Waking up to that scenery every morning was a dream… you really can’t ask for more! I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Mona's property. She and her family are very accommodating to their guests; in fact, both her sister-in-law and son gave me rides to shops to take care important matters. The property is very clean and well-appointed, simple yet complete. I truly appreciate Mona's hospitality and concern, I would never have received this at a local hotel. Her knowledge as a local helped me experience the most out of my trip. You will not regret booking this property. Thank you, Mona!

As a Barbadian born visitor returning with my partner for a family event. We needed a place to afford us privacy but yet located in the perfect location to get to most places on the island. Michelle’s place was just what we needed. The apartment was as described and lived up to expectations in a peaceful neighbourhood with very welcoming locals. As soon as we arrived, Michelle was online to welcome us and to make sure we had access to the property. Her advice prior to our arrival provided excellent navigational instructions including suggesting various car rental options. We found Michelle to be an extermely flexible host who clearly takes pride in the apartment and in the comfort of her guests. We will have no hesitation in returning to this apartment in the future and would highly reccomend this residence to any of my many friends who plan to visit Barbados. Thanks Michelle’s. Trotz späterer Ankunft sind wir mit der Schlüsselbox schnell und problemlos in das Appartement gelangt. Alles ist neu und das Bett riesig. Für uns war sehr positiv, dass man mit Klimaanlage problemlos schlafen konnte, da sie leise ist und nicht direkt über dem Bett hängt und somit kein kalter Luftzug beim Schlafen stört. Man fühlt sich sicher (Gitter vor den Fenstern und Safe vorhanden). Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert.

We loved it at 628 Bushy Park. Great studio apartment. Nice veranda to relax on with a barbecue. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed. Plenty of towels and bed linen. The Rockley Resort is beautifully maintained. Lovely swimming pool just across from the apartment. Never busy there. Plenty of Sun loungers, chairs, tables, sun umbrellas. Nice restaurant at the club house only a few minutes walk. Mid range on price for food, bucket deals on beers. Food is excellent. Walk to nearest beach is around 20 minutes, as is the main road for all the various bus options. St Lawrence Gap is 30 minutes walk. Accra beach at Rockley 20 minutes walk. Supermarket 15 minutes walk. Sandra was very responsive to help when we were there. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The place is so relaxing ,peaceful and safe.ideal for those people who have ClaphamCourt and US embassy appointment .. walking distance. Ms Carla is very accomodating …excellent host We have alot of positive vibes in this place..

I’ve visited the island many times before but have always stayed in a hotel with family. This was my first visit solo in an apartment. The booking was straight forward and all questions I had were answered really quickly. The apartment was easy to find and as described with lovely views from the balcony. I felt really safe staying there. Parking is available onsite and the owners of the property live next door, they were super friendly and lovely people. I wouldn’t have any hesitations recommending this apartment to friends. The apartment is well located, the nearest beach is at the end of the road (a 2minute walk) as is the local supermarket. The buses stop right by the supermarket so easy access to other beaches/bars/restaurants on the West Coast.

We stayed with Kris and Cheryl for two months, they are very kind and welcoming and took us to the shop upon arrival. Kris gave us a couple of tours around the island and they both regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay. We didn't have a car so caught the ZR bus from the bottom of the road. Whilst we did walk down rendezvous road there isn't a pavement the whole way so we payed for a taxi when it was dark. At the bottom of the hill there's a supermarket that has everything we needed. Rockley beach nearby is fantastic!

Nous avons vraiment appréciées notre séjour chez Rosemary. Elle a été réactive tout au long de notre séjour et prenait des nouvelles pour savoir si tout se passait bien. La maison était vraiment très spacieuse et bien équipée. De plus, le logement est très bien situé (quelques minutes en voiture de notre plage préférée Batts Rock Beach). Je recommande ce logement si vous êtes plusieurs et que vous souhaitez loger dans un endroit calme, proche des locaux et loin de la foule touristique.

the hosts were excellent. helpful, accommodating, responsive, considerate. accommodation was within walking distance of the US embassy which was why we were in Barbados. My family of 6 was very comfortable and would have stayed longer if schedules permitted.

They were both tremendous hosts and were generous with the fruits from their garden. It was great to be right across from the beach. Sadly couldn’t borrow the kayak as there was a rip and the waves were too high during our time in Barbados (very unusual) The house is gorgeous and cooking was easy, particularly being a few doors from Jordan’s and us having caught fish. Back garden is peaceful to sit and eat out. Air con in the bedrooms very good. Nice breezes too Loved Jack the Jack Russell. I’d stay again and again

Hospedarme en este lugar fue una linda experiencia, un lugar cómodo, limpio y ordenado, tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Zona segura y tranquila, es un punto céntrico para ir a las playas de la zona. Candy fue una xcelente anfitriona, siempre atenta y dispuesta a ayudar incluso más allá de lo que correspondía, siempre pendiente que estemos cómodas y en ayudarnos en lo que necesitemos. Este es un hospedaje 100% recomendado!

