Fabulous place to stay, good location and excellent host. Sally met us on the day we arrive and organised the pick up transfer from the airport. Honestly can’t fault the place and was perfect for our first time in Barbados. We had washed all out towels not realising we had a cleaner too, who was lovely too. Would recommend if you are looking for a location close the the beach and close to places to eat. Recommend CiCi’s by the petrol garage and Seashed!

Very good position across from a beautiful beach. Sun loungers provided to take with us and beach towels. Donna is lovely and communication was easy. The garage nearby was reasonably priced for essentials. I would recommend CCs on a Monday night, lovely food and good entertainment, we danced on the beach! A trip to Speightstown is also a must do ..try Kaboose for a fish cutter lunch.

Well located, well equipped, well managed. A little tricky to find but that's on Barbados not owner (very few street signs anywhere). Great location - short walk to beautiful beach, easy walk to "town" for restaurants, grocery stores, gas, ATM, bakeries, bus station. Well managed by owner Debby (from London) and housekeeper Marion (on island). Being able to connect via "WhatsAp" was helpful. Marion went above and beyond - walked us into town our 1st evening there to show us where everything was located (very helpful). Well equipped - beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag plus well equipped kitchen. Very much enjoyed our 5 day stay.

Such a beautiful house and location. Views from the infinity pool down to the coast was stunning. Our host was exceptionally friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this house.

This is my second visit and I can't wait to return. The Villa is a home with space and everything one could possibly need. So close to the beach and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and quiet.

Really enjoyed our stay at Adela's beautiful cottage, we were so surprised when the gates opened revealing the most beautiful tropical garden complete with parrots, humming birds and the occasional family of monkeys passing through! The space and layout of the cottage worked really well for us and we very much appreciated how well equipped it was, both inside and out. It is a short walk to the beautiful Gibbs beach and close to Mullins beach - also walkable, where you have The Sea Shed restaurant and the wonderful Adrian's Corner, where you can hire sunbeds and who make brilliant Pina Coladas! We now feel that we have found our home from home in Barbados and have already booked for next year!

Our stay at this property was excellent. The house is lovely and we were impressed by the immaculate condition. The attention to detail in maintenance and cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. A big highlight is the location. Situated just a 5 minute walk from the stunning Mullins Beach, and a 20 minute walk to Speightstown. The proximity to local bars and restaurants was also a huge plus. Battaley Mews itself is a very well-kept development, the communal areas were always very clean and well-maintained reflecting the high standard of the entire complex. What truly set this experience apart was the excellent communication and assistance from the property management team. They were responsive, helpful, and special mention must be made of their exceptional service when we accidentally left an essential bag behind after check-out. The team's prompt action and willingness to assist in returning our belongings showcased amazing commitment to guest satisfaction - thank you!

Beautiful amenities and walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The host was very accommodating. The place was secure.

Vuemont is secluded and peaceful with good amenities and really responsive staff. (We didn't want for anything, but Alicia checked in regularly to make sure we had all we needed and sent us holiday/restaurant tips which was lovely, making us feel more like family friends than random guests.) The apartment was really spacious and light and had everything we needed to relax, cook for ourselves and enjoy our holiday. The complex is really secure with 24hr staff, it is a little remote which makes lovely for a quiet restful time, but a short drive away from St Peters and attractions like the nature reserve and Haymans Market. Our favourite part was the lovely deck area that overlooked the pool and gardens. A great place to spend the evening with a rum cocktail! I would highly recommend and definitely come again. It could easily become a home from home......

Overall the place and location were great! Walking to many locations was fairly easy. Loved Barbados! A few tips: - stove needs to be lit with the lighter once you turn on the gas for the element - instructions for the AC would be helpful. It was blowing right on us so i figured out you have to change the mode. But the buttons are confusing if u dont know these type of AC units - the 10 min walk beach is simple, lovely but you have to find the non-poisonous trees for shade, there are no loungers or umbrellas - if you want loungers/umbrellas, the walk is 25 mins + either left (speightstown) or right on the main street. Many restaurants or beach clubs offer them for a fee or with reservations for breakfast, lunch or dinner ie: one eleven, pier 1 - esim aioli worked well. Restart off wifi - used Diane (penny) taxi all week. We felt safe. she was reasonable (well Barbados is expensive especially for Canadians in $usd). Card left in airbnb The rest can be found with some research. Enjoy!

If you are reading this now, you are likely considering staying at Pierre’s place. His glowing reviews do not lie… it’s a safe, wonderful, and clean place with everything (and a few extras) to accommodate your stay. He was kind enough to help us get our bearings and give us a tour of Speightstown when we first arrived, and he also showed us where you could see the monkeys. There are several beaches nearby that are easily walkable, and the bus stop is also easy to get to. We liked that he was willing to rent some snorkel gear to us (it was very high quality, too!). We had a lot of fun looking at the ocean life at the beach—there are some great places to snorkel. If you need a place to stay in Barbados, you don’t need to look further.

We had the most amazing stay at Neil's place and would go back in a heartbeat! The cottage is beautiful, peaceful, spacious and clean with everything that you require. The location is excellent with a 5 min walk to Mullins Beach and lovely restaurants. There is a local shop down the road where you can buy small bits that you require, the bigger supermarket is approx. a 5 min drive away. Neil was super responsive and organised for a lovely taxi driver, called Kenmore, who took us to and from the airport. We can't wait to visit again!

