Laborie is probably the most friendly place we’ve been to in the Caribbean - everybody was so nice. Good places to eat, and a few convenience stores for most everyday needs (and the main supermarkets were only a short bus ride away). It’s right by the sea, with the best part of the lovely, quiet beach up by the sports field. Overall, a great place to stay for a really chilled break, or to use as a base to explore St Lucia. Laura was an excellent host, with good, helpful advice and help with booking trips and local taxis. She even took us out for a wonderful meal with her other guests.

The house and location represents the authentic town of Soufriere! The house was in walkable distance to many restaurants and stores. Mau recommended many attractions and even offered to make me reservations to a restaurant. Mau was an awesome host and human being.

Great place and excellent location. Unit is well equipped and even better- everything works! Jenna and her staff were excellent. High recommendation.

Amazing apartment under a minute to the beach with wonderful view of the sunset. Loved it here! Laborie is a wonderful place to stay, a small town with 2 main roads and fresh fish from the sea. Laura was a great host and when I lost my snorkel she went out of her way to find me one to borrow. Great patio and good for being independent with a kitchen and dining space. I would definitely stay again! The view from sunset pier just a stones throw away at sunset was worth a trip in itself! Great places to eat out too!

The bedrooms were great, all had ensuite bathrooms and balconies. The furnishings were clean and pleasant. The beds are hard - we all agreed on that - and the pillows weren’t great. It’s always a shame to have your holiday spoiled by bad sleep and we felt the beds contributed to poor sleep while we were there. There are only 2 sun loungers for a house catering for 6 people. We were a party of 4 and couldn’t all lay in the sun together as a result. The kitchen is well equipped, nothing missing and it was useful to have access to a washing machine when we came back from the mud baths. The marina is a lovely view from the terrace. We were most disappointed that the cleaners turned up at 9 ish on our last day. We’d asked for late check out and were refused (fair enough) but as check out wasn’t until 12 we were made to feel uncomfortable and in the way as the cleaning staff stripped beds, took over the kitchen area and removed all the towels, despite us still occupying the house.

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting with an uninterrupted view of the harbour. It’s in a peaceful and private location. The house is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The host was proactive and friendly and we appreciated her flexibility at checkout. The mid-week clean was an unexpected bonus.

We had a fabulous stay at this well positioned home. The view over the marina was a pleasure to wake up to. All bedrooms are large and well equipped with storage. The living area is huge but we spent most of the time at home on the veranda. A variety of good restaurants are within walking distance, we did not hire a car but used a taxi and water taxi to get around. Rosa will recommend everything that you need for your stay. St Lucia offers sea and beach, rum, beautiful scenery and a great choice of activities to suit everyone. We loved it all - thank you.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls. The accomodation was very spacious, clean and in an excellent but quiet location close to Rodney Bay. The main commercial centre with bars, restaurants and shops is about a 10 minute walk with the local beach about 5-7 minute walk. We really enjoyed our stay here and found the accommodation as described. The property is very well equipped for self catering if required. Beds were really comfortable and there is more than adequate space for everyone to relax. We toured the island and felt very happy that we had chosen Rodney Bay for its convenience and relaxed atmosphere. This was our first visit to St Lucia but we loved it and will certainly look to come back. I should also note we dived with Scuba Steve which is about a 5 minute walk from this property. It all worked out great and we had a fantastic stay at Pelican Point

My recent stay at Anchorage #5 was an absolute delight. The gated compound provided a secure and peaceful environment, making me feel safe and at ease. The apartment itself was immaculately maintained and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was particularly well-stocked with all the necessary utensils, pots and pans, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. One of my favorite moments was enjoying early morning breakfast on the balcony, overlooking the bay. The tranquility of the surroundings was simply breathtaking. I was also incredibly impressed with the staff. Heather was meticulous in her duties and always available to assist with any requests once on duty. Her friendly demeanor and helpful nature made me feel right at home. Illtyd, too, was exceptional at organizing activities and ensuring that I made the most of my time on the island. Our Villa was amazing overlooking the bay. The location was perfect! It’s was within walking distance to the grocery store, shopping, and many fabulous restaurants! Mary, the housekeeper, kept our villa clean and was very friendly and Illtyd (our concierge) was very helpful in giving us information on tours and places to visit and eat. She arranged our catamaran tour and made our Anniversary dinner reservations for us at Big Chef Steak! The food was amazing and I was surprised by beautiful Caribbean flowers from the owners of the restaurant! By far, our trip exceeded our expectations even amongst the Coronavirus. We wished we could’ve stayed for a month! So peaceful! We will definitely be back!

brie was an amazing host!! i had lots of questions and she always answered them! the home is in walking distance to the rodney bay marina (about a 15-20 walk), where there are lots of restaurants, an atm, and has taxis there as well if needed. it is very hilly so the walk back to the house can be a bit tiresome but it’s worth it in my opinion. the house is also located on a pretty private street and i felt very comfortable. an amazing home and host!!!

Had an amazing stay at Villa Le Phare! Patrick and Vanessa were very proactive with easy entry instructions and directions. Walkability was fantastic, steps away from a grocery store and a 5-8 min walk to restaurants/shops. Reduit beach and Rodney Bay Marina are about a 12-15 min walk. There is also a taxi stand not far from the townhome, making it easy to call a taxi when needed. The home itself was very spacious, secure, clean, and provided all the necessary amenities. Whenever I travel back to St. Lucia, I would definitely stay here again!

The villa was modern, spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable. Cathy was a friendly host and always available to help with questions. She was very accommodating, allowing us to stay much later than usual check out time on our last day. The pool, although small, was lovely and we had it to ourselves the entire time. Due to the location of the villa it is probably best to have the use of a car as it is a fair walk to restaurants/beaches.
