Good value for money apartment in st kitts in between all the attractions. Its 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to beach and the famous strip. It is also 30 minutes walk to the ferry port and capital of St Kitts . Its 10 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes walk to the supermarkets and a few local restaurants/bars Apartment is very clean, quiet and modern and has a nice little garden to chill out in as well. For sunset views walk two minutes up the road above the apartment for some of the best the world can offer. The owners were very flexible with the checkout and extremely helpful.

I’m from America and I have stayed here multiple times and I love it. Peaceful breathtaking views quiet out the way spot very clean everything’s up-to-date. I had to take videos of the views Troy the host is always helpful and kind. I always feel at home and completely comfortable when renting there and of course I will rent there again. I’ve stayed there multiple times already so thank you for my great stay and I definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Very cute and beautiful homy place. Close to beaches and function venues, restaurants and supermarket. If you have a big luggage, then be aware of the stairs. Friendly staff and was easy to communicate and check in- and out.

Dale is a lovely host. This apartment is part of the family dwelling. Dale’s yoga studio adjoins. We were only there for one night but found everything to our satifaction. Dale was most helpful with organising taxis and takeaways !

This is the second year I have stayed at Poolside. Eden Villa. I have booked for next year. This illustrates my absolute love of the place and of the wonderful service offered by Garret and his amazing team. Wonderful views, glorious sunsets, fabulous pool, comfortable and clean accommodation. Use of an excellent laundry and a courtesy Suzuki Jeep to drive around the island. 🏝️ Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Nevis.

My wife and I enjoyed our 4-night stay at Beulah’s apartment. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked kitchen and bath. Excellent location, a 10-minute walk to Frigate Bay Beach and restaurants/bars. A small grocery store is a 10-minute walk along the golf course path. The pool patio was private and peaceful. I was relieved to find a secure, gated property to park my scooter safely overnight. A great home base to explore St. Kitts and relax when you want a private escape.

Schöne Anlage in toller Lage! (Frigate Bay, nicht wie im Inserat in Basseterre) Nicht weit zum Strand zu Fuß mit schönen Beach Bars. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig.

It’s a good location and nice apartment to rent.

Our stay at this listing was amazing. The house was so well kept and beautifully furnished. Each of the rooms were spacious and had adjoining bathrooms. There was also a half bath, which is conveniently located in the living room. Barbara has everything you could possibly need. From beach chairs to towels to detergent. You name it everything was there. The thing that topped it all was the view from the pool. We will definitely be returning here. Thank you for making our stay in Nevis amazing. A plus was Derek,the building manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Derek was also very welcoming,

James was responsive to questions from the time of the rental till we left. The place is quiet, beautiful with amazing views and very roomy. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to St Kitts. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and the port. It was a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at the turtle beach house very much. We were feeling at home from the moment we entered this beautiful house. The house is very private with beautiful views of the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea. Communication with the host was great. Cassandra responded very quick to all our requests. Hopefully we can return soon. We love this place and can highly recommend it

We had a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet area yet close to the water taxi. We rented a car so we used the ferry which only runs in the morning and one trip in the evening so make sure you can get there depending on flights if using a car. Once that is figured out the rest is pretty easy. Nevins is beautiful and untouched. The house has everything you need. We made sandwiches for our hikes and ate out for dinner. We had a wonderful time. Celeste was very responsive with questions regarding the ferry which I did not figure out ahead of time. We had lunch and went for a swim in st kitts before we got on the ferry. If you take the water taxi it’s super easy since they come and go.

We couldn’t say enough great things about the team that runs this property. The neighborhood is quiet and cool, minutes away from Reggae Beach. The pool is secluded in the backyard, clean, and refreshing. The house was kept spotless, had everything we needed, and the pictures do not do this property justice. It was better than what we expected from the photos. Every room seemed like the main suite, so it was easy to split rooms up with our guests. There’s cute monkeys that run around the neighborhood, so our kids would do monkey walks in the morning and near sunset. It’s safe, and beautiful. When we had any questions, the host responded with answers and offered to send our technicians to walk us through the trouble shooting, so that was huge to us. We just got home today, but will miss St Kitts and this property. Thank you.

