Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir wurden in der Wohnung mit einem grandiosen Rumpunsch aus eigener Herstellung begrüßt, den wir auf dem Balkon bei Meeresrauschen genießen konnten. Die Grünanlage wird durch Gärtner gepflegt, wodurch sich auch einige Tierarten im Garten ansammeln (Raupen, Gekos, Glühwürmer) Durch die anliegenden Wohnungen kann man stets mit weiteren Urlaubern in Kontakt kommen, sofern gewünscht. Wäsche kann in der Anlage gewaschen werden. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich die einzige Klimaanlage, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat, da wir die Ventilatoren nutzten. Unsere Küche haben wir gerne zum Kochen genutzt. Unser persönliches Highlight war der direkt angrenzende Strand mit Meerzugang, den man zusätzlich vom Balkon aus genießen konnte. Das Barbadische Leben war mit dem Auto bestens erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Lisa & Chris war super und beide sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen oder Anliegen.

Esther's place was really homey, very nicely decorated, clean and very welcoming. THe location was also great, as it was also easy walking distance (about 10-15mins) to the beach and main street with hotels, (such as the Accra Hotel, Blue Horizon and other hotels), shops and a few strip malls. Esther's place is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, and the host was very accommodating. I would stay there again if I visit Barbados next time.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Mona's property. She and her family are very accommodating to their guests; in fact, both her sister-in-law and son gave me rides to shops to take care important matters. The property is very clean and well-appointed, simple yet complete. I truly appreciate Mona's hospitality and concern, I would never have received this at a local hotel. Her knowledge as a local helped me experience the most out of my trip. You will not regret booking this property. Thank you, Mona!

Shirley was a very welcoming host. Attentive but not intrusive. Quaint traditional decor throughout. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance of the first good beach north of Bridgetown. Convenient for busses. You don't need taxis if you stay here.

Joyce's place was clean and well organized. Joyce was also very responsive and helped with all my questions since it was my first time in Barbados. I had an overall great experience!

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend this apartment enough. The location is perfect, we wanted to explore the island and enjoy beaches with our 11year old. The property is within walking distance to Bridgetown plus there is a bus stop outside so you can jump around to other towns with ease. The beaches are honestly mind blowing, as first time visitors to the island we couldn’t believe the beautiful coastline literally over the road from the property! Chris is an awesome host and was so welcoming and helpful. He gave us some great recommendations of places to visit and restaurants to eat at, and was very responsive when we had questions whilst staying. The apartment is so spacious, very comfortable, lovely and cool which we appreciated, and sitting in the beautiful garden was a treat. With an added bonus of 3 lovely dogs whom we’ll miss very much! Real gem of a listing, we’ll definitely be back!

Outstanding property, amenities, host and property manager! I’ve been renting vacation properties all over the Caribbean for 20+ years and this has been by far, the best experience we’ve ever had! The property and the villa itself were immaculate. Everything in the villa looked new and worked perfectly. I was blown away by all the extra items that were provided. And to top things off, the view was absolutely stunning. The host Leon and the property manager Diana were just as amazing! Leon was quick to respond to any questions before and during our stay. He regularly checked in on me and my family and would proactively send me suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, and things to do. Diana met us at the property and gave us a very thorough tour of the villa and the rest of the property. She even took time to show us how to use some of the appliances. She was also very quick to respond to anything I asked. They really helped make our Barbados vacation special. Thank you both

We've stayed at Sundown multiple times and it never disappoints. Jason always meets us on time and is quick to respond if we have any questions for him. We like the location as it is only a few minutes drive to Holetown and/or Bridgetown. We always have a wonderful experience staying at Sundown.

They were both tremendous hosts and were generous with the fruits from their garden. It was great to be right across from the beach. Sadly couldn’t borrow the kayak as there was a rip and the waves were too high during our time in Barbados (very unusual) The house is gorgeous and cooking was easy, particularly being a few doors from Jordan’s and us having caught fish. Back garden is peaceful to sit and eat out. Air con in the bedrooms very good. Nice breezes too Loved Jack the Jack Russell. I’d stay again and again

Hospedarme en este lugar fue una linda experiencia, un lugar cómodo, limpio y ordenado, tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Zona segura y tranquila, es un punto céntrico para ir a las playas de la zona. Candy fue una xcelente anfitriona, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar incluso más allá de lo que correspondía, siempre pendiente que estemos cómodas y en ayudarnos en lo que necesitemos. Este es un hospedaje 100% recomendado!