A beautiful house in a very good location. The most beautiful beach on the whole island is only 10 minutes walk. Along the way you will find various small shops where you can buy food and drinks. very friendly neighbors. Perfectly equipped kitchen as well as bathroom. Plenty of towels. Parking. Possibility to hang washed clothes outside in the garden. We give 10*. Anne Marie helped us at any time with any questions. we can only recommend :)

My family stayed for only three nights at Prospect House and it was more than comfortable for us. A major highlight was Sam who was very quick to respond to any question or concern via text, call, or in person! We felt right at home here and were sad to leave - on our last morning we were graced with a visit from a family of Green Monkeys in the backyard - so cool to have nature so close to the house. We loved the security of locking the front gate up at night and when we left for the day. The location was convenient to get to/from the airport as well as all the great restaurants on the west side. Thank you Prospect House Team for a great vacation!

this is a beautiful home . my partner and I love this place & it was very peaceful for our Christmas trip. the house was clean upon arrival. the host was reachable & answered any questions that i had. I did not have any concerns that's how lovely this house is. we will book again

First off, the location is great because it’s near fabulous secluded beaches. There are cheap restaurants around where locals go (Golden Anchor, Wendy’s Sports Bars), the fish store in Payne’s bay, Jordan’s supermarket within 15 min walk. The kitchen is super functional. The apartment has screened windows in the entrance veranda room so you can always leave those windows open without worrying about mosquito or birds coming in. Anna has 2 beach chairs too. The only thing we wish we had known was that the bed in the coral bedroom is a double bed and not a king. The king might refer to the sofa bed which is actually not comfortable to sleep in at all so the double bed was way too small for my 6 foot tall husband and I.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! I had great communication from the start, I received clear instructions on how to check in and where to find everything. The property was spotless and fresh, and had all of the amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Kate came to meet me at the property on my arrival which was nice to put a face to the name, we stayed in regular contact during my stay and was available on the other end of the phone if I had any issues. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend to others. Thank you for hosting us

Our Property Manager Preetam was amazing to work with. The property is new and beautiful. The unit was well decorated and the property is right in the beach! There is a pool on the roof and one in the ground floor. The staff at property was very friendly and accommodating. The building was pristine! We love being in St. Michaels. If you have a car, it’s a great location between the south coast and St, James. The unit was well stocked with basic food items and soft drinks and a small bottle of local Rum. There is a distillery within walking distance from the property and a water park in the bay with Jet Ski and Paddle Boards available for rent. Great Value, we will be back for sure! Highly recommend.

This is a relatively recently renovated, spacious, easy to use kitchen with full size appliances. Everything was very clean and was cleaned twice during our 2 week stay. Tina and Philip helped us up the 3 flights of stairs with our suitcases, and then down again when we left. They also saved us from missing our flight when our taxi did not show up, they found another one for us, and we made it on time. Tina provided links to many features and restaurants in the area. I would suggest taking advantage of the grocery pick up, as on line ordered took 3 days wait and cost the same. The pool was great, it's in an inner courtyard so less noisy. The balcony has a view of the ocean which is unfortunately being obstructed by new construction. Everything under the control of the hosts was great. One thing that is not under their control is the street noise which is a problem everywhere. You may want ear plugs, even with the windows closed. Best beach is nearby!

Shameika place was exactly as listed. Clean and spacious airbnb for two people. It felt very much at home and I would stay again. It was very close to the beach which was across the street and not too far from the airport and other surrounding places. I felt very much like a local there. The supermarket and other shops were a 10 minute walk from the airbnb. The people in Barbados were kind and the neighbors. I am happy to have found this spot. Shameika was kind and responsive when we needed things from her as well. Thanks again!

A lovely apartment, communicative hosts, beautiful grounds and shared pool. My wife and I would definitely recommend this place for a short stay. It’s a little walk down to the shore and action, but wholly do-able (though it helps to have a car for exploring and groceries). Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great flat in a great location. This is one of the nicest flats we have stayed in at Banyan Court. It’s light and airy and has a real homely beach vibe. Kitchen has everything you need and having 2 bathrooms made life easier. Lovely view out over the pool and nice balcony to relax on. Air conditioning in bedrooms work well and you get a cool through breeze in the lounge and kitchen. Fantastic stay and great flat.
