Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Fantastic house in a great location. The surrounding park is beautiful and the location is incredibly peaceful. The house was great and met our needs perfectly. Two beds and a pull out sofa. Living room and kitchen has everything you’d need. Check in and out was as simple as possible. Enjoyed staying here!

Great place, enjoyed the stay while attending a professional conference at nearby convention center.

This home is worth it just for the beautiful views of the Chesapeake bay! It was a gorgeous space with plenty of seating for our family vacation. The master bedroom and bathroom were also a highlight for us. The large soaking tub fits two and the shower was amazing. It being winter we couldn’t make use of the kayaks but we loved the hot tub and there is a lovely park walking distance from the house. We drove into Annapolis and also spent a day in Baltimore as the house is in a great spot for driving to either. Can’t wait to check this place out in the summer!

Our family in Arlington was hosting Thanksgiving, and we needed additional space for 6 family members to sleep. We chose Chuchi's home for the neighborhood and proximity to family. The home is very comfortable. It has a media center and workout room. The gourmet kitchen has everything one would want. New appliances, plenty of tableware, utensils, and glasses. We were welcomed with a gift basket of wine and snacks. We would be happy to stay here again.

Second time, we have stayed at this AIRBNB. The host, Natalie is very helpful and welcoming! Both stays were awesome! The home is cozy and comfortable for our family. Amazing water views with a fenced yard for our dog. We enjoyed making a bonfire and roasting marshmallows. Highly recommend this home, and will stay again when we are in the area.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.

Doug's cottage is just lovely - super clean and airy, comfortable, quiet. In mid-February, the lake must have had 20 swans on it, gliding from one side to the other every morning. It was surreal. We loved nearby Annapolis and the US Naval Academy as well. So much to do, even on a cold and rainy weekend.

Pamela was a great host. We felt very welcome and knew she wanted us to enjoy our stay. The house had great outdoor spaces and the inside was welcoming , cozy and charming.

The apartment was centrally located for all of our needs! We had a great time and enjoyed having drinks and bite to eat at The Little Gay Pub which is right across the street!

This was the best Airbnb experience ever! The apartment is very charming and clean. The brick wall in the bedroom and the fireplace is beautiful. It has a very comfortable bed and pillows. Loved walking to to the corner of Seventh and Pennsylvania Avenue which has great restaurants and an awesome bookstore. Riding the city bike from the baseball stadium to the apartment was a lot of fun as there is a spot close by to the aprtment to drop it off. Monica and Traci are so caring and wonderful hostesses. We will definitely be back.

Stayed at David's place with several work colleagues during our annual conference nearby - the place was clean, pleasant, adaptable, and as described. The rooms were spacious, numerous, and private - which was perfect for us! It's not a bad walk at all to Union Station and H street is always a good place to find something to do. Would recommend for folks looking to save on hotel costs for a group!

So easy to get around!!! This place was better than described!! It was so close to public transportation!! Pictures don’t do it justice. It was super clean. Neighborhood was safe, we walked our dogs each morning and night. Communication was wonderful before and during our stay. If we get to come back to Washington DC, we will try and stay here.

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated; right on Capitol Hill. Easy access to public transportation. Safe, walkable, pretty, neighborhood. Well stocked spot, with great kitchen supplies for cooking. I felt at home. Highly recommended for a long stay.

We picked Cari's place because it was near our daughter's house. Since my daughter was having renovations done, we were able to be comfortable, cook at the apartment, and then stroll over to my daughter's home with dinner already made! And, Cari had a handy shopping cart for us to transport things back and forth. We will be coming back next month.

Enjoyed our stay. Very walkable, few blocks to the Metro, and great restaurants.

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

All I can say is WOW! We were blown away at the beauty of the home AND the view! Relaxing and peaceful. The pool was to die for and Kathleen was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had in all our air bnb travel!!! Will definitely return AND will check out her other properties in the future. Greg was a wonderful host. He was proactive and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet with many restaurants and coffee shops. Just minutes from the tourist attractions in DC. We had a great stay and would highly recommend Greg as a super host!

Absolutely fabulous experience! We stayed during a very low key time (Christmas+) but were able to find lots of fun things to do (shopping in St Michael’s [don’t miss The Blue Heron for the best caffeine], driving tour of Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge, etc.). We got incredible photos during sunrise/sunset, safely walked-ran on the neighborhood roads, enjoyed the fire pit, and thoroughly rested and relaxed. So grateful we chose Jon’s home for 5 days/4 nights of R&R ❤️

My family and I loved our time in DC and Nathan’s home was a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was tidy & beautifully decorated! Nathan was a gracious host that made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you! Until next time… 💛
