house was amazing. Kids loved the pool. The only thing I wish was better was the beach. Water was murky the whole week and after talking to some locals I guess the water is like this majority of the time. The pool and private boardwalk made up for the beach though. Def a 5 star house.

This is by far our favorite place we have stayed yet!!! It has the most beautiful views and is so peaceful! We got to see Dolphins, a Horseshoe crab, and lots of fish right from the dock! The house was everything they said it was and was so beautiful! It has everything you need for your stay! The Pool was so nice our kids spent so much time in it!! Chad and Kristie were very quick to respond and were so sweet and helpful! Definitely recommend 10/10 and we will be back :)

David and Karen’s home was the perfect location for our two families (four adults, six kids ages 4 to 9) during our stay in PSJ. We have traveled to this area multiple times and always love the peaceful feel of the town, but this home was in an especially quiet residential area that was a great spot for morning neighborhood walks, days on the beach, and afternoon swims in the pool. The golf cart was a welcome addition, as it would be quite the walk to the beach, but just a quick 2-3 minute ride. There was plenty of space for the kids to play and the adults to relax. David and Karen were super responsive to any questions - we had an amazing week!

We loved this house. It had everything we could hope for- and a pool too! The house is set back from the beach the perfect distance, and it was so comfortable for our family. I know I’ll be coming back with more family next time. The kitchen had everything you could hope for, there were lots of pool/beach toys and chairs, and there were tons of board games available for our party. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was incredible in the shower.

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

The home was beautiful, comfortable, and very close to the beach. Everything we hoped for in this little beach town.

It was so huge & clean. I love the kitchen you can cook & see every view of the house. Great sunlight made me want to buy some plants,but this is not my house lol. The master bedroom is awesome with your own door to the backyard. Ohh & don’t forget the pool. We spent most of our time in the backyard & the pool was great! Our kids love the Jack & Jill rooms! This place can accommodate a big family! Amanda was very responsive and respectful. We Will be coming back soon!

Nice clean mobile home with cheerful beach decor. The entire place Is fairly small and closet space and seating are limited, but there are 4 comfy barstools at the counter and a nice outdoor sofa. As stated, the bunk bed is for a kid (its pretty difficult for an adult to access.) Well appointed kitchen. Plenty of parking. Great St. Joe Beach location between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe with many nearby dining options and pristine beaches. A great find!

we came for spring break and met up with cousins (Philly and Indiana). Port St Joe was the perfect spot for relaxing days directly on the beach, a spacious and clean home to host our reunion and was even accommodating of our 1 year old. We have zero complaints and would definitely rent again.

Not only was the home beautiful, Kate was such a great host!! She was always so quick to respond and had lots of great recommendations for good spots in Port St Joe. The home was well stocked and very clean. The heated pool was a huge hit and beach access was a very short walk. We will definitely be booking with Kate again in the future!

Great spot and location. Close to windmark beach. Very spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Port St Joe is very laid back with beautiful beaches. Community amenities were good - heated pool, local gym, pizza restaurant, liquor store, etc. Property met our expectations and Neil was very responsive. Also - having bikes and beach chairs was appreciated. The one sticking point - I would have liked to have a propane grill but only a charcoal one was provided. Other than that a very enjoyable vacation!

We went for a quick weekend trip for my husband’s birthday and it was great! We would’ve stayed a whole week there if we could have! Cozy, peaceful, clean, cold a/c, and a quick walk away from the beach even with little ones! It was just right! Easy check in! Let us checkout late for no fee (which was HUGE to us as we wanted every minute we could have here)! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again! The community pool was not clean although it was “cleaned that morning”. However that is not the home owners fault and we preferred the beach anyways! Just wanted to clarify for any who HAVE to have a nice pool for your stay!

Our stay was amazing. The location was directly across the road from the beach.. We watched amazing sunsets. It was a dream come true. Will was great to work with. He quickly answered all of our questions! He is a new friend in our book!

Beautiful home close to the beach. It was great to have a big tv, 2 fridges, keurig. Comfortable beds. Very clean space. Awesome views from both decks. Make sure to bring enough incidentals for your entire stay. If you forget something there is a store one block away. The only thing I regret is not getting up early enough to get the donuts at the donut shop at the end of the street. They sell out every morning. Great stay with some great amenities close by which is rare for this remote area. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. My entire family loved it. Thanks!!

