This villa was only a few km from English Harbour situated on a quiet hilltop overlooking the bay near St. James Club. Our stay provided our family a great starting point to explore the beaches and English Harbour. Not related to the house, it took us a few days to get accustomed to driving on the left and being on dirt roads. You must have AWD or 4 wheel drive to access this rental. Lots of towels and beach chairs made our stay that much easier. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Photos are spot on and represent the house perfectly. Host was easily available and accommodating. Thank you!

From me my wife and 2 kids arrived we were met by buba with the warmest welcome. The cottage is like a home away from home. Buba has gone far and beyond to make sure we were take care of from taking us to eat, grab essentials and a lovely day at pigeon point beach. This is the destination to stay for a nice relaxing get away!! Will be staying again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Half Moon Residence , and I can confidently say it was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—the check-in process was smooth, and the host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. The space itself was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The beds was cozy, and the little thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the location—perfectly situated near the sea of fitches creek, making it easy to see the sun rise and sunset hit the water. Whether I wanted to relax indoors or go out and explore, this Airbnb was the perfect base. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and well-located stay. I would definitely book again in the future!

We had a great stay at Isjojo Cottage. James and his team are great hosts: friendly and available to help how and when you need. The house is nice and the couple of neighbours we met were very friendly. Easy to find and its a quick drive to restaurants, grocery store and (most importantly) the pool in Jolly Harbour. There are multiple wonderful beaches within a short drive as well. Also a big positive is that James let us have a late checkout which is convenient as a lot of flights don't leave until later in the day. Overall a nice place to stay and we would definitely come back.

We stayed at Mario and Jikesy place for a month while visiting Antigua for the 1st time. I was hesitant at 1st while booking as I didn't see no reviews but I'm glad that I followed my mind. The place was well kept in a very peaceful neighborhood. The local people made us feel right at home by providing us with coconuts,mangoes and other fruits. There was ample supply of towels and bed linen. We enjoyed our stay and made some friends. I would definitely recommend this place. Also, I would love to stay here again.

Peaceful and lovely house. Perfect setting to relax and enjoy a great time with friends. We loved everything about it, the pool , the rooms and living room, the AC, the back view. Kitchen had everything we needed. Walkable to supermarket and beach. Host was responsive and very nice. Made great use of the portable Bluetooth speaker. We were glad to be able to do everything by foot. Beaches hopping was easy with city bus which is a short walk from bus stop. Jolly beach is a short walk away. We were 4 friends and really enjoyed this rental house. We felt right at home.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Deniscia and her family were a big part of making this trip memorable and special. They were very thoughtful, considerate, kind, and generous. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The washing machine was a great addition- it worked well And fast. The location is great, surrounded by lush garden, beautiful flowers in a quiet and local neighborhood with wonderful and helpful neighbors. It is close to several of the island’s beautiful beaches- close to Pigeon Point, English Harbour and one of our favorites, Fig Tree Drive. A great and picturesque drive with fruit stands, local shops, galleries, ice cream, and beautiful beaches along the western coast. We tried a different one everyday and drove all over the island. We came as guests and left as friends. We cannot wait for our return and to bring more friends and family with us to join in on the fun. This home and its hosts & friends are a gem.

If you are looking for a nice, relaxing place with a beautiful Antigua view, then look no further. Mako’s place is spacious and the view is to die for. She stayed in contact with us, which made getting around very easy. Will definitely be back.

Wow! The view! We had a great stay with our two year old. Do you want the $1,000/night view on a budget? This is your spot. We rented a car through Mandy on property and also had a great experience. Make sure you read about what is and what is not included in the amenities, as it seems some other reviewers did not.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this villa! It was the perfect setup and amount of space for us all to spread out. The best part was definitely hanging out in the backyard space with the amazing views of Falmouth Harbour and looking out to sea (you have views of both). It was great to have outdoor couches and tables/chairs to hang out in the shade, and there was always a lovely breeze! The pool was great, too! The host answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, both before and during the trip- she gave us some much appreciated tips and advice for restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the English Harbour area of the island. Although it’s a bit farther from the airport, it is our favorite part of the island so we were happy to be based on this side. I would also highly recommend doing an excursion with Barefoot Antigua for anyone looking for a boat excursion :)

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The view at this villa is so incredible my friends and I were in awe every day. There is so much space and many areas to hangout. It is in a secluded area less than 10 minutes from English Harbour. The drive up the hill to the villa can be intimidating the first time but you’ll get the hang of it quickly. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

I was thinking of giving Merlin House a negative review so that no one else would go there and we could keep it a secret. Instead I’m going to say that this is one of the best AirBnB’s we have stayed at, and absolutely unbeatable for views. Nathan’s hospitality was superb, the location is stunning and peaceful. A better place to relax and enjoy I can’t think of.

L'alloggio corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto. Cucina ben attrezzata e in ordine, letto comodo e bagno pulito. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato il balcone ed il vicino di fronte che ogni mattina ci salutava per il buongiorno e un gran sorriso!! La vera differenza però è stata Ermanette, velocissima e precisa nel rispondere. ha saputo aiutarci subito per un problema avuto con l'auto fornendo numeri di taxi e noleggio auto, è stata la nostra salvezza! Ci ha favorito inoltre con il check out il giorno della partenza. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio assolutamente, sarete in ottime mani e al sicuro!

We had a wonderful stay in this super-charming cottage. Location is great, surrounded by nature but also a 10-minute drive to several nice restaurants. Satriece was very helpful and accommodating. The southern part of the island is the most beautiful and great for hiking. The cottage is hot during the day but cools down at night, we had no problem with sleeping. It's advisable to rent a steady car as the road is not the best. We really recommend staying here if you want to explore beautiful Antigua!

As another review says, the pictures on airbnb don’t do justice to the cottage. It’s a really lovely space - inside and out. Nice and airy with lots of space and a good high ceiling which helps keep it cool at night together with the fan. The verandah is a lovely place to look at the gorgeous views, eat, read, watch the birds and hang up the washing! And the kitchen is great for self catering. We loved it.

Really loved this place it is very peaceful and very well kept.

We had an amazing time in Antigua and Shawn's apartment was just perfect for our stay. The apartment is located in a quite neighbourhood (road can be a bit tricky to drive though) and has plenty of space to park the car. It's just ten minutes from the airport and Dickenson Bay Beach. The 1st choice supermarket is also 10min away by car. The apartment was ideal for us and our 3 year daughter in terms of space. It has a double bed and a sofa bed. We cooked a few times and had all the kitchenware needed. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels/linen and AC in the main room. Shawn was very responsive and helpful (even allowing us to check out later). We would definitely come back!

Kristty was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the booking experience and during the stay. She also organised a trip to the local supermarket and my next hotel, which was most helpful as I didnt have a car. If you're looking for true peace and quiet away from the touristy hustle and bustle, then this is the place for you.

It's just as described. A clean one bedroom unit. You'll need a car or taxi to get anywhere.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was safe, quiet, clean, and truly peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was perfect. I felt right at home. It’s also within walking distance to catch the bus if needed. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
