Saint David : locations de vacances

It was our second stay at Chip & Sandy's Airbnb. Everything was absolutely perfect. Their place is immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. We only live about 3 hrs away and it's the perfect getaway from the Valley. We will be back!

Julie and Allan are great hosts. We stayed for 5 weeks. Condo was well stocked and all furnishes and kitchen items are very good quality. Nice job. The main attraction is its location in the foothills of the Santa Catalina mountains and we fully took advantage of access to hiking trails in the canyons (including Sabino Canyon). Convenient shopping close by. Condo grounds and pools, hut tub, gym - all very nice. Only downside is the construction of these units. Ooof. Cheap, cheap, cheap. Fortunately the AirBnB guests (my guess for people on 2nd floor) and condo owners (adjacent to the unit) were quiet people. Every creak and step could be heard in the above unit. The adjacent unit - could hear conversations through bedroom walls. We are retired and generally are in bed by 9 am. Was not happy to hear conversations in adjacent unit until 10 pm. (very reasonable for them to be talking at night, not their fault, just not ideal).

We really enjoyed staying at the Solana Villas, it was very peaceful and quiet. It was not easy to walk in the immediate neighborhood, but close to plenty of things to do by short drives including hikes and sunset views on Mt Lemmon. John & Danielle were great hosts and very responsive.

We arrived after dark. Had a little trouble finding the unit within the complex. Place overall was great. We did run really low on Kleenex and TP. Everything else was very well stocked. Tamara was responsive and very helpful. Would recommend and return 😊

Everything was as expected and I appreciated the way Bill communicated. House rules and expectations are sensible and fair. It was very nice to find a place with a pack-n-play and a high chair for the baby, and my kindergartener enjoyed getting the room with the twin beds to herself (one for sleeping, one for toys and books). We feel like we got a good value for what we paid and would not hesitate to stay at one of Bill's properties in the future. Thank you!

Beautiful location with views of the mountains! House comfortable and well equipped! Rob was very responsive and communicated well. Would stay there again!

Everything was great - would definitely come back to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. We loved the backyard and spent most late afternoons there appreciating the views and sunset. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again when visiting the area.

Really nice place to stay for a month and Karen was a very communicative host.
