Saint Kitts : locations de vacances en appartement

We chose and booked this apartment as it was right on the beach. It was extremely quiet and with that, you do need a car. It was our first trip to Nevis and we are hoping to return next year. There is a car port for a hire car. Beds were very comfortable and the views are amazing. The beach was empty most of the time we were there, as was the pool area. Great for adults. Kitchen was well equipped and there was space for storage of suitcases etc. out of the way. We came for the annual channel swim and we were not disappointed. We did have an issue when we were staying at the property, which Vanessa the concierge resolved with good communication as well. The property has a bar next to it, which you can hardly hear and is walking distance to both Chrishi beach and the Yachtsmans Grill. We found the expat community extremely welcoming and the locals very friendly. We loved the botanical gardens and the catamaran cruise. We thought Sunshine’s was overrated! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Joyce was an exceptional host, making the place available to us at a moment's notice with flexible check in and check out. The place is spacious and RIGHT on the ocean which is great, with tons of restaurants in walking distance, plus supermarket, the Marriott and casino, and lots of other great places. Couldn't be more convenient. We slept 4 adult men comfortably here. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, and the place has a washing machine as well and lots of towels. The lovely development also includes a pool and lounge areas. It condo could use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but overall you can't beat this location, convenience, and bed count at this price. Thanks Joyce!

We absolutely loved our visit in Nevis at Vanessa’s place! Spacious, well equipped on beautiful grounds and location. Hands down the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure to stay with. From the very start she orchestrated reliable transportation from the St Kitts airport to the water tax and we had a rental car delivered to the apartment. Everything was seemless and can’t wait to visit again!

This was a dream airbnb experience! A heavenly location with ocean views, a light and airy and spacious apartment, a bathroom for each bedroom, well stocked kitchen, air conditioning, pool, and wide green lawn. You’re right by some of the best restaurants, the Marriott with casino, multiple supermarkets, coffee shop, and several beach options so a car is not needed. Totally walkable and lovely! And these hosts, wow, so kind and flexible with all our requests. They helped us a lot navigating our check in and out process and made everything easy. Thank you folks! If you see this spot grab it and enjoy paradise!

The place was perfect for me, it is close to Porte Zante, which you will find local food, bars, liquor, and souvenir shops. Taxi’s are expensive so this was perfect and within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay.. there are 2 flights of stairs getting into suite but I felt so safe there. I will be returning!!! It was a pleasure meeting you Patricia.

Loves the condo and location! walking distance to Marriott. Can stand right outside. walking distance to coffee, groceries, and restaurants. The pool and beach were lovely. Condo was clean and spacious.

We were very pleased with the apartment, the view was breath taking and it was clean. Josh and Leslie were always prompt on responding and fulfilled our requests as best they could! They were both really friendly.

Our 3rd Airbnb stay in St. Kitts, and this was the best one we’ve experienced. We had an amazing 8 days at this condo. While the property is older, you cannot beat the location, the pool, walk-ability, ocean beach, etc. we had a slight issue in the beginning with one of the AC units not working well, and they had AC vendor out there installing a new unit on a Sunday; amazing customer service!!! The place ia very large, and could have easily slept more people. Beds are very comfortable, and had all the items we needed for the week. Would definitely consider this place on our next trip to St. Kitts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean when we arrived, and the hosts provided washing liquid, soap and even food and drinks for when we arrived. The hosts were super responsive and very much tried to make our stay pleasant. My only feedback is that the kitchen wasn't that well equipped in terms of cooking utensils and cutlery. Other than that, the apartment was definitely worth it for the price!

Stayed here for a weekend to have a change from St Kitts, Aug 23. The condo is stunning, clean, air conditioned and spacious. Perfect for 2 couples. Amelia left us beers in the fridge and other items like water and coffee/tea, butter etc. It was simple and easy to communicate with her. The beach is a stone's throw away and the Yachtsman Grill food and cocktails are faultless. Staff friendly and attentive. Taxi to 2 big supermarkets is about 10 mins away. There's a little gym on site with air con which is small but nice. Its got everything you need for a nice getaway. I'd say the pool areas were the only bit that didn't seem as appealing to us, but honestly the sea is right there so we didn't need it anyway. We would stay again in a heartbeat, lovely experience

"Had a fantastic month-long stay! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great A/C. Loved the location—easy walk to 3 grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. Friendly neighbors and staff made it even better. Having a car was great for exploring, but taxis were always available. Only minor inconvenience was the occasional island-wide water pressure drop at night and power outages, but overall, a wonderful stay. Would definitely return!"
