Space is exactly as the name on the site. Very cozy and clean. Everything was to our hand that we needed. The location is very private and safe. The response to our service was quick and the host was very friendly. Very quiet area and private location. I would recommend to anyone. We even had access to Netflix which I have never experienced before. Highly recommended!

Ezra is a fabulous host. We booked at the last minute and he was very attentive to our needs and always responded to our questions. The location is excellent, we were able to walk to some great restaurants.

Very cute and beautiful homy place. Close to beaches and function venues, restaurants and supermarket. If you have a big luggage, then be aware of the stairs. Friendly staff and was easy to communicate and check in- and out.

The appartment is easy to get with a bus from Basseterre (1,3 USD). From the airport you will need a taxi. The appartment was nice and clean. The wifi works good. Im satisfied.

This is my second time at the apartment. I felt right at home. Deborah is an amazing host, she goes above and beyond for the guest.

Angelo was extremely accommodating of my last minute booking. Picked me up from the ferry and made sure I knew how to find my way to the house if I was walking around town. Angelo provided coffee, tea and water upon my arrival that lasted through my stay. While there is no hit water tank the water from the tap gets hot enough on its on and you don't notice. I would absolutely stay with Angelo again.

I was really pleased to find 'Villa Iris Lower' was available for my dates. It had everything I needed to self cater and not far to walk to the beach. Maria quickly answered all my questions, prior to booking and once booked, her and Gary offered much advice on how to get there from St Kitts airport, including contacts for Taxi, Water Taxi and Property managed by Urban, who was very kind and helpful to all the guests staying on the complex (Villas; Calypso and Iris). I was also made welcome by the resident in Calypso, who showed me the best view of the bay from the Calypso balcony and where the locals hang out on Tuesday nights, in the bar on Oualie Beach, where it was a really friendly atmosphere and nice vibe on music night. Regarding entertainment that's about it, peace and relaxation, nice beach and 9km form Charlestown where I bought the groceries and explored a bit more. There are some mini busses. Ideally you need to be fit to walk up a hill or rent a car to explore further.

Such a nice condo with an awesome view! It was quiet and peaceful. Everything we could’ve asked for. The pictures don’t accurately represent what a great place this is! Rigel was very helpful and available to answer questions.

Host was very accommodating to my last minute travel plans. Great location with sea view. Will definitely be back and would recommend.

Marva was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The studio has a unique character, nicely appointed in the fisherman theme. We had a very relaxing time in the peaceful surroundings. We also appreciated the complimentary items.

Cornella and her mum are lovely people, and go out of their way to be accommodating and help you during your stay. Even picking us up at the airport which was kind. This is a quiet residential neighbourhood. I would say you definitely need a car if you're based here, as it's not on a bus route. A cab costs $20EC from Port Zante. There's a car rental place at the bottom of the hill (Courtesy car rentals), and Thrifty is a 15/20 min walk...but I'd recommend heading to Avis in Basseterre (30/40 min walk), as they were nicest, cheapest and most efficient lot to deal with. The apartment has everything you need and is clean/well appointed. The TV is a smart tv only, no local broadcast or cable, so bring your Netflix login info or find stuff online. There is a supermarket and bakery 15min walk away/5 min drive and a laundrette at bottom of hill. St Kitts is a small place and easy enough to find your way round. Frigate Bay bars, restaurants and beach are a 10 min drive away. Bird rock beach is 5 mins away. Downtown Basseterre is 10min drive/40 min walk. Airport is 10 mins drive. Cornella and her mum clean the place and replace sheets and towels every weekend, and were helpfully flexible with our checkout time to accommodate an evening flight. You're by no means in the middle of things staying in Bird Rock, but this is a great place to base yourself to explore the island. It's clean, safe and run by people who care about their property and are easy to communicate with. I'd happily recommend.

Great place in a fantastic location. Situated in Frigate Bay, within a short drive to the strip and other nearby sites and restaurants/bars. Ashanty was easily accesible by phone for any questions or concerns I had. Had a great day. Will stay again or recommend.

My family and I stayed for the culturama long weekend and the place was lovely! The host also made the stay worthwhile. Will definitely book again.

The host Peter made us comfortable and we enjoyed 8 nights at his home. The stay was amazing along with the warm breeze through the open doors. We even enjoyed the sweet coconut water he picked for us from his garden. I would suggest renting a vehicle to take you to the beaches and shopping malls. We would definitely return to the beautiful island of St.Kitts and the sister island of Nevis.
