Saint Charles, Waldorf : locations de vacances

We loved our stay at Marsh’s place! This place is right in the heart of Georgetown and I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. There is so much to do and it’s in a very safe, almost hidden place. Make sure to follow the instructions given to find the unit. You are a 5 minute walk to the Georgetown waterfront and there are hundreds of stores and restaurants steps from your door. The home was very clean and the bed was very soft. I regret not booking an extra night! I will be staying here again on my next trip to Georgetown!

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

This air b&b is in a beautiful setting with plenty to do (kayaking, hot tub, fire pits, bird watching, etc). It's also very centrally located so we could easily get to more populated areas in no time. The most stunning part of the house is the master suite in my opinion which is on the upper level (the upper level is shared with another apartment, but you don't really hear the air b&b tenants of this suite and it's completely separate with a separate entrance). Stunning views from both the master bedroom and the bath tub in the master suite! The downstairs is also quite lovely with two regular bedrooms, one small bedroom, and a sun room that has a pull out couch (we didn't use it). It's a lovely house to entertain in. It has personal photographs to the owner downstairs that speak to the family's history. The owner is communicative. The overall experience was quite lovely. We'd be happy to return.

This is a beautiful house and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of towels and linens to accommodate our large group. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes/utensils/cookware that helped with allowing us to enjoy family breakfasts and dinners. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 7-2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 teenagers-came to the DC area for a visit. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how nice the house looked. The house was immaculate, and we used every room in the house. The two bathrooms on the 2nd floor have been fully remodeled as has had the kitchen. We ate breakfast and dinner every day and it was easy to cook there. We enjoyed being together as a family and being at this “home”. Yet the house retains the flavor of a historic residence. Tyler is the perfect host. He answered every question I asked before we arrived and then continued to keep in contact if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this house.

I’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnb’s and this was easily one of the best. Everything was exactly as described, and maybe even better than described. It had tons of amenities and a well stocked kitchen perfect for our large family. Spotless and beautiful. I highly recommend this home and would gladly stay there again.

We had the pleasure of staying here during the winter while we looked for a place to live. It was perfect! Quiet and peaceful yet super close to all restaurants and stores. We had some snowfall and the views were stunning! Once it warmed up we even got to see some wild life in the woods behind us. Lovely huge porch! Lots of space in garden escape. Can bring the entire family and more!!! Nice big driveway for easy turned around. Patrick was beyond responsive for all my questions.Whether is was just informing be as something as simple as an Internet outage in the area or we had one situation with an unsure smell. Patrick acted immediately on the problem and it was resolved within 2 hours from start to finish. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We had such a great stay! The arcade basketball & foosball table was such a big hit for my 7 y/o & really the whole family. The overall size of the Airbnb was impressive. You don’t feel confined whatsoever. Everything was very pristine and clean. A total of 5 TV’s in the whole place, including 1 in the kitchen - don’t have to worry about fighting over what to watch. Convenient 30 minute drive to DC (give or take depending on traffic). 15 mins to Bethesda which has great shopping and restaurants. Right in the area, there’s lots of restaurants as well. The street the Airbnb is on is very cute & quiet. My only con would be the mattresses. They are very firm. Personally, I am used to and was just fine with - slept like a baby. Everything else was the closest you could get to perfect.
