Wow! The view! We had a great stay with our two year old. Do you want the $1,000/night view on a budget? This is your spot. We rented a car through Mandy on property and also had a great experience. Make sure you read about what is and what is not included in the amenities, as it seems some other reviewers did not.

This is a great place to stay, with incredible views of one of the very best beaches in Antigua. Instant response time to messages, very friendly staff, great food, bananas and papayas in the garden

We fell in love with this beautiful location and comfortable house. Simonetta and Mark were kind, generous and attentive hosts - thank you for making my Birthday one to remember! The space and facilities were perfect. Comfortable beds, spotlessly clean, well equipped kitchen and fabulous outdoor space - the views from the wrap around veranda were exceptional. Galleon bay itself is a lovely area, you can easily get to English Harbour either by car or the water taxi from the beach, safe swimming and the national park trail on your doorstep. Fantastic atmosphere and food at the loose canon beach bar ( although you will hear the parties at the house it was never a problem) - can’t wait to come back.

Great house with the best location on the beach. Only thing - we did not know this is inside and part of a resort with resort routines for checking in and out and coming and going. Charming house and outside deck is top notch!

Had a great stay. Amazingly conveniently located for both marinas but far enough away for peace and quiet.

I was thinking of giving Merlin House a negative review so that no one else would go there and we could keep it a secret. Instead I’m going to say that this is one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed at, and absolutely unbeatable for views. Nathan’s hospitality was superb, the location is stunning and peaceful. A better place to relax and enjoy I can’t think of.

What a wonderful find! Beautiful grounds and Roger was an excellent host. The bedroom was decorated specially for our birthdays and we really appreciated that. Roger went above and beyond. We will definitely be back :)

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Antigua und wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen, der Check in von Stepan und seiner Frau sehr herzlich, immer hilfsbereit und super nett, besser geht es kaum. Die Terrasse der absolute Traum mit dem Steg, bei Sonnenuntergang einfach nur genießen. Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles zentral zu erreichen und dennoch sehr ruhig und entspannt. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Great location, near a beautiful beach (our favourite so far!!) and direct access to the water for my SUP!! The house had beautiful views from the balcony and patio. It was spacious, had everything you need to cook and has washer/dryer facilities. Air con worked well. Added bonus was UK plug adapters as we forgot ours!! You will definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. The supermarket in the complex is the best we have found so far and the only place that seems to sell fresh milk. El Porto was reasonably priced, food was good and there was live music on Monday.

Such an amazing villa in a quiet and beautiful setting. Couldn’t ask for a better week’s holiday to kick the feet back and relax. I felt right at home with their friendly service. Supermarket, great restaurants and beach all in very short walking distance. Just an ideal spot. Will be looking to stay again next time I’m back.

The place is clean and modern and has all amenities. If something was missing, it was immediately taken care of. Lunessa & Fitz went above ans beyond as hosts, they were equal to a concierge service at a hotel. They booked cars, recommended places to eat and even made us reservations, replaced a lock when we couldn’t lock the door instantly. Reminded us our taxi was there when it was time to get to the airport. I’d recommend renting a car or a golf cart, as taxi’s can be expensive. Beach is a 10 min walk, so easy on foot too. Several restos close by and many excursions available around the island. They are extremely responsive and truly cared to make our stay perfect.

After a bad experience with the original Airbnb we had rented, we found Irina’s listing and turned our vacation into a wonderful one. She quickly responded to our initial message and was very kind and helpful. What a lovely townhouse in a beautiful area - once there we finally felt like we were on vacation. Don’t hesitate to rent this!!!

Beautiful apartment in a great location and equipped with every comfort. From the terrace you can enjoy excellent BBQs overlooking the sea. Trevor and his wife were very kind and available for any need. A few steps away you will find a beach where you can admire a beautiful sunset and enjoy a good cocktail. The apartment is located in a guarded complex with a supermarket, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis court inside. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in Antigua.

The home looked like it did in the photos. It was clean, had supplies that we would need. Stacy was very responsive and accommodating. The hole is in a great location. It is quiet, there is a grocery store within walking distance; there a fine restaurants in the complex; the are local vendors; it is on the bus route; close to the beach.

Stacey was always available to answer questions regarding the place, though there were lots of labels so everything was easy to find without needing her to tell us where to find what we were looking for. The place itself was so lovely, the other people staying in the apartments were friendly, and sitting on the deck with the morning cup of tea watching the sun come up was so peaceful. Also suitable for getting around the island nothing was more than a 50min drive away. Definitely would stay here again

A Slice of heaven on Earth! I was absolutely blown over by this beautiful idyllic sandy beach and stunning coastline. A sheer haven of peace. You instantly feel a sense of purification . The golden sands and the dazzling , clear blue sea is unimaginable and is just literally a a foot step away from the beach house. At the beach house it’s like your own private beach, secluded with hardly any other person insight. However if you prefer more people / tourist interaction you can find that at other beaches not too far away. The beach house is spacious comfortable and clean . The home owners are a lovely couple and you have the house all to yourself, uninterrupted. My family and I had the most amazing blissful and relaxing holiday there. It was peaceful, tranquil and downright therapeutic. Highly recommended, we will surely be returning there!

The villa is in the best location in Jolly. Short walk to one of the best beaches on the island and 10 minute walk to supermarket and restaurants and bars.

Fantastical place and vibe - much more than the pictures convey. Great location and quiet part of the island. There are plenty of local places to discover and it’s easy to dodge cruiser tourists. The cottage has most everything you need. Suggest you bring your own laundry detergent (we left some behind : ) as well as shampoo and hand soap. The kitchen is well stocked to prepare and enjoy locale fare including fresh catch. Overall a great getaway - well worth the trip.
