We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back! Virginie thought of everything international travelers might need for a beach getaway from the beach chairs, table, and cooler to helpful directions and welcome notes. You can’t beat the convenience to the beach and the pool was an added bonus when the beach got too crowded on big cruise ship afternoons. Highly recommend booking!

Tibo’s place was just perfect. Just what we needed for our Saint Martin vacation. Right one the beach, close to the water and everything the village has to offer. Tibo made us feel at home during our stay. We loved it and plan on returning soon.

From the moment I booked our hosts were super helpful & responsive. All instructions were well laid out, and sent in advance. Checking in/out was simple too. The place, I don't think my words will compliment Shell Beach like experiencing it in person. Beautiful & quiet little gated community with the beach as your front yard. Not as busy as some parts of the island, and it was perfect. Very clean, bright and well kept, our hosts had a lot of extras to be able to enjoy the beach or day excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place, and our hosts to other travelers who wish to experience St Maarten and not stay in a hotel!

Perfect place to stay! So easy - the beach was right in front of our place, we visited Wai Beach Club everyday and didn’t even think to walk further because they were so nice and food was great. The downtown restaurants are perfect for dinner - and a 1 minute walk. In the morning we went to the other couple cafes that were also wonderful. A small market is a couple minutes walk. All so convenient made the trip very relaxing. We loved having each bedroom with its own shower. Everything was spacious and clean. The nice pool is accessible from the backyard which was so easy. Very sweet, nice, responsive and helpful hosts.

Absolutely Amazing!! ...Tibo was a fabulous host and made our stay!! The views... the vibes..the food...the sound of the waves ...Nothing else needed.. Truly so cool and very unique...no where else we would rather stay... Thanks for sharing your little piece of Paradise. See you soon!

We had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back next year! Sylvia greeted us at check in. She is wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. The unit is lovely and well kept. We love the location! Steps from the beach and D’s restaurant. Short trip to amazing beaches and restaurants. There is a water filter on the tap so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Nice touch!

Pictures of this place don’t do justice of the setting. Along the apartment is a semi private terrace that has a direct view on the ocean, full of sun all day along made a perfect spot for both morning coffee and late night drink. A plus : beds were really comfortable!

Un petit coin de paradis à Saint-Barth ! Idéalement située avec une vue à couper le souffle sur le lagon, ce logement est un véritable havre de paix. La chambre est parfaite, le lit ultra confortable, et nous avons adoré profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine avec vue panoramique sur toute la baie de Grand Cul-de-Sac. Un grand merci à Pierre, notre hôte, aux petits soins tout en restant très discret. Toujours disponible, réactif et bienveillant. Nous repartons reposées, émerveillées… et avec une seule envie : revenir vite !

We cannot say enough great things about this villa! The location is perfect – on a quiet side of the island, with access to two great hiking spots (the natural ponds and a path past Le Toiny). The staff were so attentive and accommodating, picking us up from the airport to ensure a smooth check-in. They provided a map of the island, which was so useful, gave great recommendations, and even gifted us a little lunch and dessert platter, a bottle of wine, and a little canvas bag. The villa was decorated so beautifully – many elements were updated more than the pictures on the listing showed. Overall, it was such a great experience and if/when we come back to St. Barts, we will definitely utilize Corcoran again!

What a hidden gem, which looks even better in real life than in the photos. The fridge was stocked with essentials like fresh fruit, water, and a baguette and cheese for the morning. A beautifully designed and spacious home with the Christian Liaigre touch but not at the high price of some of the nearby hotels. Other reviews mention noise from the nearby road, so we did know what to expect. But it was mainly limited to rush hour. Overall we would be very happy to come back.

We had a great stay.Villa is absolutely new and clean.Bonus is having a laundry room and fully equipped kitchen.Beach is 2 min away from villa.Camille was a great host.

Logement incroyable dans un bel écrin de verdure. Très bonne situation à côté d’une des plus belle plage de l’île et de Gustavia. Nos hôtes ont été plus que serviables et accueillants et nous ont même aidé dans la demi-heure avec notre voiture en panne. J’espère pouvoir y retourner très vite.

Amazing stay in beautiful Lorient. The apartment is ideally located to everything you need. An easy walk to grocery, bakery, restaurants and more and centrally located to drive to everywhere on the island. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed to work remotely, cook dinners at home, and most of all, relax. Anica and Frederic met us to check in, answered all our questions, and provided everything we needed. We can’t wait to return.

Aiméric est un hôte adorable et disponible. Logement conforme à la description et aux photos. Instructions d'arrivée avec vidéo impossible de se tromper. Très beau séjour passé dans le logement d'Aiméric parfaitement décoré et d'une propreté parfaite. si nous an avons l'occasion nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Encore Merci pour tous!

Anais’s place was just what we needed. It is walking distance to all of the good shopping and restaurants. The property was comfortable and quiet and has everything you need for a quick getaway. We will definitely stay here again.

Un accueil excellent, aussi bien par Montana, que par les femmes d’entretien. Appartement tellement propre, lumineux, confortable. Environnement au top ! Plage au pied de l’appartement. Un grand merci à vous.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants. Le logement est parfait et paisible avec une superbe vue sur la baie, nous nous sommes sentis très bien. Le logement est bien équipé, propre et spacieux. Les instructions sont claires, tout était très fluide. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir et recommandons ce logement.
