastic place! It was very clean and conveniently located near many attractions. We felt very safe during our stay. David was an excellent host, responding to our questions almost immediately. The only we were a little bummed about was that there was no air conditioning. Other than that, it was an amazing experience.

This as a great spot to arrive to after some tiring travel. Easy in and out, and the neighborhood has anything to offer in cuisine, lovely walks, shops, parks nearby. Roma Norte is a fantastic neighborhood. I'm used o staying in neighboring Condesa, and the vibe here is slightly different and now I prefer its feeling of authenticity. The apartment is very comfortable– the bedding/sleeping was super comfy, and the bathrooms were great. The patio area is a big plus for privacy with beauty. A slight glitch with check in was recognized, and quickly remedied by the host, and made good. I highly recommend this spot, Enjoy!

This airbnb was perfect for my husband and I’s long weekend in CDMX. The pictures don’t do the space justice, its even nicer in person. It is also in the perfext location to explore. The hosts were extremely responsive, kind and informative. I would definitely stay again.
