Great location with multiple views of the surrounding area. The ever present breeze is so calming. The use of a vehicle is essential especially if you are staying over 5 days. We rented a vehicle from The Salty Expat and the owner, Genna is so helpful with her suggestions and exhibits an excellent customer outlook. The swimming pool is a must especially for small children.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Frigate Bay is the best place on St. Kitts. Within walking distance are both the Atlantic and Caribbean oceans, three grocery stores, laid back beach bars, and tons of restaurants. Yet the place is still quiet and safe and relaxing. The apartment complex is a little dated, but had everything we needed including good WiFi and excellent air conditioning. The pool is lovely and never crowded, and the tennis court is in pretty good playing condition (bring your own rackets and balls - hard to find on the island). The Remax office is just a block from the apartment complex, so if you need anything you can just pop in and talk to the manager, Alex. He and his team were very responsive and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had a good stay.

Dale was amazing to rent from. Super amazing lady. The house was incredible. The views were incredible! My husband and I loved spending time at the property. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We quickly needed a place to stay. Sam responded fast and was able to accommodate a late check in. He actually came to the property to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Then he graciously met us on the beach at night IN THE DARK to help pull up our dinghy onto the beach AND then help carry our luggage. The place had everything we needed and was clean. He even left a bottle of chilled wine and waters in the fridge. We stayed for 10 days and anytime we had a question or request he responded kindly and promptly. He never made us feel like we were asking too much. He also does car rentals so we were able to rent a car for a day. He had a driver drop off and pick up the car which was extremely helpful. The property has a beach bar/restaurant attached to it and we ate there about 5 times. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The views from condo are incredible. We would definitely stay here again and most certainly recommend Sam as a gracious caring host.

Stayed here for a weekend to have a change from St Kitts, Aug 23. The condo is stunning, clean, air conditioned and spacious. Perfect for 2 couples. Amelia left us beers in the fridge and other items like water and coffee/tea, butter etc. It was simple and easy to communicate with her. The beach is a stone's throw away and the Yachtsman Grill food and cocktails are faultless. Staff friendly and attentive. Taxi to 2 big supermarkets is about 10 mins away. There's a little gym on site with air con which is small but nice. Its got everything you need for a nice getaway. I'd say the pool areas were the only bit that didn't seem as appealing to us, but honestly the sea is right there so we didn't need it anyway. We would stay again in a heartbeat, lovely experience
