We loved our stay at the Gypsy Cottage! Super close to downtown PSJ, you won’t need to drive anywhere! Locked myself out first day and Raeanna was immediate with a solution. Can’t wait to be back again!

Sea Esta is perfect for exploring the forgotten coast of Florida. Close to everything, beaches, state parks for hiking, small/friendly coastal towns and a block away from PSJ a fantastic “downtown” with shops, food and beverages. Port St Joe is a welcoming, clean community with happy, polite people. Everyone and everyplace is super-super dog friendly. If you are a boater/fisher, the spacious launch is minutes away and there is onsite parking for your rig. Sea Esta is an exceptional value with perfect accommodations for two couples or a small family. The space is well maintained with easy logistics. The patio is a “pit master’s” dream. Lacye and Billy are terrific hosts, responsive, clear and friendly and very helpful. Sea Esta is hands down one of the best properties my wife and I have stayed at for its location, value, cleanliness and awesome hosts. Thank you for sharing your space. J&K

My two dogs and I enjoyed our stay here. The place was very neat and clean. Joan was super nice and quick to answer questions. The dogs loved the deck and the fenced-in yard. We had a very nice time.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful located in the midst of pristine surroundings. The stars and moon at night were indescribably beautiful- as well as the sunsets. Staying at this property you can uniquely witness the sunrise over the Bay and sunset over the Gulf! Crazy beautiful and private. The backyard is delightful as well as the porch. We loved our visit at John’s beautiful home!

Kathy’s space was much better even than the listing photos! A great price for a great location and a quick weekend stay. She was very responsive and has a very reasonable pet fee. Thanks for your hospitality Kathy!

Can’t recommend enough. Home was clean and cozy. We love the porch & pool (could use some lighting around pool at night) so close to beach access. We had a relaxing stay and would come back. Host was so nice and responsive.

Great place for a family gathering! Loved all the fun amenities, spaces well thought out and very pleasant and relaxing! The golf cart made it easy to shuttle all the family members to the beach, and pull the wagon loaded with beach chairs and umbrellas, all provided by thoughtful hosts! What a blessing!! Tim and Katie were very attentive, patiently waiting for responses or potential needs. (I didn’t realize until the end of our stay that my notifications were turned off! 😜). And the beach! If you’re looking for a quiet beach, without all the hustle bustle, this is it! Loved it!!
