Saint-Julien-en-Genevois : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Très bon séjour, logement qui correspond aux descriptifs et photos. Très bien situé avec départ télésiège et randonnées au pied de l'immeuble. Merci à l'hôte pour sa acceuil et bienveillance. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Au plaisir de revenir.

David’s home was so perfect for our group! It was spacious it had all amenities needed for the week. From DVDs to board games to instructions for restaurants/ bars etc Check in was super easy and flexible and I would definitely recommend. It is a wee walk to town Maybe 15 minutes but u can get a bus during the day that is about 5 minutes away. And if your skiing you don’t need to go to town to go on the slopes you can just get on in Perriers and sort your tickets there. I would definitely go back

Ma femme et moi avons passés 3 jours chez Christophe dans le cadre d'un repérage du secteur, en vue d'une prochaine installation. Christophe a été de bons conseils pour nos recherches et s'est montré disponible pour nous guider au mieux . Le logement est spacieux et situé à 2 pas de l'autoroute et de tous les commerces 👍🏻 Le + : petite terrasse sympa qui permet de manger à l'extérieure 😉 Nous recommandons !

Julia’s place was great and well kept. It is a bit up a hill depending on where you walk from, but nothing too crazy. The park outside is very nice, but can be loud with children in the afternoon. Overall the neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. The place was very easy to check in and out of. The place was mostly clean, with shower and linens well kept. The living room and patio are definitely the best part of this place! They’re filled with so much charm, I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy a drink on the patio. It is about a 15 minute walk to the main area of old town and shopping. It is about a 20 minute walk from the lake. Great views from all windows! Julia had helpful and clear instructions, but did not always reply. Don’t let this dissuade you however, since I think she’s a great host!

Baptiste nous a accueilli dans une maison vivante (pas un showroom), agréable et calme, avec de la place pour tout le monde ! Équipement fonctionnel, grande surface et petits commerces pas loin, à quelques minutes du centre. On reviendra avec plaisir pour une prochaine cousinade ! Merci 🙏

Claire‘s place was very peaceful with an amazing view! One can see she put a lot of thought into furnishing and decorating the apartment. We would reccomend having a car for the stay, since public transport is not the fastest in the area. Still we came around quite well with the trains and busses. There are a lot of nice places to visit in the area!

Très bon séjour dans un bel appartement refait à neuf et très clair. Le centre d’Annecy se fait par une promenade dans la verdure très sympathique. Un micro-ondes aurait été un plus.

Très bon accueil et Lionel et très serviable. Nous reviendrons.

Hôte adorable, très réactif, très généreux, instructions claires. Le logement est propre et à proximité d’un petit lac pour les promenades.

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

We had a lovely stay in Rachel’s beautiful home. The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything we needed for a week’s stay. And the garden and terrace are amazing! Rachel is super responsive and was very easy to contact with any questions. The book with suggestions of restaurants and places to visit was really useful. Great location and loved the chickens :). We would definitely stay again!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! Le logement avec 10 couchages pour notre équipe de volley était impeccable, conforme à la description et bien situé, à 10min d'Annecy. Notre hôte Fabienne était très réactive. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Oxana et Victor dont des hôtes très disponibles et réactifs. En cas de question ou problème, ils répondent immédiatement. Le logement est spacieux, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La terrasse est très grande avec une belle vue, le jacuzzi super. Les environs sont agréables pour se promener avec des balades le long de cours d'eau, cascades etc. Nous recommandons ce logement.

This was a lovely chalet with the most incredible views. Lots of space and the bonus of toys for our 6/9 year old grand children. We found having a car great to drive them 7 minutes to ski school but there were ski buses. Shops within a 10 minute walk. For us the nursery slope with a drag lift 2 minutes walk at the end of the road for tobogganing/skiing was a massive bonus for late afternoon fun. What more can you say when your 9 year old grandson says it was the best holiday he had ever had a didn’t want to leave (neither did we).

Superbe séjour entre amis! Merci à Stéphane pour sa pro activité et ses instructions pour profiter de notre long week-end. Le logement est simplement parfait, grand, spacieux, propres, très bien décoré et le tout dans un bel environnement naturel, on adore ! La qualité des prestations par rapport au prix défis toute compétition! Encore merci, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Irina. Le logement est chaleureux et cosy. On s’y sent comme à la maison. Le chalet offre une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman; nous avons profité tous les jours de cette dernière depuis la terrasse. Irina est une hôte charmante avec beaucoup d’attentions! Nous avons bénéficié de la Montreux Card mise à disposition par Irina pour nos visites. Ne manquez pas le Château de Chillon et le parcours menant au Mont Pèlerin, accessible à pied du chalet, et dégustez un bon dîner au Chalet du Mont-Pèlerin! De vraies vacances calmes et reposantes .

Grand appartement, très fonctionnel, avec un équipement pour bien cuisiner. Le gros plus, nous sommes au pied des pistes, 5 min et encore avec les chaussures de ski. Nous reviendrons sans problème.

We had a lovely stay at Rachel's place at the end of Feb. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was very well equipped and spacious with a brand new bathroom. We felt right at home. It was very easy to walk into the center of St Gervais. Access to the gondola was very close. If you're skiing leaving your gear at le Bettex in a locker is ideal that way you can take the gondola and go straight into town for après and ski! / Dinner! Rachel was a great host she will respond immediately if you have any questions. St Gervais is a beautiful town full of authenticiy and the local people are very friendly. We would recommend La Galetta, (creperie .........) and the 2 bars (la Montagne and le nordique) We will definitely be back. Thankyou Rachel

Parfait séjour et ce logement y été pour beaucoup, propre, moderne, bien décoré, pratique pour partir en famille. L'arrêt de bus à 5 min à pied, petite résidence privé très sympa flambant neuf. Niveau vaisselle et équipement tout y est. Cuisine fonctionnelle, le logement est bien grand, casiers pratique, beaucoup de serviettes ect ... enfin.. rien ne manquait je ne vois aucun point négatif vraiment. Merci beaucoup pour cet accueil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marianne et Thierry. Le cadre est idyllique et la vue est magnifique. Nous ne pouvions pas rêver mieux pour passer un week-end prolongé dans cette belle région. L'appartement est exceptionnel et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour se sentir comme à la maison mais rien n'a d'égal l'hospitalité de Marianne et Thierry qui ont été d'une grande gentillesse et de bons conseils tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci pour leur accueil, on recommande vivement !

Les instructions etaieny claires, description fidele au bien. A seulement 10 minutes a pieds d'une zone de baignade sublime. Le petit bemole est l'acces au parking en pleine saison il fait se garer a 5 minutes a pieds du logement. Je recommande vraiment ce logement !

All good. Unfortunately not enough snow on super Morzine which I think Jo should have sorted out! Only kidding of course.

merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans ce si bel endroit :) le logement est parfait.. super bien équipé.. joliment décoré.. très agréable avec ses deux terrasses et le parking juste en face.. au calme face a la montagne.. tout en étant a 2 minutes a pied d un supermarche.. merci pour ta flexibilité et ta disponibilité.. on a adoré!
