We loved staying at Anna's place. It was the perfect spot for our DC family adventure! The location was fantastic... loved the park across the street and the accessibility to all of the landmarks we wanted to explore. Parking was really easy and convenient. The unit itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer in addition to a full kitchen worked really well for our family of three. The only thing we would have liked to see included in the listing is that the heat is not controlled by the guests. Not a dealbreaker for us... we just wouldn't have spent time looking for a thermostat. Anna was a very responsive host and we would definitely book here again.

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

A lovely place in a great location! I stayed for five weeks while in transition back to DC. Greg was very responsive; the place was spotless. It’s also very cute, in a historic building on the west side of Dupont Circle (border with the West End and near Foggy Bottom). I will definitely recommend this to out-of-town friends.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Washington, DC! The place was very clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking available. We saw lots of families out and about, which made it feel very welcoming. There were some great food options within walking distance—loved the nearby pizza place for dinner and the breakfast spot with amazing coffee. Chad was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely book again!

The garden apartment looked like the photos so expectations met. Kitchen is well equipped, street parking was easy on the weekend, bed very comfortable and everything was clean. As the owner states, you can hear voices and footsteps. It is a basement so some rooms are dark, ceiling low and there are stairs to enter the unit. Best of all is the great neighborhood and walkability! We had a great stay.

Our stay at Bukola's property exceeded expectations! It was a short stay, but every part of the experience was perfect! Plenty of room, clean, quiet, and a safe space. Our plans changed, but Bukola was super responsive to accommodate the changes. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this space. Thank you, Bukola, for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Suzanne's place exceeded our expectations. Even though parking is on-street, we were able to consistently park close by. The accommodations were pristine and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and much larger than we needed. The bathroom as clean and well equipped with plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. The TV in its location off the kitchen seemed a bit crowded for two, so we didn't really watch much. Suzanne and her husband(?) were friendly and helpful. I would definitely schedule a return stay. All in all, definately a place I would to return to.

Carlos and Lynn's 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit was great. Very comfortable, with good amenities, TVs in every room, a nice, well-appointed kitchen, terrific bathroom towels and large shower, and ample space for everyone. His responsiveness was excellent, and his communication was spot on. I highly recommend this unit.

Great location, quiet. Spacious and clean house. Well connected in terms of grocery stores etc. Host very responsive and helpful. We had a 2 week stay and it was perfect for our needs.

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

Brandon was very responsive and his house was exactly what we needed for visiting DC with children and a dog. The drive into DC was easy and scenic. The house was clean, the fenced yard was great for the dog, the neighborhood felt safe with great water views for walking, and there were good restaurants on the water within short driving distance from the house. Overall it was a great experience!

Great experience! Highly recommend! Easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores, and metro. We especially enjoyed the Ted's Bulletin restaurant an easy walk from Russell's place. Russell was friendly, helpful, and proactive about making sure our stay was the best! Easy check-in too, overall great stay! Very hospitable!

Clarence & Sheila have a really nice place and are great hosts. As a self-proclaimed "hotel person" I was a little hesitant to stay in an Airbnb in a city that I am unfamiliar with. My biggest reservation was what a few reviewers said about the location. To be honest, they were over-exaggerating, the neighborhood and neighbors were fine. Like most urban communities, you may have to ride through some less desirable neighborhoods, but to be honest I didn't feel like the surrounding community was bad at all. As for the property, it was immaculately clean and stocked with snacks. The wifi was strong so I was able to work while there. The place looks exactly like the photos. I appreciated the assurance and quick responsiveness that Sheila provided when I had some pre check-in questions. I would definitely book again.

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Great location for access to the National Mall as well as other interesting spots in DC. the neighborhood is cozy and safe, with friendly people and nice dogs everywhere. The place is clean and it's nice being in the upstairs units so you don't hear folks above you. We didn't hear any noise from neighbors during our 3 night stay.

First time we vacationed in an area that we could park our car and leave it. The busline and Metro were easy enough to navigate, even for seniors. Raul was a big help and answered us promptly.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.

The apartment is on a quiet dead end street, about 15 mins drive from the national mall and most attractions. We felt safe at the neighborhood, and there is a parking spot provided. It is a modern apartment with all the amenities, a nice kitchen and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and 2 large TVs. We had a very nice stay for 2 nights. The host communicated well, with all the instructions for self checkin and check out. There was a small problem with the cleaning schedule, but the host rectified the situation very quickly and all was well afterwards.

Great place, in a great neighborhood. Close to D.C. and very close to Arlington National Cemetery. Very clean, easy to access and quiet. We had a great time.
