Listing is as advertised. Very quiet, cozy, and 10 minutes from a ton of stuff. Street parking is generally available within a block of residence and Lyfts are plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Maxim is a wonderful host! This listing is in a quiet neighborhood, family-friendly, and walking distance to food, coffee, and the water nearby. Exactly as pictured, rooms are spacious, as is the common area. Parking is easy with a driveway and open street parking readily available. Maxim went above and beyond to make us comfortable and even delivered supplies to the house when he realized something was missing. Quaint front and back yard for lounging is a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again!

Laura's spot at the Viva Beach Life resort was exactly the peaceful getaway I needed! Stayed 4 days (3/22 to 3/26) and loved every minute—the simple pleasure of waking up to incredible ocean views, coffee cup in hand, NPR & you're literally steps from Mission Beach. Pictures don't do it justice; the place is even better in person & just as described. Laura was amazing—super responsive & made sure everything was perfect. Hands down, this is my new go-to spot for San Diego beach life. Highly recommend VBL if you're looking for a chill, quiet, peaceful vibe with an unbeatable location! Laura, you're the BEST! *Special Note* The garage parking may be tight for some larger cars, trucks, etc. I'm horrible at parking in tight spaces, but I found *free* overnight parking a block away heading west toward Mission Beach, aprx 50 spaces, & additional parking w/ limited parking hours (4am - 10pm). Also, be sure to bring a pad & pen if you would like to leave a note or jot something down. Enjoy!

Super responsive and communicative host - we only had one minor issue with internet access and he took quick action to make sure we stayed connected. House is in a quiet neighborhood -- walking distance to a few shops and restaurants but easy to drive anywhere else. Overall a very comfortable and trouble-free stay!

I've rented on the in mission Beach south multiple times. On the walkway facing the ocean. However, this place takes the cake no doubt. The place has all the amenities listed, Doug / Shawn care about this property and it shows. They have everything you can think of and more. A sewing kit was in the house. Who thinks about the unthinkable? These fine gentlemen do. Plus, this place comes with a garage (very rare) in South Mission Beach. Doug has won our business for life. The attention to detail, the friendly follow-ups, and always seeking ways to improve. Mission Beach is special but Doug and his family made it memorable. Thank you for all you've done! This listing is a hidden gem, steps from the beach, and more amenities than those listing beachfront. You deserve 100 stars

Definitivamente la casa de Lino supera las expectativas del huésped, la casa es muy grande las camas excelentes, sala confortable cocina con todo para hacer tus alimentos, el jardín hermoso perfecto para pasar la tarde en genera de la casa supera las expectativas y en físico se ve mucho mejor que en las fotos La zona es una de las más tranquilas en Tijuana, Lino está atento a cualquier petición y es muy amable te da las recomendaciones para que no gastes tanto y pases un buen rato definitivamente 💯 recomendable la casa de Lino, en mi próxima visita a Tijuana me volvería a hospedar con Lino, el cruce a San Diego está muy cerca No se arrepentirán realmente te sientes como en casa Algo que me sorprendió de Lino fue que 3 días antes de llegar me hablo para ponerse a mis órdenes y preguntarme si ocuparía algo en especial para prepararlo, es el primer Host que hace esto y te da una seguridad y tranquilidad de que la pasaras bien en tu estancia Saludos Lino excelente Atención 🙏🤩

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, and Dulei made it a truly pleasant experience. The space was well-organized, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift. Even though we checked in late, Dulei was very responsive and accommodating. Small details like the slippers by the door (which fit a women’s size 11!) and the toothbrushes for guests made the stay even more enjoyable. We chose this place based on proximity to friends, but would highly recommend for a peaceful and pleasant stay!

The location of the Airbnb was great and only a 10-15 minute drive to all the spots we wanted to visit. Quiet neighborhood and lovely space! Water was nice and hot and beds were comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality! Hosts are very communicative.

Was down for a concert at Pechanga Area and this was a great place to stay - only 6min drive from the air bnb to the concert.

Thia ground floor appartment is full of thoughtful details. Host was very friendly and communicative. Place is close to shopping centers and to SeaWorld. I recomend.

Rex and TJ have a great little place in a wonderful location. Photos matched the actual space and the description. I recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway in walking distance to the beach.

Third time staying and can honestly say that there is no Airbnb like this one. Beachfront beauty at an amazing price. There is physical no way to get a stay closer then this one on the beach !

What a gem! Highly recommended from just about every angle. The home is cozy and beautiful, but what really stands out are the amenities and the thoughtfulness of super-host Kim. The hot tub is perfect, as is the fire pit, and the home is decked out as fully as your own home, just much better organized and labeled. Dozens of games, a stocked kitchen, a shed full of beach and outdoor equipment, and so much more. Kim's 40-page homemade booklet of San Diego recommendations informed our stay in meaningful ways. Go for it -- a perfect base for your San Diego stay!

Great place quiet private and clean I’ll definitely be back

It was exactly as listed. Very cozy and nice decor. The blue accents are very pretty. Very comfy bedding. Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Bathroom was very clean. A nice big closet to hang clothing and store your luggage. A giant TV screen. A beautiful park across the street with a nice playground for the kiddos and then the beach. We took lots of nice walks on the walkway next to the beach. We had a very nice stay. Rex always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had. He is a great host.