We had an amazing family holiday at this beautiful and comfortable apartment. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We felt very welcomed by the hosts and got very good instructions for the check in. They had even left us some beverages and food in the fridge to get us started on our holiday. This was highly appreciated when we arrived after the long journey. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and beautiful beaches are just a 10min walk away. Thank you! :)

What a shocking Barbados experience, in the very best sense! Jan’s property is owned and operated by genuine hospitality professionals and it shows! My arrival was overseen with unexpected service and a welcome stock of many food basics to settle me in with relief and joy (including items that are nearly impossible to find on store shelves lately). Immaculate with cleaning services every few days. Maintenance is a top priority, evident in the functionality of appliances and plumbing fixtures, which can suffer in the tropics. The pool and patio area also perfectly maintained, functional and stocked. Jan’s “right hand,” Sandra, is godsent…. Warm, incredibly hard working, friendly, available and extraordinarily skilled. I understand why Jan has loyal return guests! I hope to be fortunate enough to join their ranks.

Would recommend to anyone visiting Barbados. Lovely stay here, beautiful and peaceful setting, we even saw monkeys from our balcony. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Loxy gave great local tips and let us use her deck chairs and snorkels. The apartment is close to Speightstown which was one of our favourite places on the island (very relaxed, beautiful beaches, a few restaurants/bars and a supermarket). Tip: would recommend a Suzuki Jimny or equivalent for driving, roads in Barbados have lots of pot holes.

As a solo traveller this place was perfect for me. Modern, airy and spotlessly clean. More than enough kitchen equipment. 2 huge smart TVs so I could use my Netflix etc. 5 min walk to the caboose….best place on the island for fish cutters and a really cool vibe going on there. On the 3 minute walk from the property to the main road I think I chatted to every local. Such a friendly neighbourhood. And I saw a monkey run along the garden fence! All in all I had an amazing 11 days, and I’ll defo be returning. Thanks Halim

Spacious, quiet and private apartment within short walking distance to stunning local beaches with many restaurants nearby to suit all budgets. Located in a quiet neighbourhood this apartment is very spacious and well equipped with AC in both bedrooms. There also a spacious outdoor seating area. The location is close walking distance to some breathtaking local beaches and there is also plenty of bars and restaurants close by too. I would highly recommend renting a car and exploring more of the island, I used "A's and P" (local company I would highly recommend) but there are also local bus stops close by with frequent services. Karen was a great host, very helpful and accommodating and great communication before and during our stay. Thank you once again for a fantastic stay!

Katie was extremely responsive and kind, her place was so nice and clean, walkable right across the beach. She also had some great local recommendations - down the road we went to pilates almost every morning to a place we would have never found if it weren’t for Katie!! Would definitely love to stay here again

The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Ashli clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel welcome, with plenty of essentials and thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the beach and just a short walk to the wonderful restaurants in Speightstown, making it the perfect spot to explore the area.

Sarah's home is a GEM, simply beautiful, amazing, relaxing & superbly located in a private & peaceful area. It felt much bigger than the photos described, we felt very at home, lots of space/ bathrooms. Super comfy beds, linen & towels pristine & plentiful. The balcony was huge it has stunning views which were breathtaking, so relaxing. We were able to see the pool from our balcony which is handy to check-in on my youngest who couldn't get enough. The pool was spotless & cleaned regular. Gibbes beach was very close less than 10mins walk, Mullins extra 10min & lots of places to eat CCs etc. We visited Speightsown, Oistins, Bridgetown & Holetown mostly by bus, the yellow one. it was fab. Took the Blue bus to Bridgetown & has WiFi (blue bus is Government) have exact money drivers do not handle cash, fare is placed directly in pay box (no change given) Big supermarket in Holetown has everything. Loved loved this place It’s a gorgeous, spacious apartment with everything u need to relax and enjoy. The gardens and pool area are beautiful with plenty of sunloungers. Loved seeing the hummingbirds and monkeys in the garden. The ladies who clean are so sweet and friendly so is the gardener we loved chatting to them. Ian and Helen were amazing hosts so accommodating and helpful Defo recommend and hope to Return soon.

Book this for the location: amazing beaches including a perfect swim beach across the street and Heywood Beach right down the road, great restaurants (3 minute walk to Caboose YUM!), close to the bus terminal, & cute downtown Speightstown (pizza, ice cream, Grover stores, pharmacy, coffee shops, bank, etc.). Very comfortable (great beds, lovely pillows, comfy couches, perfect A/C) and the patio was perfect. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, snorkels, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Everything there you need to cook meals, make drinks, enjoy the apartment. (Except stuff like oil, seasonings, sugar, limited coffee filters) Highly recommend this place!

The apartment was lovely, clean kitchen had everything needed . Outside living space good plus sun loungers for the beach. Location practically opposite the beach . Walking distance to sea shed/ Larry Roger’s /Gumbas restaurant also there is a beach bar. There is a petrol station near .The appointments were gated with parking space. The apartment had good air con and WiFi nothing bad to say

Mullins Beach House was a lovely accommodation. From the tasteful interiors to the exquisite pool and patio area it was comfortable and easily felt like home. Centrally located on the west coast it was easy to access many different beaches as well as Speightstown, Holetown and more. Kalista, the host, was helpful, accessible and kind. It was also very nice to meet Liese and Steve.
