Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

Our group of 10 active seniors had a wonderful stay at Vanessa’s house. The house and setting is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely- the views of Nevis Peak while floating in the huge pool, BBQing on the pool patio, and watching the monkeys.The house and the pool house are very well equipped and comfortable. The location is in convenient to all the wonderful beaches and historic sites on Nevis. Buckey, the house manager was wonderful and went out of her way to help us with requests, questions, and minor problems. Nevis really is paradise and the people there are so kind!

The place looks even better than the pictures! The road to get there is a bit rough but you are in the jungle so the trek is worth it. Also, there’s no AC but the windows provide more than enough ventilation which keeps it cool throughout the day. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay!

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Terrific layout of three separate buildings and pool provided a perfect combination of privacy, convenience and an indoor/outdoor ambiance for two adult couples. (plus an additional bedroom suite that would have accommodated another couple or children.) Pleasant decor and well equipped kitchen. Completely private grounds were beautifully maintained and gave the perception of being on our own, private plantation. Walkable to spectacular resort restaurant at Montpelier Plantation. Wayne's representative, Pulmattie helped us beginning with travel plans through to departure. She arranged our St. Kitt airport to Nevis transportation and our rental car. She led us to the house, gave us a tour and a lot of local information and was immediately available throughout our stay for any questions we had. She grocery shopped for us before our arrival and helped to arrange our departure transportation.

Beautiful villa, excellent host, and an amazing island. Derek was always on hand if we needed anything and Jan was super friendly and provided all the information we needed. We had to extend our trip for a day due to weather back home and we were accommodated without any issue.

The house was amazing! It is set off the main road enough that you don't hear any traffic. Some things in the house are tricky if you are not used to it (Ex. turning the stove on). It 100% works, and Carmesha was so kind to explain to us how to use it. From start to finish this home is EXACTLY what we wanted. 5 minute walk to a basically private beach. There is a pool. A grill (we didn't use it though). Everything works. Hot water, A/C etc. We lost power once (but that's to be expected from what I read about Nevis in general). Carmesha was extremely proactive in making sure we were taken care of from taxis, towels and just over all comfort. She was responsive and very easy to talk to. Check in went smoothly and we had more than enough towels, bedsheets and little snacks (SO appreciated). The one small downside, not really close to a grocery store. But grab a taxi or rent a car and no problem! If/when we come back, we would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kimberly’s place! It was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable! We highly recommend this beautiful place on St. Kitts!

What an amazing stay at Vicki's place! The place looks exactly like the pictures and then some. There are beautiful high ceilings with a ceiling fan and AC that keeps the place cool and the front door has an extra security gate to feel safe. It is huge and clean and it has a washer and dryer inside of the unit which is always a plus for me. The location is so convenient and is about a 12 minute drive from anywhere you need to be. It has a great variety of restaurants (including a mini market to pick up groceries) within walking distance - doesn't take even 5 minutes to get there! Vicki was an incredible host that was always VERY PROMPT with her responses whenever a question arose. She also provided incredible recommendations as well. Roy, the property manager, was just as helpful and friendly. Upon my very late arrival, they provided fruits and water which was helpful as I was starving and all the local businesses were closed. I will be back for sure!

This was a dream airbnb experience! A heavenly location with ocean views, a light and airy and spacious apartment, a bathroom for each bedroom, well stocked kitchen, air conditioning, pool, and wide green lawn. You’re right by some of the best restaurants, the Marriott with casino, multiple supermarkets, coffee shop, and several beach options so a car is not needed. Totally walkable and lovely! And these hosts, wow, so kind and flexible with all our requests. They helped us a lot navigating our check in and out process and made everything easy. Thank you folks! If you see this spot grab it and enjoy paradise!

Our host Bruce was excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us with every need. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a family of 4. Beautiful views and pool! Walkable distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! We’ll be back! Overall great experience and absolutely gorgeous island.

Keathly & Lilleth are fabulous hosts!! We had a couple of issues (one minor, one a bit more involved) and they were responsive, friendly and helpful! We adore staying in their impressive condo! They have been wonderful to us; even allowing us to add a few little things to help us feel even more at home. If they had other spaces in other places, we would opt to rent through them again! Absolutely nothing but 5-stars (or more!!) all the way for them!! We are grateful that they have such a lovely space they make available - and as long as we’re able, we certainly hope to always be able to rent through them!!

We quickly needed a place to stay. Sam responded fast and was able to accommodate a late check in. He actually came to the property to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Then he graciously met us on the beach at night IN THE DARK to help pull up our dinghy onto the beach AND then help carry our luggage. The place had everything we needed and was clean. He even left a bottle of chilled wine and waters in the fridge. We stayed for 10 days and anytime we had a question or request he responded kindly and promptly. He never made us feel like we were asking too much. He also does car rentals so we were able to rent a car for a day. He had a driver drop off and pick up the car which was extremely helpful. The property has a beach bar/restaurant attached to it and we ate there about 5 times. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The views from condo are incredible. We would definitely stay here again and most certainly recommend Sam as a gracious caring host.

The unit is funky old-school beachy which we liked a lot. Very comfortable. Had all we needed. Cannot get in the water in the Atlantic here as too dangerous, but lovely to sit and watch. St. Kitts and Nevis are great. Frigate Bay in St. Kitts is best place to book for easy access to dining and hotels. Can walk to Marriott for instance and pay for a day pass to use all pools and beaches. Great trip.
