Carlton is a convenient location, handy to Frederiksted and the west end beaches, which are the island’s best. The location, set back away from the road, is very quiet and peaceful. The breeze and front to back cross- ventilation is great…I had no need to use the A/C and instead enjoyed the fresh air. The condo was nicely decorated, attractive without too much clutter. Plenty of bath and beach towels, and the kitchen was adequately equipped. Outside, the landscape was well-cared for, and the pool was large and clean. I would definitely consider returning to this island retreat.

Great place to stay! The grounds were beautiful, pool was great, great beach access and great views of the sea. Everything was supplied and then some. Earl went above and beyond with supplying everything we needed. We honestly wouldn’t have to bring anything but our clothes. Check-in/out instructions and local information provided was easy to follow and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay at Martin and Nichol's place- loved the beautiful view, lanai/gallery area and pool. very comfy and extremely well stocked for our family of 5. just really a gem and all around great place and hosts! :)

Absolutely beautiful condo. Decorated so classy and rich looking. Loved the furnishings and art work on walls. Huge balcony with stunning view . All rooms are huge. Kitchen had everything you could think of. Chris answered my messages with in a matter of minutes and took care of everything I needed. There is a security gate with entry card for extra safety and peace of mind. It is a fantastic place to stay for a very reasonable price!

The condo was just like the photographs, clean, neat and in good condition. The balcony has a direct view of Sugar Beach and Christiansted Harbor. It is less than twenty steps from the building to the water. The unit was well equipped in the kitchen, beach towels and toys. The location was very convenient to markets, restaurants and shopping. The central location made it easy to visit any easy to get to either end within 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend staying at Eric’s condo.

Jennifer was very easy to work with. Her place was wonderful and well kept. She provided great information for our trip. The view was wonderful. We had a late flight and she was kind enough to move the cleaners back to allow us a later check out.

I cannot say enough about this place! It was everything the photos and description said and more! My biggest concern when booking was if we would her noise from attached units. This place is solid! We never heard a thing! It felt like we were in a single home on the ocean. The extra touches like beach towels, extra pillows and bath towels were so appreciated. The place was spotless! It was just my husband and I but having two bathrooms was incredible and a huge walk in closet! We drank our coffee on the patio watching the sun rise and you have your own back entrance to the beach. The place stayed cool and Wi-Fi and tv were great. We will definitely be back but stay longer next time! I have already sent someone who plans on visiting st. Croix. You will be so glad you booked this place!

Highly recommend, this place was a GEM! Very peaceful, spacious and comfortable. The lady who helps him run the property was very friendly, hardworking and accommodating. I am going to miss her 3 dogs, especially the black one. It has a pool and is very close to pelican's cove!

Wendy was an amazing host! she was very very helpful, gave lots of great recommendations and communicated wonderfully! I would definitely stay here again, the stay was beautiful & peaceful and super clean on arrival!

My stay was more than I expected, I will definitely stay again on my next visit.

TLDR; if you are ok with a little bit older location that is clean and has amenities that all work, this is a good option. If you are used to resort vacations this might not be the place for you. Great stay with my family at the condo. Our flight got in a little early and the unit wasn’t quite ready but Russel (the host) was amazing and got us in to our unit asap. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. A/C units were new and worked great! The pool area was amazingly clean and had great pool chairs and umbrellas. It was never busy (never saw anyone else in it) and was kept pristine the entire time we were there. Has an outdoor shower to clean off sand and salt water. Location is amazing for doing everything on the north side of the island. I do recommend getting a rental car for this location as taxis would get pricey and I never saw any bus running. Close to a bunch of grocery stores and within 10 minutes of Christiansted harbor. Very peaceful location that feels remote

The location was nice. The condo was clean and very well stocked. It seemed more like their home they share rather than a rental. We really enjoyed our stay here and thank them for allowing us to stay.

Looking for a good host? Try Russell! He was indeed very responsive and helpful in answering and addressing any questions and concerns! He was very accommodating to our needs! The condo had all the amenities listed and a great sized pool! AC worked well and the hot water was heated well enough! Thanks for making us feel at home Russell! We had a great time.

Greg’s home was beautiful. The pictures did not do the apartment justice. There were personal touches, throughout the apartment. The beautiful artwork in every room, adds to the feeling of home and peacefulness. I highly recommend staying at Greg’s home. You can sit out on the balcony and enjoy the ocean breeze and view or take a quick swim at the beautiful pool steps away from your home. At night, there were turtles, hatching on the beach and we had a front seat at seeing these beautiful turtles take their first breath and quickly disappear onto the ocean. Staying at Greg’s home, adds to the St. Croix experience. You can stay at the apartment and relax by the pool or you can go and explore the island and its delicious foods. Thank you, again! You were an excellent host! We look forward to staying with you, next year!

Kimberly’s place is great for a family vacation, we enjoyed our stay. Check in was smooth and easy as was check out. Communication was fast and easy, location is ideal for quick access to east end beaches and short drive to Christianstead. And the drive to the west end beaches and sites wasn’t to difficult or long. The pool was a nice bonus to have on site for relaxing if we chose to. The only down side was we are a family of 5 and there is only 1 TV so night time was a bit challenging as we’ve got 2 teenagers and an 11 year old so finding something we all wanted to watch was a stretch. And my wife and I loved the balcony that runs the length of the condo but suggested Kimberly add more adequate curtains to the master bedroom as privacy was limited by the current ones in the bedroom when the kids were out on the balcony All in all we’d stay there again if we ever went back to St. Croix

CeeCee’s place was amazing! Minutes from C’Sted and things to do. My friends and I loved sitting on the patio listening to the waves at night and just enjoying the space. CeeCee gave us great recommendations of what to do and where to eat. The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. Would recommend staying here anytime! Excellent location; close to Christiansted and only a 15 mins drive to Fredericksted town. The place is well equipped, clean and peaceful! Paula was very friendly and responsive!

Can’t say enough nice things about this condo. We had absolutely everything we needed. Both bedrooms nicely equipped with air conditioning units, luggage racks, nice linens, ceiling fans and plenty of storage. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had new cookware, sharp knives, and not only a Keurig with enough coffee pods to start our trip, but a hot water kettle for tea. The art work throughout the home was beautiful, we felt right at home. The back porch was cozy, with a table and chairs and plenty of comfortable seating. Not to mention the incredible views of the island and Caribbean Sea, if you look into the distance you can see the Buccaneer Golf Course. Both swimming pools are well maintained and easy to get too. The home included 4 beach towels and a cooler to use during your stay. The washer and dryer worked extremely well, so nice to include laundry pods for our use. Thank you for sharing your sweet home with us.

Your attentiveness and excellent communication made our stay even more enjoyable because we did not have to worry about finding our way to a place we had never been before. You were right there with us until we got inside the condo and then it was pure enjoyment and the fun never stopped during our entire stay! WOW! We enjoyed the morning walks around the premisses, (Beautiful beach / beautiful surroundings / and the well maintained pool) were just perfect! I have to say this was our best Christmas ever being in St Croix. Highly recommend! Will stay here again, but will be 2 weeks instead of one. Thank you again, Josephine! You stand out as an awesome host in a field that is crowded! Job well done!

We LOVED our stay in St. Croix! Kates place was perfect and she was an excellent hostess. The resort is so peaceful and beautiful. You just walk out your door and you can easily get to the beach, the beach bar, the pool. We snorkeled right off the beach and saw amazing fish.
