I wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude for the incredible stay we had at your Airbnb. After traveling to 10 countries, I can confidently say that this is one of the best places we've ever stayed. The views from our room were absolutely stunning, and we loved spending time by the pool. The highlight of our mornings was waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the fresh air on the balcony. It truly felt like paradise. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be recommending your Airbnb to our friends and family, and we hope to return in the future!

An amazing location. Situated at the Northen side of the island, the area is accessible by public transport but not would not recommend if you are not confident travelling the local buses. Great host and a lovely place to stay away from the busy towns.

The villa is located in the picturesque fishing village of Moontown. The villa's beachfront location provided direct access to the beach. I was able to purchase fresh lobster and fish from the local fishermen to cook. BTW, I visit Bim often and The Fish Pot has the most amazing food. The local residents were warm and welcoming, and I thoroughly enjoyed engaging in friendly conversations with them while swimming. The beach itself was immaculate and perfect for swimming and exploration. The views of the ocean from the villa were undoubtedly the highlight of my experience. While some previous reviews mentioned noise from the nearby main road due to passing buses and cars, I personally didn’t find it disruptive. I live on a busy street myself, so I was accustomed to such sounds. In fact, I found that the natural rhythm of the ocean waves crashing in the evening often drowned out any vehicular noise. The villa was equipped with firm and comfortable beds, and the water pressure was good.

Carl’s place is amazing! One of the best perks was to wake up in bed and watch the fisherman come up to the shore in their boats. The most beautiful views!! His place was very clean and having a washer / dryer came in handy. You definitely need a car to get around though,, but there is a bus that stops literally a few feet away. We went to Joan’s Snackette,, which is less than a five minute drive, for great food and drinks multiple times and the locals there were extremely friendly. I swam in the ocean right outside of Carl’s place and it was like having my own private beach. The pool was an extra bonus. Carl gave us some tips of where to go for sightseeing around the island. He’s also very responsive to any questions you have. Overall, an excellent stay and I would stay there again!

Dorothy is a great host, she responded straight away when we had a slight problem on our first night with the key code. Beautiful villa, the photos don’t do it justice. Mesmerising sea views, so peaceful on the patio and balcony with a nice shaded area aswell as a sun lounging area with jacuzzi plunge pool. Comfortable beds with great air con, slept really well and enjoyed a nice coffee from the filter machine in the morning. The water pressure was very low due to Government work going on in the area, and although no fault of Dorothys it meant we needed to leave earlier than planned.

This is a great place for tranquillity and being with the quietude of Nature . It is right at the top of the island of Barbados, with a 180 degree view of the Atlantic Ocean.. The accommodation is modern, with all amenities, including an Olympic swimming pool, right beside the cliff overlooking the ocean. There is a great restaurant on site and if you want to go to the beach, Nicki beach is a short 15 min. drive and well worth the commute. My wife Cindy and I really recommend this accommodation. Bel emplacement un peu à l’écart des centres touristiques, mais les voies de communication sont faciles d’accès en voiture (à seulement 20 minutes de Holetown en voiture). Un peu bruyant, mais on s’y fait rapidement. Superbe vue que l’on peut profiter grâce au balcon. Logement très propre et fonctionnel pour cuisiner. Wifi un peu faible. Idéal pour un séjour de moyenne durée, on se sent comme à la maison. Excellent pied à terre pour visiter l’entièreté de l’île en raison de son emplacement.

This was my second time staying at Peter’s villa and would recommend it with confidence. 15 minutes by car to the beaches along the coast line with lots of restaurants and bars. Love this area great place to stay in Barbados! Michael and Diane

Nice condo in a very nice gated community. Grounds, pool, club-house were all well maintained and made us feel quite comfortable during our stay. Location is a short cab-ride from some of the best restaurants on the island and a supermarket. Would not hesitate to make this a repeat destination. Thanks to Lynne for hosting; well done.

Everything about our stay at villa Amour was beautiful the villa was spacious and cool. The pool and beach access was amazing and Haley and Logan were always on hand to help!! We will definitely be back

Just had a wonderful stay at Schooner Bay in Speightstown. Well appointed, lovely apartment with pool and ocean views. Serene beach. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. But best of all the community - incredible staff at Schooner Bay, kind local residents. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We were a bit hesitant to book this condo at Allure because it was relatively new, only having one other review but it was the best decision!! The condo is literally brand new and has all the bells and whistles you could hope for. The communication between Bruce’s associate Tiffany and I was perfect. She always responded quickly and was so helpful. The location directly on Brandon’s beach/Brighton Beach was stunning! Lounge chairs and umbrella’s were provided by the condo staff, as well as beach towels/bath towels in the unit itself. If you need a drink or food, there is a beach bar called Rascals a one minute walk down the beach. They also have the floating waterpark through Rascals which was amazing for keeping the kids busy and happy. The 1st floor pool as well as the rooftop pool/fire pit were amazing, and we did utilize the gym as well, all top notch. Just go ahead and book this unit, it’ll be the best place to come “home” to. Amazing AirBnb experience in Barbados!!

We enjoyed 7 night as Alexis’ apartment. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite, bath, and two balconies. The unit worked well for our family of 4 (kids aged 7 and 10). The kitchen was well stocked, though we ate out every night. There are many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. We had a car, but many people rely on taxis and ride shares. The development is gated, although we never felt unsafe anywhere in Barbados. The only negative I could consider is the lack of restaurants within walking distance, but the offset of this is that the place feels very private. Pool was very nice and never busy. We greatly enjoyed our first trip to Barbados and can’t wait to come back. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.
