Beautiful place - we know the island well but have never stayed here before. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent service by Tamika.

Nice condo in a very nice gated community. Grounds, pool, club-house were all well maintained and made us feel quite comfortable during our stay. Location is a short cab-ride from some of the best restaurants on the island and a supermarket. Would not hesitate to make this a repeat destination. Thanks to Lynne for hosting; well done.

We had an amazing 6 day stay at Suzi’s! The apartment pool was larger than expected and we loved the layout of the apartment. Very clean, well appointed, and safe!

Robin and Jerome were super friendly as hosts and responded quickly to any issues or queries. Barbados is expensive and many previous Air BNBs cancelled on me at short notice so it was nice that this one did not! Also it was competitively priced in comparison to other similar locations. The area is quiet but near to local supermarkets, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and I would recommend renting a car to see the rest of the Island. I had a problem with the shower in Robins nest (water was cold, tap dripped and was broken) but R&J were very responsive and super helpful (The local manager Rhema was a little chaotic to contact) they contacted a plumber and offered the accommodation next door which was a massive (unexpected) upgrade. My friend was staying in the middle apartment within the complex and that one was also beautiful. They are stunning apartments with good facilities and the middle ones have pools. As a single female traveller I really appreciated the kindness and attention!

We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Chitra greeted us with a warm welcome and went above and beyond with everything from ensuring we were well stocked with toiletries to answering all of our questions. The unit is well equipped and well located. We hope to return again soon!

We loved our stay at Sugar Hill. The apartment was very comfortable and quiet. The outside landscaping was spectacular. Holetown is a 30 minute walk from the resort and a $20 US taxi ride back. A cab ride from the airport is $75US. I would suggest renting a car. If you are out exploring, check out the Soup Bowl. Beautiful seascape! Famous spot for surfing! The restaurant at Sugar Hill is a beautiful setting for the sunset. The food was very good and the staff friendly. We will definitely go back to stay at Alan’s apartment again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jessica‘s place. We spent most of our time on the porch and on the roof patio. Both give you a nice peek of the ocean. It was also great to go to sleep to the sound of the whistling frogs! We went to the beach club a few times, which was very nice and even walkable from the unit in about 15 minutes with a modest hill to climb on the way back. It helps work off all the great food in Barbados!

We stayed at 2 Barbados condos: Here, in Holetown, Judy, the Gate-guard, met us and she was wonderful. She helped us make a smooth entry into our place, and later she answered our questions about local shopping and how to get there with no car. Francene met us the next day and she was SO helpful. We loved our 4 day stay! The pool was quiet and good for lounging and for lap swimming. This condo is verrry nice. There wasn't much to want for, except for better beach lounging and a swimmable beach. Our next 5 days was at a Condo on Sapphire Beach. THIS beach is great! but OMGoodness, our condo here at Sapphire was such a step down from Francene's, which we really missed.

A wonderful family stay at the elegant 109 apartment. The apartment benefits from privacy in its end of block location and the accessibility of the ground floor directly to the gardens, pool beach and amenities. An exquisitely decorated apartment with great cooking and laundry facilities - also a particularly lovely dining area with plenty of space. We will definitely return to 109. Thanks also to the excellent Marilil and Sara for their assistance and great service delivery throughout our stay from Arlene.

Our stay at Villa 403 was absolutely wonderful. From the communication before we arrived with Sandy, the warm welcome and early check-in with Dawn we were made to feel very welcome. VotB is ideally located, beaches are stunning and quiet during our stay. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. We loved the local restaurants; check out Zacchio's next door, and the 'Life is Sweet' Dessert bar across the road. Activities available to book from Holetown beach if you want them; we enjoyed a boat trip with snorkelling stops where we swam with turtles & stingray. The vendors are not pushy and we felt very safe and welcomed by them. Of course, the highlight of our sty was Coral! the listing does not make it clear that Villa 403 has the most marvellous housekeeper, Coral, who will make your stay magical! nothing was too much trouble for her- she washed our laundry (which smelled amazing!),shopped & cooked amazing Bajan food. We loved our stay and would rebook without question

Beautiful condo with lovely deck space with view of the ocean. Beach was fabulous and not crowded. Large pool also not crowded. Some trees on beach for shade. Chairs set up easily with onsite friendly staff. Small outside restaurant was good for lunch. Parking easy if you're renting a car. Quick drive to area restaurants or to explore the many sites of Barbados. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, nice size kitchen, tv easy to use, air conditioning throughout which was easy to control and worked great. Bed was comfortable and wifi worked great. On site people were so helpful and pleasant, we would love to return!

Great stay at Paraschiva’s condo. Loved the view of the water from the enormous balcony. Beautiful beach with wonderful staff and water sports available next door. Communication could not have been better. The only thing I would note is that although there is an elevator, it stops between floors so you always have to go up or down a half flight of stairs. Definitely not wheelchair accessible.

