Very cute and beautiful homy place. Close to beaches and function venues, restaurants and supermarket. If you have a big luggage, then be aware of the stairs. Friendly staff and was easy to communicate and check in- and out.

Angelo was extremely accommodating of my last minute booking. Picked me up from the ferry and made sure I knew how to find my way to the house if I was walking around town. Angelo provided coffee, tea and water upon my arrival that lasted through my stay. While there is no hit water tank the water from the tap gets hot enough on its on and you don't notice. I would absolutely stay with Angelo again.

This is the second year I have stayed at Poolside. Eden Villa. I have booked for next year. This illustrates my absolute love of the place and of the wonderful service offered by Garret and his amazing team. Wonderful views, glorious sunsets, fabulous pool, comfortable and clean accommodation. Use of an excellent laundry and a courtesy Suzuki Jeep to drive around the island. 🏝️ Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Nevis.

The space is very large and actually far better than the photos suggest, it is great value. The room also gives the feel of the accommodation of the area. The walk into the town centre is about 15 minutes and very convenient, but the location was quiet at night. Makeda is a great host and incredibly responsive.

Such a nice condo with an awesome view! It was quiet and peaceful. Everything we could’ve asked for. The pictures don’t accurately represent what a great place this is! Rigel was very helpful and available to answer questions.

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

The space was excellent. LOVED the ambiance and felt very safe at the location. It was close to needed amenities and all our needs were met. There were VERY clear instructions where needed and that helped alot. Thank you.

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

The house was amazing! It is set off the main road enough that you don't hear any traffic. Some things in the house are tricky if you are not used to it (Ex. turning the stove on). It 100% works, and Carmesha was so kind to explain to us how to use it. From start to finish this home is EXACTLY what we wanted. 5 minute walk to a basically private beach. There is a pool. A grill (we didn't use it though). Everything works. Hot water, A/C etc. We lost power once (but that's to be expected from what I read about Nevis in general). Carmesha was extremely proactive in making sure we were taken care of from taxis, towels and just over all comfort. She was responsive and very easy to talk to. Check in went smoothly and we had more than enough towels, bedsheets and little snacks (SO appreciated). The one small downside, not really close to a grocery store. But grab a taxi or rent a car and no problem! If/when we come back, we would absolutely stay here again!

Great place! I appreciate that they gave us the local maintainence man's number to talk to in case we had an immediate issue. We also had an oppurtunity to meet to Marilyn during our stay, she was very receptive and flexible.

Vanessa welcomed me in her place in an emergency situation and time of need. Her kindness was a god sent and she helped me get through a difficult time. Her place was clean and peaceful. There are activities to do in the near surroundings and buses available to take you straight to Basseterre.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Cottage. Everything was as depicted in the photos. The area was peaceful and the views were lovely. As travelers who enjoy cooking, the kitchen was adequately stocked with all the kitchen essentials and more! Larry and Shauntel were responsive whenever we had a query and made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Sunset Cottage and we look forward to returning.

What an amazing stay at Vicki's place! The place looks exactly like the pictures and then some. There are beautiful high ceilings with a ceiling fan and AC that keeps the place cool and the front door has an extra security gate to feel safe. It is huge and clean and it has a washer and dryer inside of the unit which is always a plus for me. The location is so convenient and is about a 12 minute drive from anywhere you need to be. It has a great variety of restaurants (including a mini market to pick up groceries) within walking distance - doesn't take even 5 minutes to get there! Vicki was an incredible host that was always VERY PROMPT with her responses whenever a question arose. She also provided incredible recommendations as well. Roy, the property manager, was just as helpful and friendly. Upon my very late arrival, they provided fruits and water which was helpful as I was starving and all the local businesses were closed. I will be back for sure!

Our host Bruce was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us with every need. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Beautiful views and pool! Walkable distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! We’ll be back! Overall great experience and absolutely gorgeous island.

The place was perfect for me, it is close to Porte Zante, which you will find local food, bars, liquor, and souvenir shops. Taxi’s are expensive so this was perfect and within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay.. there are 2 flights of stairs getting into suite but I felt so safe there. I will be returning!!! It was a pleasure meeting you Patricia.

We were very pleased with the apartment, the view was breath taking and it was clean. Josh and Leslie were always prompt on responding and fulfilled our requests as best they could! They were both really friendly.

Friendly neighbors and staff made it even better. Having a car was great for exploring, but taxis were always available. Only minor inconvenience was the occasional island-wide water pressure drop at night and power outages, but overall, a wonderful stay. Would definitely return!"
