Wow! A fantastic property in a fabulous location! The unit is perfect for a couple and enjoys a very large wonderful balcony with outstanding views. The pool was lovely! The restaurants in the area a fabulous, as well as all of the beach club restaurants.

Literally Steps away from the beach, great location on one of the best beaches (Simpson bay) in Sint Maarten, location was perfect for us, walking distance to many things but do highly recommend a car rental too explore the many thing the Island has to offer. As for the unit it was perfect for my wife and I for our 4 week stay, everything we needed to make it feel like home. Exactly as described in listing and like the fact it had a bar-b on the rooftop deck which was fantastic for watching the airplanes coming and going as well as the beautiful sunsets. Mark and Roshitha were fantastic to deal with and very responsive when needed with a wealth of info on the Island. Very hard to leave after a 4 week stay and will 100% rent from again. I was very impressed, how clean the place was , I felt right at home and i felt safe, Grate Bay Beach is about 5 min drive, the beach was the reason and highlight of my trip, I really enjoyed my stay, will book again.

The house is amazing, it has everything people need. There are some restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores near to the place. Orient Beach is beautiful and it will take you only 5-10 minutes by car. Do not recomment to stay in this place if you do not have a car. The island does not have taxis near to this place, does not have uber. The electricity is all european, the chargers do not work, the host should have a couple of adaptors just for phones.

Terrific condo in the best location in Orient Village. Clean and comfortable and great hosts! We love the small well equipped kitchen for making breakfast and enjoying on the porch overlooking the gorgeous Orient Bay. It’s fun to watch the sailboats and yachts come in and out and the kite surfers from the living area, porch and front bedroom. Excellent host - proactive and responsive. Thank you for the memorable vacation!

Our stay started with a minor hiccup, but our host handled it with incredible professionalism and care. They immediately arranged for us to be transferred to a luxurious hotel at no extra cost, ensuring our comfort and peace of mind. The Airbnb was impeccably clean, with cozy and a well-maintained space that made our stay truly enjoyable. Unexpected situations can arise anywhere, but the way this host prioritized our experience and went above and beyond to resolve it was truly impressive. What a fabulous place to stay. The beach is just steps away. The view from the porch area is breath taking. This is not a 5 star hotel but it is quaint, rustic and has everything you need for an island vacation. Finding the location was easy based on Lucy’s directions. There is a flight of stairs up to the unit. Lockbox made check in very easy. The kitchen has everything you need and the microwave was nice to have for leftovers. The bedroom has a/c and it was perfect to keep cool at night. The shower has warm water and good pressure. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels for our stay. If renting a car, get a small one. Parking is available but limited for size. Lucy was very friendly and even let us borrow a cooler bag. There are beach chairs, towels and even floating noodles to use for your beach days. Plenty of walkable restaurants and bars in the area. Don’t hesitate, book this place if you’re looking for an on the beach get away!!

Great location! Grocery store and many restaurants are all on the same strip in walkable distance!! Left plenty of necessities like towels, wash clothes, toilet paper and dish soap. Over all great place to stay!!
