Saint-Martin [partie française] : locations de vacances avec jacuzzi

Great management Company. They were extremely responsive. The Private pool is what made this vacation. It is a great spot to watch the boats and plains.

L'emplacement est idéal: tranquille et prêt de tout ( Activités de Grand Case, Orient Bay, Marigot- restaurants et épiceries) . La vue de la terrasse est un Must ! Nous avons loué beaucoup de logement à Saint-martin et celui-ci est le meilleur ! La piscine est parfaite pour faire des longueurs et peu fréquentée. Vous pouvez aller à pieds aux deux magnifiques plages en bas du logement: Friar's Bay et Happy Bay. Les voisins sont discrets et gentils. La cuisine bien équipée pour préparer de bons repas à manger sur la grand terrasse dehors. Bref, magnifiques vacances. On reviendra. :)

Shelby was very attentive to our needs. Water is not hot but that apparently is what the island has. Water pressure is not the greatest but did the job. Being beside the airport was very convenient but not quiet. We all had a great trip and appreciate Shelby a lot.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

This place was absolutely amazing !!!!!! I rarely ever write reviews but me and my three cousins enjoyed the home so much. As soon as you step foot into the house, there is a feeling of peace and tranquility that takes over you. It was so peaceful at the home and very well clean and kept. Claudine is such a great host, she always answered the phone and my questions whenever I had any. I could not have picked a better place to stay; it is a walking distance from the grocery store and a few eating options as well. All of the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and everything in the home is well organized. WHEN I come back to Sint Maarten, I know exactly where I will be residing. The home definitely left a lasting impression. I rarely stay in Airbnb's when I'm out of the country, but this one was a great selection.

One of the best views on the island. The pictures are great and still cannot capture the beauty that you get to wake up to every morning. Every room has a view that faces towards the sunrise and crystal clear waters. The deck is serene and we found ourself listening to the waves and watching the stars nightly. Sherland is fantastic and always responsive. He is so kind and helpful. The other reviews about the need for a 4wd car are not exaggerating in the slightest. The first time you see the hill you will be astonished if you have not driven on mountainous island roads before. I was in a Toyota Corolla and would sometimes have the front bumper scratch the ground on the descent. Get a 4wd car for sure. Truthfully, I would stay here every time I visit. It’s the perfect place.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the location and views from the villa. The pool and deck were a great place to hang out. The beach is only a ten-minute walk away. Greg, our host was easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

I stayed with my husband and 18 year-old son for 9 nights in this beautiful villa. The photos do not do it justice! The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, and there are lots of towels, including beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Air conditioning units works really well and the place is very clean. My favourite part though was the lovely view of the ocean, beach and hillside! Danielle was very helpful and friendly checking us in and out and she provided us with lots of recommendations, and the owner reached out to us also. Communication was excellent from booking to after check out. The area is lovely, and Indigo Beach and the restaurant on the beach were fabulous. Rented very comfortable lounge chairs & umbrellas from them and really enjoyed their beach service and food. Lots of other restaurants close by too. I highly recommend staying here!

Chris was absolutely outstanding! From start to finish, his communication was fantastic—quick, clear, and always helpful. He went above and beyond to be accommodating, making everything seamless and stress-free. His knowledge and expertise were evident, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself was even more impressive than expected—way bigger than the photos suggest, beautifully maintained, and in a truly stunning location. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Absolutely perfect even better than the photos . Excellent location . Dominique is on site and was absolutely amazing and quick if we needed anything and super nice . Hot tub was warmed for the evenings . Nice and private can’t say enough about this property and hosts . Will definitely stay again . Outstanding . Thank you for hosting our family .
