Saint-Martin-Vésubie : locations de vacances

A wonderful stay! Great location right next to the basilica, with tons of restaurants right nearby. A beautiful view of the sea just outside the door. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our train was late which pushed back our scheduled arrival, but Cecile was very patient and flexible. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, but Cecile helped point out a route for us that had less stairs :) A great stay!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Fabrizia. Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. Pièce principale très lumineuse et chambres côté montagne très calmes. Le logement correspond à l'annonce et aux photos. Accueil très sympathique par Marco avec qui la communication a été très fluide. Le garage est un vrai plus pour poser la voiture sans soucis. On se rend dans le centre ville en 15 minutes à pied. Boulangerie à 5 minutes. Le boulevard au pied de la résidence est très passant (frontière italienne à 500m) mais cela ne nous a pas gêné à cette période de l'année . Un peu de bruit de circulation à prévoir sur la terrasse et porte-fenêtre ouverte. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans le logement de Fabrizia, nous le recommandons!

We had an amazing stay! Dominik is a very attentive and responsive host. The house is full of character, located in a peaceful and tranquil area. The apartment is clean, cozy, and very warm in winter. The view from the terrace is delightful! We wish to stay longer and would love to return.

Bel appartement, très bien situé. Bonne literie. Tout ce fait à pied. Au parking Rondelli et à la montée du jardin Val Rahmeh vous pourrez trouver une place gratuite ! Mais il faut quand même marcher ensuite! Seule la plage des Sablettes, comme son nom l’indique, a du sable, mais actuellement fermée pour travaux d’embellissement. Une construction d’immeuble est prévue à côté du Verlaine, renseignez vous !

Yves and Ilaria have a beautiful apartment and were very helpful to us. There were four adults and a five month old baby in our group and the space was great. We used the sofa bed which was very comfortable. The patio area is great. It's private and quiet. The location is fantastic - just across the road from lovely beaches and restaurants and an easy walk to old town, the markets and more restaurants and shops. Really good supermarket across the road. It's a very convenient place to stay. The pool is lovely to have too. Just a 10 minute walk from Menton Garavan train station. We'd highly recommend it. Thanks Ilaria.

Great accommodation with everything as listed including the fantastic views! Quiet, peaceful location within walking distance to amenities, old town and beaches. The villa would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs within the accommodation. Also a certain level of fitness is required to walk back up to the villa at least 2 or 3 times each day as we did not hire a car. An information pack for guests would be useful regarding local restaurants, transport etc. even in this digital age! Stefano was very responsive to any queries we had and many thanks for the welcome bottle of fizz!

Appartement très agreable et très belle vue dégagée sur les alentours . On se sent bien dès que l'on franchi le seuil de l'appartement .

It was such a nice stay! Lovely apartment, very clean and very helpful host! Very near to Place du casino in Monte Carlo just 15 minutes walk distance! I would rate it 10/10!
