Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. I can see the St Lawrence River with floating ice. The river is flowing slowly and near the bank is frozen. This place is great. It is quite easy to find. We arrive at night, Hubert keep the lights on. It is very clean, varm, feels like home. There was snow storm on Sunday night. Hubert clean the snow for us on 4 a.m. We are very appreciate.

Superbe week-end sur l'île d'Orléans avec une vue à couper le souffle. La maison est grande avec toutes les nécessités pour recevoir un groupe, cuisiner, le spa, le sauna, activités près de la maison (vignobles, microbrasserie). Karim a été un hôte super, a répondu à tous nos messages très rapidement et réglé les petits pépins de manière rapide et efficace. Je recommanderais à 100%, et y retournerais dans le futur.

Maison luxueuse dans un boisé très tranquille. L’espace était parfaitement adapté à notre famille (4). Les instructions sont claires et les commodités sont géniales. Situé à moins de 20 minutes du Massif et de Mont Ste-Anne, c’est idéal pour les skieurs. Nous recommandons!

Bonjour Maxime, Votre appartement est vraiment bien et a répondu à nos attentes: équipement complet et en excellent état, mobilier très confortable (les draps en flanelle sont wow) propreté impeccable. A l'extérieur pour les adeptes aquatiques tout y est. Terrasse avec foyer, etc...tel que montré sur les photos. Si vous cherchez le calme, le quai au bord du lac vous comblera; le logis est situé au coeur du village dont assez mouvementé et bruyant dans la journée (c'est la vie) mais vers 20:00 hres tout est plus calme; tout est central, tout se fait à pied, épicerie, etc... Vous n'aurez pas la vue du lac de l'intérieur, il faut sortir du logis et aller sur le terrain. Il n'y avait qu'une sortie du logis, pas de sortie d'urgence peut-être que les fenêtres adjacentes au trottoir en était une. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, les hôtes étaient très serviables et je le recommande à tous selon vos besoins, tout y est.

Super bien situé pour un pied à terrre à Québec. Ligne d'autobus directe et rapide vers le centre-ville.

Le chalet de France est fantastique , nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous . France est d une extreme gentillesse , qui nous a acceuilli comme des rois et surtout nous a partagé bcp de photos et informations avant notre arrivée. je recommande tres vivement ce bel endroit.

Nous avons occupé le logement de Mr MARTIN pour la 3ème fois et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Cet appartement est très bien équipé et propre. Cet hôte est réactif et attentionné. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Nous avons adoré le logement, la déco et le magnifique foyer au bois 🥰. Les petites touches personnelles et les petits plus ont été très appréciés.

We had a lovely stay. 2 families, 5 kids. The space was perfect for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything we need. The hosts were very responsive, including helping us with groceries.

I have stayed in alot of rentals and this one has been my absolute favorite one I have ever stayed in. it was so beautiful. you can tell the hosts put alot of thought into the fine details of this house. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Quebec City.

I’ve had some poor experiences with hot tubs not being usable, this one was fantastic. The home was clean and had the space we needed for everyone. Proximity to Mont St Ann was key as we were skiing. The shared facilities pool was a bonus.

Dave and Clara provide a lovely clean home for your stay. We were winter renters so we did not get to experience the pool. The location was perfect for 7 of us to be close to the city for the holidays.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Lévis, Quebec! It’s an easy 5-star experience all around. The property was immaculately clean, and the location was fantastic—close to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful retreat. This was the perfect spot for a family getaway. Everyone had privacy, which made the stay so much more relaxing. The house was well-equipped, with every amenity we could have needed, from the kitchen to the living spaces. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making this a comfortable and welcoming space. The location is convenient for exploring the area. It was so easy to get to the ferry, which made trips into Quebec City a breeze. As a bonus, we even got to watch the incredible ice canoe racers navigating the icy river while going back and forth—a truly unique and unforgettable experience! Wow. Just wow. The property is beautiful and phenomenally kept. Not to mention stocked with any necessity you can think of. We experienced a weather delay arriving and our host kindly offered to extend our stay to make up for the lost stay. Throughout our stay, Martin and Line were extremely communicative and helpful. We stayed in the middle of two huge winter storms and the property offered a winter wonderland of beauty and tranquility. Thank you so much!
