Fantastic villa with beautiful views, spacious, serene & comfortable. We went as a family of four, (2 under 2), and the place was exceptionally comfortable for us. Even though the house does have stairs, there was plenty of space for our toddler to play and roam the balcony etc. Amanda has a delightful villa manager who looked after our initial shopping needs, extra baby equipment that we decided to rent (bedrail) and was on hand to deal with any queries we had. The rooms were very comfortable, super king bed ensured we didn't miss home one bit with AC in the bedrooms. The showers were great, spacious, clean and with good pressure. The kitchen was great, with pretty much every utensil we required and a large american style fridge freezer. The views from the balcony transport you into an idyllic place and I could sit there for hours enjoying the cool breeze. We did not use the pool on this visit however we did use the hot tub which was lovely and ready for us to use. Highly recommend.

This was my first time staying at an AirBnB in Barbados after several visits to either family members or hotels while visiting the island. My entire family (wife, 2 kids and my mom) were all highly impressed as were friends and family who visited us. The pool was perfect, the beach was amazing and listening to the waves on the balcony became a way for all of us to find peace and quiet. The security was friendly and informative. Our host Jameela was an ANGEL! We have many travel struggles getting to the island and she was always responsive, supportive and helpful. The cleaning lady was so friendly and did an awesome job. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are back in Barbados!!!

We stayed at 204 Mistle Cove for one week. The location is right in the heart of Lawrence Gap with all restaurants and amenities within walking distance. The apartment itself is just as advertised, although the view is actually nicer than the pictures. The main room sleeps with a broadview of the ocean and the calming sounds of waves. The patio is spacious and perfect for breakfast , lunch and dinners in front of the ocean. My daughter loved the pool and the ocean front was a lot of fun with the high waves. A calmer and longer beach was only a two min walk from the apartment at Dover. Overall, we had everything we could have needed here, and would easily stay again if we go back to Barbados.

We stayed at Steven’s apartment for 10 days and had an amazing holiday (2 couples). The apartment was wonderful and just as described and there were lots of additional touches that were really thoughtful such as the Cool box and ice blocks and a couple of snorkels. The Sugar Hill complex was beautiful and peaceful. The pools were a lovely temperature (lit at night and open until 9pm) and grounds very well kept. We had a couple of lovely lunches at The Deck (Shrimp Pad Thai excellent!) and the rum punch during happy hour very good. We utilised the Fairmont beach club membership particularly to go and watch the sunsets but also travelled around the Island - which always felt friendly and safe. Kavell was super responsive when we had any questions. I had to do some work whilst out here so had to use the table on the balcony (only minor point was that there wasn’t an electric socket close by). It is an approx 20 min walk down the hill (via Store house Road) to the beach club.

Jeff and Vicki's place was perfect! It is on the slower side of the island so it was great for relaxing and enjoying each other's company. They were extremely responsive and left some snacks and a few beers to get our vacation started. Amazing views of the ocean! Looking forward to staying again when we return.

I had a great stay at Wayne's place, and found it easy to get everywhere I wanted without a vehicle. Loved walking to a new beach each day, and took rides back to the condo via easy-to-access public transportation. Plenty to do in close proximity, including bars, restaurants, a supermarket, and plenty of sunny beaches. Neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to sleep at night due to the quiet surroundings. Would love to come back!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The beach access across the street is a 2 min walk, very quiet, and is absolutely beautiful! There's lots of restaurants, beaches, and convenient stores within walking distance. Taxis and the little white "taxi" vans are running constantly so you never have to wait for a ride. The condo itself is well laid out, has everything you need for cooking at home, and the pool was an added bonus! Thanks again for hosting us and I look forward to a return trip in the future!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful view of the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet. You do need a rental car to get around. The housekeeper Madelene was fantastic, she worked with a smile on her face and made sure the place was nice and clean everyday. We also booked chef Lindrey for two nights and the food and experience was amazing. Dorothy was a great host and made sure that whatever we needed we had. We would definitely stay there again.

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

We loved staying at this place! The home was very comfortable, it had about everything you’d need, and the beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy, and the location was great, especially if you like to surf. The beach nearest the house is great if you like to surf, watch surfers, or see sea turtles. If you want to swim, walk a few more minutes down the road to Miami Beach, and you’ll have one of the best swimming beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful months stay in Elizabeth's cottage. We felt at home as soon as we stepped inside. The kitchen was very well equipped. Super comfy beds and lovely bed linen and plenty of towels. It was extremely clean and we loved the outside space. The locals were so friendly and we always felt safe. Elizabeth's Dad, Tommy was near if needed and Heather did a wonderful job cleaning each week. Had some great chats ! Missing the sunshine and having breakfast on the veranda. You can see the sea from the cottage and be swimming in 5 minutes! There is a great fish market at the end of the road where the fish is so fresh. We visited last year and stayed in a hotel but staying in a cottage for us was so much more enjoyable. We did hire a car as we wanted to explore the island but it's not a necessity. Thank you, Elizabeth, would love to return in the future.

My friend & I chose to stay at The Tree House for a couple of days when we first arrived at Barbados. Delroy was easy to chat to prior to the stay & very responsive whilst we were there. He arranged a local taxi to meet us at the airport & Romel was brilliant; taking us to a supermarket on the way & welcoming us to the island. The Tree House is wonderful; so clean, beautifully designed & a great place to stay. We hired a car from our host to drive to local beaches, and walked through the sugar cane fields in the local area. The whole process was smooth from start to finish & Delroy really is the perfect host. Thank you Delroy you know I’ll be back 🙏

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! The seclusion was exactly what we were looking for, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The place was perfect—cozy, well-equipped, and surrounded by nature. Ruth and Chris were amazing hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and ensuring our stay was comfortable. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt completely at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway in a serene setting, this is the place to be. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking tranquility and a unique experience. Would love to return!