The Sandgate Beach House was absolutely beautiful!!! The pictures and description were extremely accurate. As a group of six, we had plenty of room both inside and out. The patio/terrace allowed us to spend 95% of our time outside. It was such a pleasure to wake up and be right on the beach. Can't say enough about this house. We hope to return next year!!

Keisha’s place was exactly as described. Modern, clean and a great backyard and swimming pool. Only minutes of walking away from a beautiful beach. Keisha was very accommodating and communicative, we did not need to reach out for anything the entire stay. Very smooth check-in/out experience. Barbados is a beautiful island and I would stay in any of Keisha’s homes because this was an immaculate experience. Thank you for hosting us! We look forward to coming back.

Just returned after a 10 day stay at Lucy Jane’s beautiful villa in Fitts Village . Great location with direct access to the beach and wonderful facilities . Exceptional outside space and pool , with lots of seating , whether you’re looking for sun or shade . Would highly recommend , always quick responses with any queries , and Mike (the property manager) was always on hand to answer any questions , they also accommodated a later check out because nobody was due the day that we left . Overall a perfect holiday in a great location … especially having a lovely beach bar next door with great food and delicious cocktails !! We found everything to be as good , and if not better than described in the listing .

Notre séjour en famille chez Sarah était parfait! L’endroit est ultra propre, la plage très peu achalandée et les couchés de soleil sont sublimes. Nous allions acheter du pousson au marché de Pile Bay à tous les jours. Nous avions une voiture et il était très facile de nous déplacer aux alentours: 10 min du centre-ville de Bridgetown, 10 min de Holetown, 20 min de Speighstown. Nous recommendons fortement l’endroit et nous y retournerons assurément 😊

Chris was a great host, very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay and was kind enough to accommodate our request on the last day. Place is exactly as per the photos, clean+had all the necessary items to make it a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that, although we were six adults, the space never felt small — loved the 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate showers + each room had a little en-suite vibe (working sink + mirror). The patio was spacious: the best hangout spot. Beautiful stretch of beach: very peaceful. Beach chairs were useful but very old, and some broken. The only downside of our stay, was that the six of us got eaten alive by the amount of mosquitoes/sand flies/no see-ums (not quite sure what it was) but in my 12 years of coming to Barbados (always around the same time) never had so many bites. No mosquito nets in the home. Reco: Highly recommend using mosquito repellent to avoid the pain. Overall would recommend this space for a great stay!

First off, the location is great because it’s near fabulous secluded beaches. There are cheap restaurants around where locals go (Golden Anchor, Wendy’s Sports Bars), the fish store in Payne’s bay, Jordan’s supermarket within 15 min walk. The kitchen is super functional. The apartment has screened windows in the entrance veranda room so you can always leave those windows open without worrying about mosquito or birds coming in. Anna has 2 beach chairs too. The only thing we wish we had known was that the bed in the coral bedroom is a double bed and not a king. The king might refer to the sofa bed which is actually not comfortable to sleep in at all so the double bed was way too small for my 6 foot tall husband and I.

A great location away from the roads. The pool was very convenient, the whole estate well kept. Good proximity to the lovely beaches and local facilities. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable with sunny patio . Many thanks to Shona and Nick , our generous and responsive hosts.

Tonia was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating for our checkin-checkout requests! Easy walk to some amazing beaches.

Great location, apartment is near several good restaurants both on the beach for watching the sunset as well as local places for affordable prices. Beautiful beach on your doorstep and a local supermarket within walking distance. Would recommend renting a car to give you more flexibility. Bed was large and comfortable. There are a few apartments in the buildint so you will have neighbors.

Great place to stay for a couple days or longer. 2 minute walk from gorgeous beach. About a 30 minute walk to the center of Bridgetown. Great location.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. The host has thought of everything and we couldn’t be happier. Lots of towels, adapters, snorkels and towel pegs. I’d highly recommend this property to family and friends. We’ll be back!

I have been visiting Barbados for over 15 years on a consistent basis but have never stayed in Fitts Village area - generally I have gravitated to Holetown and Weston area. This stay was a really exceptional find in everyway. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and a relatively nice beach. The condo is well appointed from furniture to kitchen needs, bedroom and bathrooms linens and so much more. Andre was very responsive to my inquiries as part of my booking and his property manager, Jethro, was welcoming and attended to any of my needs or inquiries throughout my stay. This was an outstanding experience from my first inquiry to the end of my holiday.
