I can not say enough about our stay here! The home was beautiful, clean and in a nice safe neighborhood with many restaurants in walking distance. We did surf lessons with Dahlia surf which is next door to the house and directly across the street from the beach. The house is loaded with all of the amenities and so much more. Plenty of beach supplies. -all the toys, towels umbrellas etc. communication was great and would love to come back for another stay! The day we checked out we paid $31 to park our car on the beach- there is 23 miles of drivable beach and you are able to leave and comeback if needed. We took advantage of the beautiful day and parked more towards the boardwalk and set up right next to our car. Totally magically stay! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beach vacation

Wow! The view, the large patio with Adirondack chairs, and the beach access right out your back door! We gathered with adults and a two-year old, and it was perfect. Quirks include the single bathroom accessible only thru the bedrooms. Plus the Caribbean shower (e.g. outdoor) which was fine with us. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh, and well-provided. It’s like having your own private oceanfront cottage. Awesome!

The house was everything I had expected. I have had some bad experiences in the past. So a little concerned, but Charles place lived up to all and more. I would rent it again.

Fantastic spot: Easily walkable to everything in town, even closer to the beach, and quiet and peaceful all the while. The large open-air lanai is a nice touch - allows you to easily alternate sun and shade while staying outside. We had great weather, but it would also be a nice place to sit with a coffee on a rainy day. Neighbors are there (hotel and next-door bungalow) but the way it is arranged we didn't much see anyone, the lanai and backyard still felt secluded. The bungalow itself is more spacious than we expected. There are two doors off the lanai, one to the kitchen and one to a living room, which was convenient for us parents after putting the kids to sleep. Nearby playground for families with kids. Sandra was friendly and responsive, and it was great that she was local.

We recently stayed at Jackson’s beach bungalow to celebrate our daughter’s first birthday and it was the perfect choice. The bungalow was absolutely pristine. It was comfortable and located one block away from the beach. You can tell the pride he takes in this home and the care that is put into creating a comfortable, safe, and peaceful environment for visitors. There were multiple beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available for our use and there is also a washer and dryer available for use. I could not recommend this place more and look forward to booking it again in the future. Thank you, Jackson, for making this milestone for our family perfect.

Carey is a great host. The Tropical Beach Bungalow is well apportioned and in a beautiful location. We watched the sunrise every morning. We are bike riders and enjoyed the multiple options for e-biking from that location. If you are tall, just be aware of the small ceiling fan that you could bump into. Not a major issue at all, you'll just learn to walk around it. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return.

This is the perfect place to stay. We had never been to Jacksonville and absolutely loved it. The beach is a very short walk and is not very busy. The house was clean and well stocked including beach towels.

I needed some peace and quiet and this place did just that! Beautiful from the moment you open the front door. At arrival I was a little concerned with the condo/apartment-like curbside vibe. However, walking in the front door put me right at ease. Such breathtaking views from the common areas and main bedroom. Host reached out on our check-in day and offered early arrival which we immediately took! Such a relaxing trip with plenty of walkable restaurants, parks, shops, and of course the beach. It’s literally steps out your back door. Great stay!

Cute, quiet and comfortable place, just as described. Hosts communication was clear and with a quick turnaround. Great location near all the action in Cocoa Village.

Perfect drivable location to downtown Saint Petersburg. Carl and Jenn were very informative and quick to respond, provided local things to do and great places to eat. Love the board games and kid friendly games / toys. I’ll definitely book with them again.

Excellent and fun accommodations. Loved our stay. Great area with nearby water views, good restaurants. We drove to Cocoa and Kennedy Space Center and we even saw an amazing rocket launch from close by to the bungalow. Bed was very comfy and all linens had excellent quality.

5 STARS!!!! This place was so fantastic!! My wife and I will definitely be back to stay. The host was had everything you could possibly need and more. Thank you for making our stay in St. Augustine even better then expected! 5 STARS!!

We stayed for the entire month of January and really enjoyed it! House is adorable and location is amazing - only a short walk to the beach and to Flagler Ave and the neighborhood is very walkable as well. House was fully stocked with everything needed, fenced yard was big with lots of seating, and outside shed even had beach chairs and bikes. Tina was very responsive and friendly. Would stay again!

This was a beautiful place! Even more beautiful in person. Ozzy was an amazing host! He was very accommodating and friendly. He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Ted was responsive and extremely helpful in ensuring we had a great stay! Great location in Sebastian, the whole family really enjoyed.

What a nice place with a fenced in backyard, so the pups could run around freely! We loved the location.. just a short walk to the beach and an event shorter walk to The Saltwater Cowboy where we watched the sunset every night. There are some great local spots nearby that we grew to love on our trip as well. We will definitely be back.
