Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Comfortable and clean bedroom, clean kitchen with good cooking facilities and location is perfect for exploring the area. A definite 5 star stay.

Très beau studio avec tout l'équipement nécessaire et plus (de nombreuses petites attentions) avec très jolie vue sur la mer. Roger était très disponible pour toutes nos interrogations. Joli petit coin d'Angleterre à découvrir. Nous recommandons chaleureusement

We had such an amazing stay in Moyra’s apartment , it was just as described and more ! Such a cool place and waking up to that view well …. Location is great with an easy stroll into town and a great pub less than 10 mins walk . All her recommendations were great and we look forward to returning later in the year

more spacious than the pictures, great location! even though on a main road the traffic wasn't disruptive as not audible from bedroom. had everything we needed and enough space for our 3 month old to sleep and play.

This is a great, comfortable little house in the heart of Whitstable and everything is walkable and easy to access. My only gripe is that I do think there needs to be more seating in the living room given there are three bedrooms and it sleeps six. Otherwise, it’s lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

Beautiful home, very spacious, very accommodating to families. Love the decor and retro bathrooms! Very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

Great location just a short walk from the high street and beach. Hosts communications were spot on, timely/accurate/clear, couldn’t have asked for more. The flat was spotless, full of gadgets and lovely new bathroom. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Dan for letting us stay!

This is the second time I have stayed at Sue’s flat and it won’t be the last. It’s in a great location in Deal and the flat was set up perfectly for our stay. Sue really cares about her guests and nothing is too much trouble. I very much look forward to my next trip back to Deal.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had an amazing stay in Margate, the decor gives a lovely peaceful feel, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the bathroom had complementary toiletries. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing.

We had a lovely couple of days in Minnis Bay and this place was exactly what we needed. It was very comfortable - just what we needed after a days walking. The location is great too near to shops and the station if you want to travel further afield without a car.
