It was amazing place to stay!

This was our first time to Port St. Joe and we had a great experience! Any questions or concerns that we had, Karrie was responsive in a timely manner. The house is beautiful and close to the pool and minutes from the beach. Having the golf cart was a nice feature and we definitely utilized it. We had a great experience. We definitely will be back. We found a new town to explore that is quiet and peaceful with beautiful beaches and atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this well-kept home. The host was very responsive and attentive. Our family stayed there for Christmas, and Kate kindly offered to set up the Christmas tree before our arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The house had many family games and puzzles; we completed five during our visit. There was also a ping pong table and arcade games, which allowed us to take a break and disconnect. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a good book. Went and watched the sunset on a few evenings to take in the whole experience. Overall, it was a great experience.

The home was absolutely amazing and, while we didn't get to use them, the beach items were a fantastic perk to know about. It is in a brand new neighborhood that GPS had some issues with but it was not hard to find at all. Ashleigh was very responsive and allowed us to check in early.

Awesome host, and a very beautiful home. No complaints about the home at all, honestly made me want to move to Florida! Highly recommend this stay, and make sure you go to Joe Momma’s Pizzeria!

Great place! We loved the house and all it had to offer. The kitchen was great as well as the outdoor spaces! The golf carts were great and easy to use. Will definitely be back!

Wow, what an amazing host. From having childproof door knob covers in place for our kids to the most informative welcome packet. Lourdes did not miss. The home was clean and exactly what we had hoped for. The extra amenities were a plus. This was one of our best vacations we have had with our small family. The beach was a close walk and the provided wagons, chair and toys were very useful. We would recommend this beach home for anyone looking to visit Cape San Blas. We are looking forward to stay there and her other locations again soon. A+++

Biggest thing for individuals travelling alone is that the upstairs is another rental, however I never heard them or had any issues! This place was amazing with all the supplies you'll need on a beach trip! Perfect week of beach adventures

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was my first time to this area. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The owners have definitely thought of everything. Clean and comfy. The bed was amazing with soft linens and good pillows. The sunset view is worth every penny!! I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. Easy to walk to the water or into downtown.

The place was incredibly nice and clean. It also had very comfortable beds throughout. Plenty of parking and plenty of room and we felt like we had complete privacy. We thought it was kind of an odd layout at first, but we ended up really liking it and it worked well with our family. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again. There are five of us. Two adults and three kids.

We enjoyed staying here, plenty of space, well appointed. The place is fairly new, and in good shape. Terrific view of the golf from the living room and the porch. Close enough to Panama City and other places and remote enough to be quiet.

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

We had such a lovely stay! This location is our favorite, the walk to the beach is so quick and easy. The view of the sunrise from the balconies is breathtakingly. We especially appreciated how thoughtful the host was with instructions and general supplies. 10/10 would recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Jacob's place was exceptionally clean. He and his co-host were extremely accommodating and responsive. The whole place was very comfortable, and we had a great time as a family. Great location with a very short drive to the beach.

This condo is a great spot in Mexico beach! Right across the street from the beach, but also has an amazing pool! Walkable to a couple local restaurants like mango Marley’s! The host was very nice, the place was very clean, and exactly as described! Would definitely rent again

Loved the condo! Great location. Spacious and well stocked unit. Perfectly timed communications and seamless check in. We would definitely stay here again!

You can’t beat the location. Located right at the entrance to the state park steps off the beach. There’s still hurricane damage all around but that’s understandable considering how severe it was. The condo is older and well worn but that’s just what we like. We felt comfortable in the space. The only complaint would be the soaking tub in the master is beyond “worn”. I really wanted to soak in the tub with the amazing view of the beach/gulf but didn’t feel comfortable even trying to turn it on. We want to go back and take the grand babies!
