My family of 4, along with 3 friends stayed at Jean's apartment for a week this month and it was a dream. Exactly as you see in the photos. The apartment is spacious, extremely clean, has beautiful ocean views from the balcony and is steps away from the beach and pool. Our children loved the beach club amenities by the pool and we loved the swim up bar. The staff at Dawn Beach Club were wonderful. Always willing to help. Just so kind and friendly. Check in and check out was also seamless. We rented a car which made seeing the island very easy. The location of this apartment is right on the border of the French side so we were able to see many of the beaches around the entire island. Jean was so lovely and flexible to work with in booking this accommodation. We had some unexpected changes on our end however Jean was extremely patient and willing to work with us to make our first trip since pre covid seamless. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to return to Dawn Beach in the future. Thank You Jean.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans ce petit paradis. Endroit très calme vue sur la mer, aucun souci tout est propre. Logement très bien équipé, il ne manquait rien. La piscine et les extérieurs sont un vrai plus et super appréciée après une journée à découvrir l'île. Je recommande fortement. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons à 100%!

Beautiful, clean, and an absolute steal! We had six in our party and fit very comfortably. Amenities at the Marriott were great and Jaque let us know everything we needed to know. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Margaret's condo was easy to access with a very friendly reception that was ready to welcome us a little earlier than the normal check in time. The home was beautifully updated and clean with great views over the ocean, and we enjoyed all the amenities available with the connected JW Marriott resort. Highly recommend!

Very quiet and away from the bustle of the island. We’re frequent visitors to the island and this was the first time staying at an Airbnb. I wanted to experience a different atmosphere for my birthday and this did not disappoint. Getting to the property was a bit difficult, but having landmarks would help out a lot. The property is exactly as displayed and you’ll enjoy the sea breeze as the property faces the sea. My cons: If you love cooking, there’s not sufficient pots & pans and there’s no privacy screens on the bathroom window and the 2nd bedroom. Ultimately, the property is great if you’re looking for serenity and relaxation. Our stay was great. Btw: there’s a home gym, which was a deciding factor for me. The gym is as adequately equipped and you can surely improvise. Lastly, Charles was very responsive and friendly.

Espectacular apto en un sitio q ahora se encuentra algo afectado por la construcción del hotel en el complejo, pero no afecta para nada la estadía y los servicios . Seguro volveremos a este sitio espectacular.

All around a great place to stay, one needs a car to get around to beaches and food stores. The views from our balcony was beautiful would recommend.

The condo was very spacious and sparkling clean! Amazing view off of the balcony. Will definitely be coming back! Olga was amazing to work with!

Dawn Beach Club was wonderful. Beautiful private beach, sparking water, huge pool, fun activities, large and beautifully decorated apartment in a quiet area of St. Maarten. Still rebuilding from the hurricane of 2017 but they are on the come back road. Bernard was responsive to questions and the staff at Dawn Beach Club were excellent. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay at Dawn Beach. Although construction and rebuilding were happening around he facilities it was great to watch the progress that happened during our stay. We also took full advantage of a less busy pool area which ended up being a bonus for us. The staff was friendly and very helpful and took good care of us. I would highly recommend renting a car as it will allow you to explore the island to its fullest by visiting beaches, venturing to different areas, and accessing restaurants. Mullet Beach, hiking Loterie Farm, grabbing breakfast at Good Morning Cafe, making perfume at Tijon, snorkeling around Anguilla, and eating at Lazy Lizards and Pineapple Pete’s were just some of our favorites. James has an awesome place to stay- thanks so much for sharing your home with our family. We made some once in a lifetime memories.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

I stayed here with a group of 11, and we had a great time! As with any stay, small things can come up, but the host was incredibly responsive and made sure any issues were addressed right away. The location was perfect, and the view from the pier each morning was absolutely my favorite part—it was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

This Home was amazing to stay in! It was so comfortable, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful!! I definitely want to make my real home like the master bedroom with the closet and bathroom. It was a perfect position because it is in the middle of everything. Oliver was a Gem also, incredibly responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Definitely book if you are coming to visit! 10 out 10 would recommend!!

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

From start to finish, our 7 night stay at the villa was flawless! The villa was spotless, fully stocked, and everything was explained completely when we arrived. The windows on the pool side of the villa can open up almost entirely, which was truly beautiful. We felt very secure and the location was ideal, just a 3 minute drive to Porto Cupecoy and Baie Longue. Our 3 boys really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was the perfect addition for the parents to relax in while the boys swam. The new pickleball court was a perfect fun addition. Daily housekeeping was such a nice bonus too! We had one minor issue when the power flashed off briefly (common on the French side) and the generator kicked on immediately but one of the breakers didn't fully reset. The host was so quick to respond (we felt bad even bothering her) and the issue was resolved in minutes. We really appreciated how responsive and friendly she was.

Our stay at this villa was nothing short of amazing! The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly speechless. Every morning, we woke up to the most stunning scenery, making it the perfect escape. The villa itself was a solid 5/5—beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable and luxurious. A special shoutout to Danielle, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was so kind, helpful, and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi wasn’t very strong, and there was some construction on the beach in front of the villa in the mornings, which woke us up. But honestly, everything else was so incredible that it didn’t take away from the experience. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a breathtaking and unforgettable getaway

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!
