Villa Pure is a true slice of paradise. The villa's breathtaking views and ideal location, balancing tranquility with proximity to shopping and vibrant Orient Bay, created an unforgettable experience for our family. The beautifully maintained villa was a haven for relaxation, perfect for enjoying the stunning scenery from the patio or embarking on adventures like kayaking to Pinel Island. Our hosts Melissa, Nina and Kevin were exceptional, providing a warm welcome, thoughtful recommendations, and prompt assistance. For a truly peaceful retreat and outstanding hospitality, we wholeheartedly recommend this villa and can’t wait to return!

We are delighted with our stay at MagnoliaForever villa. Modern villa of very high standard, very well equipped with pool and 180 degree sea views. The terrace is full of charm with spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean below. Wonderful! I recomend the villa. A small negative, the surprise of a construction sites on the neighboring lots with the construction of new villas. If you are sensitive to noise, this may affect the quality of your stay in this beautiful villa.

This villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for our stay, as two families with young children. It was minutes from the airport and close to many beautiful beaches and dining options. A car is necessary to get around. We spent lots of time in the pool, enjoying views of the ocean and the sunset in the evening. The villa was also immaculately clean and well maintained. Each room had its own bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower or bath option which we really enjoyed. The only thing to note is the entrance to the third bedroom is from the patio and not the villa itself. It wasn't a big issue for us however, as it was only a few short steps to the villa and we brought cameras to monitor our children in their room at night. All in all, we highly recommend this villa and would come back!

Wonderful place. Sunny, great views and private pool. Excellent sunset views over St. Martin. Centrally located so an easy trip to Marigot or Grand Case. Villa was well appointed. We loved the resident turtle!

Le logement proposé par Véronique est superbe, avec la piscine sur la terrasse, la vue sue la mer des Caraïbes, les chambres dans une style tout bois très agréable. Les décorations extérieures et intérieures sont réalisées avec beaucoup de goût Le quartier est très calme et reposant. Le logement est très bien situé pour se rendre sur les différents points d’interêt de l’île. Veronique est discrète, et en même temps de bon conseils sur les activités sur l’île, et réactive au demandes que l’on peut avoir. Nous étions un groupe de 7 ami(e), nous avons passé une super semaine. Je recommande le logement sans aucune hésitation.

Belle maison à 200m de la plage d’orient bay. Très facile à accéder. Belle espace intérieure et Piscine et espace extérieur come sur les photos. Merci Alexandra pour les réponses rapides et l’assistance pendant tout le séjour.

The house was absolutely great. Three rooms with en suite bathrooms which made it very practical for our family with older kids. Be aware though that one bedroom doesn’t communicate with the others from the inside (but shares the same outside areas). Angie was very helpful in recommending local restaurants, boat trips etc.. Finally the location is perfect to enjoy the French side of the island, with lots of beautiful beaches and nice to upscale restaurants (you will need to have a car).

Denis goes out of his way to insure his guests have a wonderful stay at his spectacular villa. His hospitality is top notch, and his property is absolutely perfect for enjoying the beauty and charm of the island. I cannot recommend this host and property any more highly and hope to be able to return in the future.

A beautiful home with an exceptional view! Very well setup with a fully stocked kitchen –both in condiments and appliances. Nice design with decks in front and back allowing for sun/shade and breeze/no breeze as desired. Four separate bedrooms (we were a group of 4 couples) each with a full bathroom, all separated from each other for nice privacy. The infinity pool was fantastic and used every morning and evening. Games room for cards and dominoes. 12 minutes to a grocery store and 20-25 to a larger one for special items. We did a lot of our own cooking in the beautiful kitchen (plus bbq). Easy access to a couple of great restaurants. Brad was very responsive to our needs and to any questions we had about the house and island in general. He also recommended a private driver (super guy) which we used from the airport and back. This was 5-star all the way, from service to amenities to location. It is quite steep to get there, BUT worth it for the home and view! Hope to be back some day.

Manu var meget hjælpesom og anviste os nensomt i hende meget fine bolig. Den var rummelig og virkelig fint vedligeholdt. Dejlige udendørs område under halvtag og fin pool. Fantastisk udsigt over Orient Bay. Den bolig vil vi gerne tilbage til.

Jolanda and Maarten were very helpful, met us af the house for check-in, explained things, and showed us around. We did have an internet issue and an air conditioning issue with one room, but they were quick to come up with a solution and attentive. The house is clean and well appointed with kitchen items. They had beer, wine, water, and soda in the fridge and that was a lovely touch after a long day of travel! There was a stack of pool/beach towels which we were thankful for. There are some spices, coffee filters, etc so that was also convenient. Beds were comfortable and rooms all provided great privacy. Bring your own soap and shampoos. Master bedroom is up a large flight of stairs, so not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. While we were close to eateries and the beach, it was just a bit too far and uphill for our group so a car was a must and used daily. It would have been nice to have beach or pool items, or board games at the house for future guests! Wonderful place!

The house was perfect. Nina, Kevin and Melissa were great. They Met us at the home at check in, walked us through everything. Were available for questions at all hours. I Would 100% stay here again. Not a single complaint. Thank you Melissa, Kevin and Nina. You guys were amazing.

We can't say enough nice things about Eric and Rochelle's villa. The hillside view was spectacular, and the neighborhood was safe. Our group of six was very comfortable with the floorplan, and common spaces. We all loved the infinity pool. Our location was close to everything we needed; and it was superb to return in the evening to watch the cruise ships leave. Truly Paradise.

Fanilia and Jean’s home is special. A great family home for young and old. Plenty of room, wonderful pool, distant view of water and St Barth. Cool breezes and plenty of outside sitting. Beaches and amenities within minutes of house. Kitchen well equipped and out door barbecue was perfect for grilled lobster. Super hosts! We loved our stay.

We had an amazing stay. The view from the patio was gorgeous. We really enjoyed the heated pool, the ping pong table, the welcome basket and all the kitchen amenities. Elodie communicated very proactively and was always responsive to our needs. It was perfect! We will come back!

Le logement était exactement comme indiqué sur les photos. Je n'étais pas certaine de la proximité de la piscine dans la description, mais c'était parfait, elle était partagé pour le 8 ou 10 logements peut être et se fesait à pied par la cours directement. Une vingtaines de metres . La localisation de la maison était juste parfaite, nous avons loué une voiture,mais aurions très bien pu passer la semaine sans. Épicerie, restaurants ,tout se fesait en moins de 4 minutes. La plage aussi était très proche. Il ne manquait de rien dans la maison et les lits étaient très confortables. merci beaucoup d'avoir partagé avec nous cet endroit.

It was a perfect place to enjoy the view with the pool. The house was big enough for 6 people. Orient bay is 5 min away for restaurants and beach. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! The host was really reactive to our demands. We will be back!

Superbe séjour passé en famille à la villa Tocade. La Villa est très agreable, l’espace de vie est très spacieux, les chambres sont parfaites (Clim, literie, placards, salle de bain), l’extérieur avec sa piscine est très beau et idéal pour du farniente ou pour l’apéro. La cuisine est très bien équipée, Il ne manque rien… Un grand merci à Florence de la conciergerie Caraïbe qui nous a réservé un accueil très sympathique et qui a été très réactive à chaques petites questions qui se sont posées pendant notre séjour. À conseiller sans hésitation 😊

The house is amazing, it has everything people need. There are some restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores near to the place. Orient Beach is beautiful and it will take you only 5-10 minutes by car. Do not recomment to stay in this place if you do not have a car. The island does not have taxis near to this place, does not have uber. The electricity is all european, the chargers do not work, the host should have a couple of adaptors just for phones.
