We stayed at Vanessa’s to walk the St. Michael’s Way from Lelant to Marazion. The property was perfect for our needs, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen/living area was perfect for an evening cuppa and very well equipped. It was peaceful and had great views. St. Ives is a fabulous place, with amazing beaches (great for cold water swimming in Feb!). We loved the Thai restaurant (recommended by Vanessa - thank you!) and The Sloop Inn (c1312) was a lovely ‘real’ pub with a great atmosphere. We had such a lovely stay, couldn’t fault the apartment at all it was clean, tidy, a great size, very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and super comfortable! The location was also perfect for us! We had a brilliant stay and will be back. Thank you!

Our second stay in this two story beachside apartment and we extended our trip this time. Perfect for small families wanting a cosy stay with a short walk down to the beach each day to run off energetic little ones. All you need in the space which is well equipped and a peaceful place to be and people watch from the fantastic window spot in the kitchen/sofa space. Owners are lovely and really responsive. We have had two wonderful holidays here. Thank you!

5 star accommodation the views where quite breathtaking and the home was overall very cosy. Barrie was very supportive in making our stay enjoyable and was able to advise on parking etc to make the trip stress free. Check in instructions where very clear and the facilities were clean and tidy.

We had a lovely stay! Apartment is just by the beach and on the same street as all the shops - fantastic location! Getting to the car park and in and out of town is generally very tricky but follow maps and Pauls instructions! Highly recommend and we would definitely come back :)

Wow! What a gorgeous house! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The kitchen / living area is a beautiful space, well equipped and very relaxing to spend time in. The bedrooms are so stylish and beds very comfortable. A real luxury to have 3 bathrooms too. Handy to have a hot water outside shower and large shed to store wetsuits and boards etc. A very short walk down to the beautiful beach. Can highly recommend the surf school - great instructors. Loads of eating places a few minutes walk away. We especially enjoyed Catch, also great pizzas from the pizza place. The cafe at the Bedruthan Hotel and Spa was also fabulous. Great to visit nearby Padstow and Port Isaac and a great walk to Bedruthan Steps from the National Trust car park. Jax and Simon’s home is a perfect place to spend a week in Mawgan Porth and we would love to come back one day.

We’re so glad we chose to stay at Halula Beach House for my hen do weekend, it was the perfect pad! Pool, hot tub, silent disco, huge table we could all sit round… and just a few minutes walk to the gorgeous beach. Would highly recommend it!

Danielle's place is great. Clean and spotless and matched the description and the photos. Its in a quiet neighbourhood so we had a good nights sleep for 2 nights in a row. Very close to Tesco so we could easily buy grocerries to cook our own meals. I would highly recommend It for tourists who would want to stay a night or 2 in St. Ives.

We had a wonderful holiday in the perfect location. From Ocean’s Edge, perched above the glorious Smugglers’ cove, the views are outstanding. All necessities are provided plus a welcoming bottle of Prosecco. We look forward to returning!

Great stay in Newquay. Off street parking and great family space inside with the option of toddler/ baby bed. Great instructions from the host. Overall lovely and would stay again.

The best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!! Cannot recommend this place enough - the location was perfect, being so close to the beach was amazing and it was great to be near to Newquay, Padstow etc too. It truly felt like a home from home - had a great amount of space, comfy furniture and the welcome hamper was so thoughtful (even something for our pooch!). Everything we could have needed was provided and we just had the best weekend! We will definitely be booking again and can’t thank Barbara enough for our fantastic stay!

Ben was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It’s a lovely, spacious modern house and everything it thought of. We all really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend.

Beautiful setting and was very quiet. We could see the ocean from the living room window. There were scones, jam and clotted cream waiting for us on arrival. There are two restaurants in walking distance. The coastal path starts by one of these restaurants, we walked from Porthtowan to St. Agnes a must do. Spectacular views. We ended our walk at a lovely pub in St Agnes and took a taxi back. Just a heads up, the stairs to the bedroom are extremely steep.

Emily is lovely and communicated very well when needed Offered very good recommendations I didn’t want to leave. The air b&b was amazing with lovely quirky features and sea views from both sides. We sat in the alcove in the living room and watched the sea more than we watched the TV It is very tranquil, peaceful place and we left feeling very recouped ! Only thing I’d say if if your a light sleeper pack ear plugs as when windy the bedroom does get noisy but that is not a reflection on the property just a note for any light sleepers like me ! Overall 10/10 Have recommended to multiple friends and would 100% stay again ! 🤍

Becky and Alex's flat has beautiful views and they give very clear and thorough instructions. They also let you know what to expect in advance regarding the road leading to the flat and they give you several different parking options, which were really helpful. The place had everything we needed and it was really cozy!

Ideally located in the centre of the town which was really nice. Lucy was great to communicate with and very helpful. Lovely clean place and was a pleasure to stay there. Highly recommend.

Daniel’s apartment is in the perfect location, it’s walking distance to Fistral beach and Newquay town. The apartment is modern and has absolutely everything you could possibly need including a washer/ dryer! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, it is so well presented, immaculate and has a cosy feel. The views are amazing on both balcony’s and the apartment is a fantastic size to sleep four people. Daniel’s communication was outstanding from the time of booking and throughout our stay and I cannot recommend him enough! We are very familiar with Newquay, we visit often and we won’t hesitate to stay at Daniel’s apartment again. Thank you so much 🙏🤩 ☺️

This is the second time we have stayed here within a few months. I have stayed in many places in the uk, but this apartment is by far one of the best. Even my dog is relaxed here, and he hates coming out of the comfort of his own home. The views are breathtaking and there are plenty of walks to do. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Newquay……this is the one!

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!
