We had a nice visit here. Kitchen had everything you could need. The King size bed was very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. The location was in an area where it is more laid back and not so touristy. What we liked most was there were no stairs or elevators to deal with. You can park right in front of the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great anniversary weekend! Scott’s apartment was just right for us! I appreciate all the little extras! Cookies, coffee, chips, popcorn, & a toothbrush! And it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach!

Absolutely great little place to stay- I would even say the beach is closer than 5 minutes away! The guests left us treats in the freezer and pamphlet upon pamphlet of great eateries and things to do. Would absolutely stay again!

David was a great host. We would highly recommend for families or couples who want to be on the beach.

The location was ideal — just steps away from the beach, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. Every morning, I enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony, watching the sunrise over the water. The condo also offered great amenities, including a pool and hot tub, which were perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

My wife and I loved this place! There were tons of great restaurants and shops close by and the beach was beautiful. There was a slight hiccup with the WiFi when we got there but it was figured out early the next day.

We had a great experience and hope to be back soon for a longer stay.

Hannah's place was the perfect family retreat! Safe and cozy! Really the perfect location! Everything was exactly as described and just wonderful!

We had such a wonderful time at Mike’s place. It’s a perfect location on the calmer east side of PCB near St. Andrew’s state park. Walking distance to public beach access, but most access points nearby also had open parking this time of year. Ammenties include a nesso tent and beach chairs. We loved the nesso tent as we use one on the lake back home in Tennessee for lake days. Mike is a great communicator for any needs. We did have to call the property management to get a new code and Southern Vacation does not allow early check in, but Mike was upfront about that early on. 10/10 would stay here again. You won’t find a better price or cancellation policy.

The duplex was clean and in a perfect location for our trip. It had everything we needed for the week. Christopher was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

I am not one to normally do reviews but I have to on this home. This was the most precious home and perfect place to stay for my family. Lourdes left the cutest welcome gift and also has a book of all her recommendations for eating/things to do/etc. The house is exactly as pictured but even better in person. The home is SO clean and she has everything there that you could think of to make you feel right at home. 1000/10 experience. It was my first time visiting Port St Joe but after this trip, we definitely be back next year! :)

Great stay!! About a 5 minute walk to the beach which was perfect. The beach wasn’t that crowded even with spring break. She was very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful spacious home right across the street from beach access. Great location with Exxon and dollar general (groceries) and food trucks all within a block away. Came with all the beach gear you could need. Do bring your own toiletries. Pictures and description didn’t do this beach house justice. It’s gorgeous and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom except for the one on main level with kitchen isn’t attached to bedroom.

Beach Daisy was nice, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Also, only a short walk to the beach. The host, Genna, was responsive and had local recommendations of places to eat and activities to do.

We had an amazing stay at Christine’s place! The home was absolutely gorgeous and spotless when we arrived. We were able to check in a little earlier than check in time so that was a huge plus for us! This home is so close to everything and our kids loved it!

This was the second time we stayed at this location and we really enjoyed it. The people who own other condos are always nice and have made some new friends. Not to far from the beach just a couple of blocks away not a bad walk. Planning to rent again when work permits.

Mark is definitely a super host. This is the 7th place I've stayed at in PCB, and let me tell you, it is my absolute favorite! Beautifully decorated, clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, very nice floors, and I must say again, CLEAN. Loved the beachy vibes. Breathtaking view, watch for the dolphins when you stay here. I look forward to staying here again.

Absolutely loved our stay at Carla’s condo in Panama City Beach! The unit was beautiful—tastefully decorated, incredibly clean, and so well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable week. Even though we were there during spring break, it was peaceful and quiet—perfectly located away from the chaos, but still close to everything. One of my favorite parts of each day was practicing yoga every morning while watching the waves from the balcony—just breathtaking. I also cooked dinner five out of the seven nights, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with quality pots, pans, and utensils (a rarity in rentals!). The beds were super comfy, and the showers had amazing water pressure—little details that made a big difference. Carla clearly takes pride in making this a home-away-from-home, and it shows. Highly, highly recommend—we can’t wait to come back!

The location was great. The kitchen, living room and bedroom was just as described. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was nice having a washer and dryer. There were 2 bathrooms, which was nice, but the shower wasn’t as clean as expected. There was hair on the shower wall and on the floor of the shower. I just cleaned it myself. We arrived 30 minutes early and tried to check in. Apparently you get locked out if you try to get in early. We called and Steve answered and fixed the problem for us. He was very friendly about it. Overall, it was a great stay.

We always try to find somewhere in the 36th - 38th street area and this condo fits perfectly into that. We’ve stayed in this complex before and this unit is one of our favorites. Very spacious and comfortable. Feels way bigger than a typical condo. Easy walk to beach is always a plus. Shell Shack right next door is great for quick, fresh, to-go seafood dinners. Loved our stay and will be back.

We really enjoyed staying at Pam's place. Regency Towers was very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of other spring breakers. We purposely stayed at this end of Thomas Drive because I knew that we would not encounter any of the "wild" spring breakers that typically come to PCB this time of year and would have access to great restaurants. We also chose this unit because I knew that the balcony faced the sunset, which we immensely enjoyed every evening from the comfort of the patio. The property is gated by super-friendly staff and felt very safe. Unfortunately, there were double red flags daily (typical for this time of year), so we could not go in the ocean. However, we enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, ample pool chairs with included umbrellas, and the beach chairs and umbrellas down at the beach. Pam's place is very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. Also, the water pressure in the shower is amazing, which I really loved!
