We stayed at Vanessa’s to walk the St. Michael’s Way from Lelant to Marazion. The property was perfect for our needs, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen/living area was perfect for an evening cuppa and very well equipped. It was peaceful and had great views. St. Ives is a fabulous place, with amazing beaches (great for cold water swimming in Feb!). We loved the Thai restaurant (recommended by Vanessa - thank you!) and The Sloop Inn (c1312) was a lovely ‘real’ pub with a great atmosphere. Stunningly presented penthouse apartment with equally impressive views over Towan beach. Tastefully decorated and modern throughout. Both Janie & Darren are instantly reachable, a credit to their business.

The view of the harbour makes this a standout place to stay. I was lucky with the weather so was able to go on lovely coastal walks, visit the Tate and Leach Pottery, wander around town and walk to my favourite restauarnt in St Ives with ease. If it had been pouring with rain I would have been quite happy sitting looking at the view from inside the property and tryng to draw the panorama in front of me. The property was extremely well presented, squeeky clean inside and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the shower efficient. The abilty to adjust the heating and the washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry was very useful. I was suprised how quiet the property was. The bar next door was lively on Saturday night and the chairs being moved to clean at 6.30 am in the restaurant below did not rob me of sleep. The only negative which the owners cannot be responsible for is the bird droppings on the entrance stairs and balcony. Despite this I would stay again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attention to detail. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for a relaxing stay in Newquay 👌

Carrick house was a stunning apartment, in the most fabulous location. Everything was as exoected and more. Alex was so helpful in all our questions, nothing was too much trouble. A beautiful, spacious apartment, with an amazing view if the harbour. Will definitely return and recommend this apartment.

Our stay at Lapwing was nothing short of excellent, for a very fair price we enjoyed 4 days and 3 nights worth of stay. The flat was beautifully presented with lovely views over the harbour, clean living space and plenty of information regarding the local area, my partner and I were very happy with the recommendations and got to experience almost all that Janet had recommended (good local pubs, a few lovely restaurants and great points of interest). The flat, despite being near a road, was peaceful and quiet and the balcony area overlooking the harbour made mornings extra special for us. Janet herself was an exceptional host, attentive, friendly and helpful. We didn’t have much contact as the information she provided for us was all encompassing, making us feel comfortable to go and explore. When we did contact Janet, she was very helpful, especially with checking out, wishing us a safe trip and allowing us to keep our bags at the flat whilst we enjoyed our final day, a nice touch

This apartment was lovely. It was clean and had everything I needed. It is Right in the centre of town. Close to all the shops and restaurants. I look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a lovely stay! Apartment is just by the beach and on the same street as all the shops - fantastic location! Getting to the car park and in and out of town is generally very tricky but follow maps and Pauls instructions! Highly recommend and we would definitely come back :)

Wow! What a gorgeous house! The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning. The kitchen / living area is a beautiful space, well equipped and very relaxing to spend time in. The bedrooms are so stylish and beds very comfortable. A real luxury to have 3 bathrooms too. Handy to have a hot water outside shower and large shed to store wetsuits and boards etc. A very short walk down to the beautiful beach. Can highly recommend the surf school - great instructors. Loads of eating places a few minutes walk away. We especially enjoyed Catch, also great pizzas from the pizza place. The cafe at the Bedruthan Hotel and Spa was also fabulous. Great to visit nearby Padstow and Port Isaac and a great walk to Bedruthan Steps from the National Trust car park. Jax and Simon’s home is a perfect place to spend a week in Mawgan Porth and we would love to come back one day.

We loved our week at Tides Reach. Very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped . It had everything we could need and more! Perfect location, just yards from the beach and amenities, with private parking. Dominic was a great host, kept us informed and easy to contact. Highly recommended!

Outstanding location with panoramic sea views from the warmth and comfort of the conservatory. Beautiful home with all the comforts needed for a wonderful relaxing stay! Extremely comfortable beds slept so well! This was the perfect mini break we all needed thanks so much x

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The home was just as described, bright, clean and welcoming. Jane is a great host and provided very clear instructions in addition to some lovely welcome treats. Our children loved the variety of board games available (and the smart tv of course). The cottage is perfectly located for the promenade and the town with a lovely cafe at the bottom of the road and a couple of beautiful gardens/parks nearby. We hope to return in the summer!