First time out to Barbados, I was expecting less and less comfortable given the size of the room expecting to settle honestly . However the place was well organized , very clean , modern / up to date appliances and a decent sized TV. The place felt safe , warm , welcoming and lax! Thank you for allowing me to stay . I look forward to coming back to your island very soon!

Peter is a very generous and thoughtful host. He went above and beyond to make our stay unique and special, with many surprises and special touches along the way. It was a stay unlike any other we have had in Barbados and we would highly recommend to anybody looking to experience the wilder side of the island. The estate is a lush, tropical paradise, with an abundance of wildlife and natural beauty all around. The accommodations have a harmonious 'indoor / outdoor living' quality, where you feel at one with nature right away. Our toddler loved roaming around freely, collecting flowers from the ground, looking out for monkeys and swimming in the pool- especially when the dogs came to visit. Thank you Peter, for such a special experience. We very much enjoyed your company and hope to come back for longer next time!

Chris was a great host, very welcoming and responsive throughout our stay and was kind enough to accommodate our request on the last day. Place is exactly as per the photos, clean+had all the necessary items to make it a comfortable stay. We loved the fact that, although we were six adults, the space never felt small — loved the 2 bathrooms, and 2 separate showers + each room had a little en-suite vibe (working sink + mirror). The patio was spacious: the best hangout spot. Beautiful stretch of beach: very peaceful. Beach chairs were useful but very old, and some broken. The only downside of our stay, was that the six of us got eaten alive by the amount of mosquitoes/sand flies/no see-ums (not quite sure what it was) but in my 12 years of coming to Barbados (always around the same time) never had so many bites. No mosquito nets in the home. Reco: Highly recommend using mosquito repellent to avoid the pain. Overall would recommend this space for a great stay!

An excellent location for easy beach access, great restaurants and incredible sunsets. This is a wonderful property with super amenities and very comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the ability to sit outside in the sunshine and relax. The pool and tennis courts were steps away, but never noisy and the community was peaceful and a great place for a vacation. The monkeys wandering around were a real bonus! Carl and Marcia were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this location for spending time in beautiful Barbados. It was our first visit but will not the last.

The Cottage was as great as the location! The pool and hot tub were our favorite amenities. The rental has all the necessities; two rooms were air conditioned. The kitchen is small but has everything you will need for preparing meals. Bring coffee supplies, espresso machines are rare on the island! There is gated, off street parking for a rental car and the beach is a 3 minute walk where you will find a gas station, which has lots of essentials and a few groceries, restaurants and bars. The location on the island is ideal if you’re looking for a quieter, west side beach spot with a local feel. Speightstown, our favorite spot, is a short drive or taxi / bus ride and has a grocery store, shopping, great restaurants (Local and Co), beach bars with music and a small town Barbados feel. We’ll be back!

Roseanne is a wonderful and gracious host who made us feel right at home the moment we arrived. She checked in with us through the app within minutes of our flight touching down. We got a little lost, thanks to Google Maps taking us down every secondary road possible to supposedly save us time. If I had just stuck with Rosannes directions we would have been fine. The apartment was clean and tidy and looked just like the description. Comfortable furniture, a television with a good selection of channels, a beautiful dining table and chairs, several outdoor seating options and of course the good sized private pool. We even had a few Monkeys come by to say hello when we we're sitting on the pool deck or swimming. Beaches and shopping are less than 10 minutes away if your up to renting a car. Roaeanne is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and is a lovely person to get to know

As we had stayed in Vuemont before we knew the location. The villa was clean and comfortable, but a few scatter cushion would have been helpful. Great deck, very breezy and shady, which is great, but only 2 lounging chairs, not a problem for us. It is probably the best Villa we have stayed in. The house manager was very responsive and the cleaner was very thorough and on time. The kitchen was fully equipped for all our needs, we self cater nearly all our meals. The local supermarkets have all you need at reasonable prices (for Barbados!). There was a brand new dishwasher, which is rare in Barbados and we looked after it, by adding salt and a little rinse aid, but rinse aid is hard to come by in Barbados, so you might want to bring some with you. Remember the water is 'hard' so needs all the help it can get! You will need a car but some of the best beaches are only a 5 minute drive down the hills. Will be returning to have our winter sunshine fix.

Super emplacement, très belles vacances à 4 couples nous étions très confortable. Béatrice la femme de ménage était une vraie perle attentionnée. TOUJOURS à l’écoute de nos demandes, tellement que J’aurais voulu la ramener au Canada LOL Je recommande fortement cet endroit. Un petit paradis avec les belles piscines, la plage tout près et d’excellents restaurants. Merci pour ce superbe séjour dans votre île paradisiaque

Lisa was friendly and very helpful from the point of initial contact and throughout our stay. Apartment is in a beautiful location. Although Port St Charles is a sizeable marina, it always felt private and was peaceful. All staff onsite were professional, friendly and helpful. Complimentary water taxi service was very much appreciated, between apartment to beach, pool and restaurant areas. Saying that all were within walking distance too. Both of Lisa's housekeeping ladies were friendly and did a superb job. Would certainly recommend this property.

Laura’s villa is perfect for two families or a larger group. It really has everything you need. The pool and outdoor area are beautifully designed. The location is great, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops. There was even a dishwasher, which wasn’t mentioned in the description. The only thing that could be improved is adding mosquito nets over the beds. Communication with Laura was very easy and quick. Paul, the on-site host, is super relaxed and has great tips. We’d love to come back!

We had a fabulous holiday and Gail made us feel very welcome. Gibbes Pavilion is perfectly situated for what we feel is the best beach on the island. We would love to return next year.
