Quite Great location at peacful clean home and Host was Awesome and responsive and helpful with all question and would love to stay again !!!

Beautiful view, very peaceful, and not far from lots of stores, restaurants and fun activities. Plenty of space for our group of 9 people with very comfortable beds. We will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Ron and Susans communication was top notch. What a great relaxing place. Very quite with beautiful view of the lake in back. Pictures are very accurate to actual place. Everything went smoothly with no surprises. We hope to stay again in near future. Great value

My family and I loved Ross place!!! His communication was quick and left very clear instructions. Upon arrival, he even left music on to welcome us. The home was exactly as pictured and was very peaceful. It accommodated our needs and highly recommend 👌.

We love the fact that it is within walking distance to so many things. It was very clean and nice. We would absolutely book again! Great place!

Jason’s place is awesome near everything in St. Matthew’s and Middletown. Awesome house with great stuff for kiddos in the back TV room. Loved it!

The beds were comfy and warm. The kitchen had everything we needed. When we come back and visit we will be rebooking. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay at Courtney’s home in Louisville! The house was spotless, stylish, and had all the comforts our family of five needed for a short visit. The neighborhood had a welcoming vibe—safe, walkable, and full of charm. One evening, we enjoyed cooking a great dinner, and for breakfast, we tried one of the fantastic nearby restaurants, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without going far. Courtney was responsive, thoughtful, and provided excellent local recommendations. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Louisville.

This house was exactly what I was looking for. 4 adult couples, 2 kids (age 3 and 5) and 2 little dogs fit absolutely perfectly here. The pool is amazing and the house was super clean. It’s about 20 minutes from downtown, but we loved the location because it was super close to my brother and his wife’s house. Gorgeous neighborhood, very safe. Our host, Bethany, was super nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!

The place is awesome!!! My friends and I loved how much there was to do at the house (pool table, foosball, darts, arcades, card table, and even more!). Deb made us feel at home. She was always there to help if we needed anything. Our weekend was a yearly gathering of friends relaxing, having fun, and catching up and the house was perfect for it. It will be the spot we use every year going forward!!!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely rent again.

House was beautiful well accented and updated and modern. Pool table and downstairs area was a great addition, didn’t figure out the air conditioning till checkout and it was 85 so the house got hot so I should’ve asked how it worked. Beds were very comfortable memory foam mattresses. Loved it and will stay again if I’m in the area.

Stayed here for Derby weekend and what an incredible experience it was! Stacie's home was clean, had plenty of room, and had everything you could ever need for a fun filled weekend in LV. Only 20 mins to the Derby via uber (just schedule them early!!) 5/5 rating, highly recommend! Thank you AGAIN!

The place was located in a great area, close to shopping. It was a beautiful apartment, comfortably furnished. Charles was always responsive to any messages that I sent. I highly recommend this place to stay! 😊

Freddie is AMAZING!! He was very responsive and extremely flexible with my scheduled arrival. The house is so nice!! Outside space is very peaceful and beautiful. I will rent Freddie’s place again!!

We stayed at Toni’s place while we were house hunting in the area. The place was beautiful and had everything you needed! We traveled with our 1.5 yr old and there was a great playground a short walk away!

We loved our stay. The neighborhood is so sweet and close restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, and parks. We felt right at home and they are very pet friendly. I’ll stay here each time I’m visiting Louisville!

Anna was a kind and responsive host. She was very friendly and took the time to notify us of some local opportunities before we even got there. The place itself was great! Clean and very homey with nice views of the river. I recommend it to anyone looking for some peace and quiet on their journeys.

Very easy to find, close to the event we were in town for, quiet area, and felt safe during the severe weather that occurred during our stay. Just wish we could’ve had better weather to get to enjoy more of the outdoor space!

It was an amazing stay the place was so clean and the area was so beautiful, the creek and all definitely worth a stay and a go back sometime.

This home was better than expected. Pictures don’t do it enough justice. Jessica was very attentive and made sure we had everything and was happy during our stay. The home is nearby hospitals, in germantown and by everything you need that louisville offers. Nearby the highway as well for easy access around the city. The home was very clean and neighbors were welcoming.

Maximum privacy near fabulous Louisville! My partner and our dog and I loved the whole home with fenced in yard. The home was EXCELLENTLY appointed- think similar quality kitchen items, linens, pillows, mattresses etc that you would buy for your OWN home. Fantastic. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful via message. Don’t miss this great spot!

Austin was over and beyond expected. He communicated a situation that involved the living room tv to prepare us, but on top of that resolved the issue prior to us even arriving. Excellent host and would stay there again, no question.

My daughter's and I loved Jannette's home and she is so nice and welcoming. The home is immaculate and it is located in a beautiful area. She even left us snacks in the house. When I'm back in Louisville, I will check to see if Jannette's house is available first, before exploring other options.