Lynn was an excellent host, super responsive. The place was very welcoming, a great home base for a few days with lovely views. Has everything we needed for a baby too. If you’re not driving note that it’s up quite a steep hill!

Ideal location for our long stay during winter. The sunrises over the bay were beautiful. Three coffee shops and a supermarket within in a short walk. Super comfortable bed, luxurious bed linen. Fast and easy communications with the host. Everything you could need in an AirBnB. Would highly recommend.

Sharon went above and beyond to make sure our Christmas week was warm, cosy and full of treats and sparkle! The place was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay, thank you so much. Our Springer also loved it there, plenty of local places to walk the dog too.

Ideal base and great communication, Beautiful house and very well equipped. Good selection of games to play and little extra ie body board, buckets and spades fishing nets etc. Thank you

Emily is lovely and communicated very well when needed Offered very good recommendations I didn’t want to leave. The air b&b was amazing with lovely quirky features and sea views from both sides. We sat in the alcove in the living room and watched the sea more than we watched the TV It is very tranquil, peaceful place and we left feeling very recouped ! Only thing I’d say if if your a light sleeper pack ear plugs as when windy the bedroom does get noisy but that is not a reflection on the property just a note for any light sleepers like me ! Overall 10/10 Have recommended to multiple friends and would 100% stay again ! 🤍

Had a four night stay with my wife, children and parents, 6 of us in total. A great space for this amount of people for sure especially as the apartment offered 2 and a half bathrooms and two secure parking spaces. Place was clean upon arrival, and housekeeper Tracey was very friendly and welcoming as we did get in touch regarding a couple of things. Just for anyone who are fans of views to be aware of the only drawback was the scaffolding on the building which of course is temporary. It's currently partially obstructing the views from the apartment, completely blocking views from the dining area and slightly overhanging the balcony area, we were however made aware of this prior to arrival. Both Karen the host and Tracey the housekeeper were great at communicating, very friendly and accommodating where possible. We made Tracey aware the high chair wasn't at the property upon arrival and this was quickly fixed would recommend as hosts for sure and feel you can book with confidence.

We had a great few days staying in the apartment, we appreciated being able to park right outside and then hardly using the car for the next few days. A short walk to the train station for the stunning journey into St Ives. We also walked all along North Quay and around the Towans the kids especially enjoyed running up and down the dunes. The woodburner was just what we needed to warm us up after some blustery winter walks, and we were very cosy in the apartment, would love to return in the summer so we could make use of the terrace too. Really responsive hosts who provided some great local recommendations, thank you

We had a lovely week at Amanda's place. The shared kitchen and living area was comfortable and spacious with lovely views of the sea through the bay window and french doors. Everything was clean and well stocked. We were two couples. The twin bedroom was slightly cramped for two adults and all the stuff that they brought for the week, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom adequate with a good powerful shower. It was easy to walk to the beaches, restaurants and shops in town and to explore all our favourite haunts from years ago. The cliff path to Swanpool and the walk along the seafront to Castle Drive was virtually on our doorstep. Thank you , Amanda. Staying here made our week easy and fun.

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!

My family of 4 had a lovely night at Iona and Steve's place. Their whole family is so friendly and the property is lovely and clean! It was perfectly kitted out for our stay, complete with gorgeous toiletries and breakfast treats. We were only there for one night but we managed a fun stomp around on the beach (which was a short walk away) before we left. Thank you both!

Beautiful flat nestled right in the heart of Falmouth. Flat was exactly as described in the description and photographs. It was lovely and warm (without the need of putting the heating on), constant hot water, beautifully accessorised and Elly has clearly thought of all her guests needs whilst they would be staying there - the snack basket was a great welcome for my hungry teenager too. Would definitely stay again when visiting my daughter at University. Thank you Elly.

Had a great stay at Andy & Nicola's over February half term period with my partner and 2 children. Stunning location and fantastic view of Fistral Beach from the apartment. Easy to access and was great to having parking space, had everything we needed.
