Briody’s apartment was very clean. Nicely decorated. Loved the pool and gym. Excellent location being just behind Southbank. Very quiet. Comfy bed. Briody was quick to answer questions. We would be happy to stay here again

I would highly recommend it, the apartment is exceptionally well located with great views toward the city and the bay. Everything we needed was within a 5 min stroll, restaurants, tram stations, supermarket, bakery, bar etc. We will definitely stay again.

If you’re looking for a petite, squeaky clean and a practical place to stay in the middle of the city, this is an ideal place. John is very responsive, flexible and kind. Highly recommend this place.

Liana is an excellent host, we had no troubles checking in thanks to Liana’s clear instructions. The property was spotless and matched the photos on the listing. For such a quiet spot it was extremely accessible to shops and restaurants nearby.

The apartment was great and a very central city location with free trams close by, as well as an IGA for any food supplies. Everything was very clean with all necessary amenities supplied. A modern and very comfortable apartment offering great value for money. Host communicated well. Can recommend and would rebook to stay again on any future trips.

Very nice modern flat a short train ride from Melbourne city centre. The flat had everything we needed and was in an area surrounded by food and drink options.

Had a great stay at Jeremys wonderful apartment. The apartment was modern clean and in a fantastic location close to the tram and train stations. I would recommend to anyone looking to visit Melbourne.

Close to all public convenience

Very comfortable flat, well equipped with everything you might need: from a Nutribullet to an air fryer. I liked that Alex left a good quantity of everything for us to use during our stay: soap, shampoo, coffee, cleaning products etc. Convenient location, easy to interact with the host who was very responsive.

Fabulous stay at Ben & Murray’s gorgeous apartment! Everything to hand and well equipped. Great position to stay so easy for transport links #58 tram straight into CBD and South Yarra station 5 mins away. Would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment for trips to Melbourne. Thank you both

A true home away from home… we thoroughly enjoyed our recent four week stay! The kitchen was well stocked, a comfortable bed and lounge area, spacious outdoor patio and very handy to the tram, amenities and CBD. The perfect place to stay.. this is our second time and we will be back. Thank you Rose and Terry!

Great spot, loved the area, very chill but transit makes it very easy to get pretty much anywhere, and also very walkable to markets, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious and clean, enjoyed my time here very much.

Incredible location. Only a few houses down from the beach. Walking distance to an abundance of beautiful shops and great restaurants/cafes. Very peaceful and quiet apartment block. Very easy to access, no stairs, super clean - couldn’t fault it. Thank you for a great stay!

Loved staying here. So quiet and peaceful, beautiful plants everywhere. All the facilities were amazing, great pool and spa. definitely will stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous place, communicative host, lovely apartment. Very comfortable, light filled! The only thing to keep in mind is to be careful which elevators you take coming up from parking, we took the wrong one and had to end up walking around the building- but we never made the same mistake again. Definitely will book again!!

Great place to stay and close to everything

Family of four, two adults, two children aged five and three. The property was clean, tidy and looked like the photos provided. Walking distance to Fawkner Park which has two really great playgrounds. Very family friendly area with McDonald’s across the road to the property. We visited Cupcake Queens cake shop, which was under 10min walk this was amazing for us as our son turned five on our trip. Tram stop at the front of the property and car parking spot that fitted our Subaru outback we hired. Gorgeous views and it was really nice to see the hot air balloons in the morning floating past. Host was very responsive to questions immediately which was great. Highly recommend this property.

This was honestly one of the best Airbnbs we stayed at. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The apartment was super nice and clean. The pool and hot tub was just amazing and exactly what we were looking for during our last days in Australia. Also the view is really cool. You can park in the garage which was nice too. And the communication was also great. We really had nothing to complain about. If you can, stay here!

A lovely place for our extended family to come together for a weekend. Plenty of room to hang out, with own bedrooms. Great location, and wonderful View
