Great stay for a getaway! Beautiful place on the top floor! Only con i had was the process of the room key and parking, BUT after initial check in, it was easy to check in and out. Toni also accommodated us for a late checkout which was perfect! Would stay again 10/10!

If you love / vibe with apartment living "feel", you will feel right at home in this cute, spacious, two bedroom, two full bath apartment steps away from the swimming pool/hot tub/gym. ...and the sheets on the beds..... soooooo soft. Oh, and depending on traffic you're anywhere from 5 to 11 minutes away from the Mayo Clinic. Super convenient for us since we were visiting Jacksonville specifically for the Mayo Clinic. 🤗

Sara was one of the best things about this reservation. She was proactive and helpful and did a great job of responding through the concerns. A couple of uncontrollable circumstances took place, but it was still a great overall experience and her and Mo were great hosts. I would recommend staying at this AirBNB...great hosts and great location!

We had a great time at the apartment, it was more than clean, it was neat, spacious place x a one bed with walking closet, one big bathroom, plenty towels, sheets and pillows, nice balcony, kitchen had all utensils x cooking, even though we didn't. Building is really nice, modern, safe, clean, fantastic gym and roof top x residents, 24/7 front desk, great location, easy to find, parking lot, is right behind the building, with direct access to building. I really hight recommend it!!! Thanks to Jenken!!!

We had a wonderful stay + Heriberto was super responsive. We split time between disney + universal + felt like it was perfect location. We also had a pool day + had the pool all to ourselves. Cleanliness + being bug free (which is hard to do in Florida) was super important to me + the place was spotless + very clean. I would definitely book again! Thank you for being such a good host!

This stay was truly paradise. The complex is to die for and the room was perfect I felt right at home, I’m ready to move to Florida after this trip! The pictures didn’t do the place justice which is very rare for air bnb in my opinion. The amenities were amazing and there’s so much to do in this one complex. I will be back I had a wonderful stay. Host was very helpful and responsive. Don’t miss out on the opportunity!

We really enjoyed everything! There was a public walking distance and the place was convenient to everything we had planned for the week. The apartment itself was beautiful and it was it a really nice area.

Great place, one of the farther apartments from the beach access but still easily walkable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool when the beach was too cold.

The location was right on the steps of Daytona Beach and conveniently located near stores and restaraunts walking distance. Kelly was super communicative and helpful and the whole trip went smoothly. I appreciated the sun hats and beach paraphernalia in the place. Also the fully stocked toiletries. All in all a great stay. On a side note the elevator was not working the whole time we were there which didn’t bother me but for someone physically impaired you have to climb stairs and walk a bit to get to the place. This is March 15 and I’m sure elevator is working by now. This does not affect my rating of the stay in any way. I highly recommend!

This is the perfect family vacation home. Mom and Dad don’t have to go to bed when the children do. It’s very roomy with large bedrooms and bathrooms. We spent time at the pool complex on the property in between park days and we were treated very well there as well. We will definitely stay here again!!

We stayed for 2 months, and it was by far the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The house was relatively new and very clean, very nicely furnished, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need including a coffee bar, beds were comfortable, bedding and towels were good quality, fenced in backyard with patio and outdoor furniture. The house is located in a newer community with a Community Center with pool, playground, pickleball; it was quiet, and we felt very safe during our daily walks. Located approximately 10 min. from Historic St. Augustine and 20 min. from the beach. Michaela was very responsive and would check in to see if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again if we return to St. Augustine.

Excellent all-around experience. My family needed a place to stay for a 3-week period on short notice and Brent was accommodating and welcoming. The location and quality of the stay doesn’t get any more VIP than this. Highly recommend.

Happy with our stay. Didn't use most of the amenities as we were not here for vacation, but there looked to be plenty. House was clean and open, accommodating all of us comfortably. Close to lots of things and yet quiet and private. Easy to find and check in. Several family members said they'd be happy to come back. I very much appreciate Andrew's willingness to help us with an unanticipated situation (on our part). Recommend this home and host.

Absolutely love this place.. I always pick this place for our family vacation… came from Philly for Disney but the kids loved the house and the community center water park so much more. will definitely be back next year.. might even plan a girls getaway weekend.

Super cute place and close to the beach! The workout area in back was nice along with the beach bikes and beach stuff! We had our own bikes with us but next time maybe we won’t bring our own bikes. Would love to stay again!

Enjoyed our stay, we used the pool and hot tub. It worked out great. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself when you’re not out doing. All the dishes and pans were easily found to cook at the house, that was excellent for us