Thank you to Derek for sharing this beautiful, comfortable home with our family. The in law suite worked out great for my son in law, daughter and 2 year old grand baby for quiet naps and bedtime. We love this section of Windmark. Golf cart, scooter and bikes were great. My grandson caught black drum fish right off the beach shore just 1 block walk from the house. Comfy beds, plush towels. Highly recommend!

The home was exactly as described. The location in the WindMark community was fantastic. The kids loved the community pool, and riding in the golf cart. My mother found the attached apartment to be fantastic, and a was very impressed. We will definitely be stay here again.

Eddie was super helpful and proactive when we arrived. The home was very large and fit my family perfectly. We loved that we beach was just a walk away and it was still peaceful. I highly recommend staying here. My wife and I would like to make this an annual vacation with the whole family if possible. Very very beautiful thank you Eddie!

We PCSed to Panama City and stayed at this air B& B. We felt right at home and extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive with anything we asked or needed. They had a lot of items for their guests to use like bikes and beach chair unfortunately we didn’t use them because we were busy and the weather was not beach weather. Great place and great hosts. We left a little Puerto Rico trinket on the guest table with the guess book and Map. 😁

Such an amazing spot! Gorgeous sunsets. Great for our families Spring Break. Far away from “Spring breakers”. Josh responds to any questions or needs within 20 minutes. Huge backyard, great for cornhole & lawn games. Approx. 50 min from the beach (due to Spring Break traffic), otherwise it wouldn’t take that long. (We knew this!) The converted garage to game room was a hit with our kids (10 yo to 18 yo) We had epic ping pong & darts battles over the 3 full days that we were there. Definitely an amazing spot!

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

This house is cozy and cute. Perfect for me and my daughters' first ever girls weekend. The kitchen is stocked with every dish and utensil you would need to make your own meals. The mattresses are firm and the house is very clean. It is in a quiet, clean part of the coast. Right outside the little town of Port St Joe. We were lucky enough to catch a festival on Saturday and climb the to the top of the lighthouse. We also visited the Forgotten Coast Sea Turtle Sanctuary on Sunday and the kids loved that. We had a bonfire on the beach that everyone LOVED compliments of Light It Up. They were able to set up on the beach directly at the end of the street so we just walked down there. Perfect. Great place. Great stay.

Everything we wanted! This was a perfect house for our family vacation. Because of bad weather when we left our home town, we had to check in a day late. I let Erica and Philip know and they graciously added on a day to the end of our trip at no extra charge! We absolutely love Cape San Blas and the surrounding areas. This was our first time in this neighborhood and we would stay here again. There was something for everyone with the pool, sand volleyball, and pickleball courts (our fave). The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The swings on the porch were delightful. They provided a wagon, beach chairs as well as some beach toys so you just load up your wagon and head down the boardwalk to enjoy your beach day. The beach was not crowded at all even for Spring Break. Our dog enjoyed it too as the beaches here are doggy friendly. Erica and Philip were very responsive and friendly and we would definitely stay here again!

It was truly amazing. The home had the space we needed for 9 people. The beach was 7 a minute walk. And the clear water beach wasn't far as well. My family enjoyed every moment. The locals were are nice. And you got to go to Mama Dotts for some good soul food cooking. There are local bars to have a few drinks. And beaches you can walk at night to watch the sun sets and rise. The local of the home is just right and privacy needed. You are not far from anything. I thank you so much for allowing us to stay. We had a rough time getting there because our tires blew twice. And we were late for check in but he told us to get there safe and relaxe and everything would be alright. So thank you for caring. We needed batteries and they were there asap. Thank you so much. People you have to book this home. It was so spacious and kitchen was made to cook the best meals.

We love staying here! Felt right at home. My kids enjoyed the front yard to play volleyball ball. And back area for grilling dinner and for my fur babies. Great location everything within a mile or so from the house. Nice neighborhood to walk my dogs in. We were sad when it came time to leave. Will definitely book again when we come down to Panama!!