Great location and apartment . Ideally situated close to Holetown on the west coast . Host was very accommodating . Spacious high spec apartment, easily accommodates 6 people . Would recommend this apartment without hesitation . Trevor London UK

We have just enjoyed a fabulous 10 nights in Melanie’s gorgeous apartment. The apartment itself is stunning, with quality fixtures and fittings and beautifully decorated. The views of the ocean are simply stunning and we genuinely found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the place! We have stayed in and around Holetown several times previously and have always fancied staying at Villas on the Beach. We’re so pleased we did. The location is second to none. An easy stroll to great Restaurants, beach bars for Sundowners, across the road from Masseys Supermarket, and of course that glorious beach…. Thank you Melanie, we have so enjoyed our stay. Please also pass on our thanks to the wonderful team you have looking after your place. Janice and Jenny in particular were a dream and could not have been more kind and helpful throughout our stay. Fantastic villa with beautiful views, spacious, serene & comfortable. We went as a family of four, (2 under 2), and the place was exceptionally comfortable for us. Even though the house does have stairs, there was plenty of space for our toddler to play and roam the balcony etc. Amanda has a delightful villa manager who looked after our initial shopping needs, extra baby equipment that we decided to rent (bedrail) and was on hand to deal with any queries we had. The rooms were very comfortable, super king bed ensured we didn't miss home one bit with AC in the bedrooms. The showers were great, spacious, clean and with good pressure. The kitchen was great, with pretty much every utensil we required and a large american style fridge freezer. The views from the balcony transport you into an idyllic place and I could sit there for hours enjoying the cool breeze. We did not use the pool on this visit however we did use the hot tub which was lovely and ready for us to use. Highly recommend.

Dès l’accueil, nous avons su que Paul et Cleo étaient des hôtes d’une qualité et gentillesse exceptionnelle. Ils avaient pensé à tous les détails pour nous permettre une arrivée facile, malgré une journée fériée. Nous avons eu la délicieuse surprise d’y trouver un frigo fournit en boissons et même une petite épicerie de base comme tout était fermé. Ils ont pensé à tout! Nous avons eu des petits problèmes d’air climatisés durant le séjour, mais ils ont tout fait pour résoudre le tout et s’assurer de notre satisfaction, ce qui a été grandement apprécié. Le logement était exactement ce que nous espérions et même plus. Celui-ci est bien localisé, sécuritaire, très propre et fonctionnel. Chaque fois que nous avons dû communiquer avec eux, les réponses étaient rapides, claires et courtoises. Nous sommes tous repartis très heureux d’avoir choisi cet hébergement et en espérant avoir la chance d’y revenir dans le futur. Allez-y sans hésiter!

Incredible villa in an amazing location walkable to beautiful Gibbes Bay and Mullins Beach. Plenty of space for three generations of our family to celebrate a big birthday. The gardens are mature and so lovely. We saw monkeys and humming birds regularly from the deck. Clean and tidy, we wanted for nothing. The pool was delightful and very well maintained. Communication with Sarah was absolutely brilliant, and her recommendations top drawer! Can’t fault our stay at all- I sincerely hope we will be back again soon, thank you. *****

Spent 3 weeks in this beautiful villa. It exceeded our expectations to the full. Felt at home from start to finish. It was immaculate, peaceful, the beds so comfortable, great kitchen and georgeous pool and outdoor space fantastic!! A big Thankyou to Maisha, Marium and all the team for making our stay exceptional from the cleaners, car rental and for organising a great chef - Jamal who cooked the most amazing food for us and all our family and friends - he even did all the tidying up after!! A real bonus. All in all fabulous and can’t wait to return

I definitely rate this accommodation 10/10 and would definitely be looking to rebook next time I am visiting the island ( availability depending ) The accommodation is amazing and was perfect for our stay, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. This was my first experience of staying in an Air b and b and I along with my other family members that stayed with me are all extremely happy. Especially given the reason for our trip to attend a funeral. You have a beautiful place and the housekeeper was also amazing, definitely want to keep her. The villa was beautiful and spacious and felt very much like home. Everywhere we wanted to go was a short drive away like Tides Restaurant and Mullins beach. The access card from the villa was a huge plus with access to Mullins Resort carpark and free beach chairs and towels at the beach. Would definitely recommend this place and hoping to return in the summer!

Reviews are always personal I think and this is based on our experience as a family with 2 small under 2 children. Couldn’t have picked a better location, a handy petrol station with basically everything you would need although the coffee was awful! 😱. The complex offers a great tennis court and if playing early enough the ball boys could be the resident monkeys! Community Pool was great. The villa was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Sharon the lady “that does” was so super lovely. All in all have nothing but a very enjoyable experience. The icing on the cake for us was the availability of a late check out which was generous and very very much appreciated with 2 small people’s. Thank you Nicki very much.