Coccoloba was truly "Heaven on the Hill". It sits up the hill from Oualie Beach and the Water Taxi Pier. It looks out across the Narrows to St Kitts and has the most wonderful sunset views. It was perfect for our family of 4 with two cozy bedrooms. Each with their own bathroom, outdoor showers (indoor ones too). The bedrooms have their own A/C (if needed). In the morning open the pocket doors to let the constant breeze to keep you comfy and cool. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. One nice extra is that Peter and Louise stocked the villa with an initial supply of provisions that held us over until our grocery store trip. The outdoor grill was a easy to use and fired up fast. Peter & Louise were such wonderful hosts! We fell in love with Nevis and the villa. Hope to be back soon. Ron

The house was amazing! It is set off the main road enough that you don't hear any traffic. Some things in the house are tricky if you are not used to it (Ex. turning the stove on). It 100% works, and Carmesha was so kind to explain to us how to use it. From start to finish this home is EXACTLY what we wanted. 5 minute walk to a basically private beach. There is a pool. A grill (we didn't use it though). Everything works. Hot water, A/C etc. We lost power once (but that's to be expected from what I read about Nevis in general). Carmesha was extremely proactive in making sure we were taken care of from taxis, towels and just over all comfort. She was responsive and very easy to talk to. Check in went smoothly and we had more than enough towels, bedsheets and little snacks (SO appreciated). The one small downside, not really close to a grocery store. But grab a taxi or rent a car and no problem! If/when we come back, we would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Kimberly’s place! It was spacious, clean and the beds were so comfortable! We highly recommend this beautiful place on St. Kitts!

Nice old Caribbean home feel to it, great location away from everything but close enough to walk to everything plus lots around like a small store a coffee shop and restaurants. best of all has a nice little pool and you have beach access.

I loved my time here! Absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable, peaceful place to stay. The location was perfect - I walked everywhere and for places that were too far to walk, the taxi stand was only about 5-7 minutes down the street. Timothy Hill to the left, the Marriott and restaurants/shops to the right, and the Strip is just across the street. The apartment itself was so comfortable and had everything I could have needed (the extra sun hats were especially helpful!). Great shower, the bed was so cozy, and the patio was beautiful as well. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend.

Our 3rd Airbnb stay in St. Kitts, and this was the best one we’ve experienced. We had an amazing 8 days at this condo. While the property is older, you cannot beat the location, the pool, walk-ability, ocean beach, etc. we had a slight issue in the beginning with one of the AC units not working well, and they had AC vendor out there installing a new unit on a Sunday; amazing customer service!!! The place ia very large, and could have easily slept more people. Beds are very comfortable, and had all the items we needed for the week. Would definitely consider this place on our next trip to St. Kitts.

Keathly & Lilleth are fabulous hosts!! We had a couple of issues (one minor, one a bit more involved) and they were responsive, friendly and helpful! We adore staying in their impressive condo! They have been wonderful to us; even allowing us to add a few little things to help us feel even more at home. If they had other spaces in other places, we would opt to rent through them again! Absolutely nothing but 5-stars (or more!!) all the way for them!! We are grateful that they have such a lovely space they make available - and as long as we’re able, we certainly hope to always be able to rent through them!!

We quickly needed a place to stay. Sam responded fast and was able to accommodate a late check in. He actually came to the property to make sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Then he graciously met us on the beach at night IN THE DARK to help pull up our dinghy onto the beach AND then help carry our luggage. The place had everything we needed and was clean. He even left a bottle of chilled wine and waters in the fridge. We stayed for 10 days and anytime we had a question or request he responded kindly and promptly. He never made us feel like we were asking too much. He also does car rentals so we were able to rent a car for a day. He had a driver drop off and pick up the car which was extremely helpful. The property has a beach bar/restaurant attached to it and we ate there about 5 times. The staff was friendly and the food was great. The views from condo are incredible. We would definitely stay here again and most certainly recommend Sam as a gracious caring host.

I stayed at Marva's place for 4 days. It was truly amazing. Very comforting, peaceful and perfectly what I preferred. All amenities are most definitely included and also very convenient and helpful. If you are looking for a place that has peace and comfort. I highly recommend Marva's place. It was amazing and would definitely come back and stay there every single time.
