We have loved our stay in this condo. It was perfect for us, felt like home from home which is exactly what we wanted. It was a lovely touch that some breakfast essentials were provided on our arrival. You can get to most places easily by car or catch a local bus to Bridgetown. The small local supermarket and The Grill restaurant and The Pub was walking distance. The hosts, Yvette and Andrew made our stay even more special by providing lots of useful information and tips throughout our stay. Thank you again for making our trip so memorable and we would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely stunning place at a prime location all the best bars, restaurants snorkelling spots, shopping, gym I mean everything you can ask for, local super markets. Close to speightstown just gorgeous. Communication and property management was also spot on, although we were in the hottest time of the year the mid portion of the house can get a little hot, but then you have a lovely plunge pool to cool Off and rooms are spacious and air con in every single room. The amnesties and bbq grill every single attention to detail. I cannot recommend it enough and hopefully we will be back soon. Shout out to Chris and Katina as well. We even had a chef recommended by them to come and cook for us bajan food, and it was amazing. Thank you Amanda and Nigel once again you were brilliant hosts. Felt like we were at home.

This was our third stay at 6a The Palisades. We love that part of the island and The Palisades is a perfect location for our favourite beach - Enterprise

Perfect for our long stay - quiet , relaxing getaway. House is well equipped, close to Catch 22 restaurant with the best Fishcakes in Barbados, secluded Archers Bay and The Animal Flower Cave. Size and comfort of garden and pool areas were pleasantly roomy, both were regularly attended to and were well kept. Comfortably large bedrooms with roomy en-suites. Breezy location, almost no need to use aircon units. House was well illuminated at night and local residents were friendly and respectful. Peter was a welcoming, friendly, professional and accommodating host. It was so good we'll happily stay again. A car is a must have for short trips to Speightstown etc.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the villa. It was large enough to accommodate four adults and one child. It was stylish and welcoming. We had everything we needed. My niece did not want to leave the villa.

Excelente opción para alojarse en Barbados. El lugar es muy apacible y tranquilo, la casa es muy cómoda y acogedora. La atencion de Dawn fue insuperable, muy proactiva y atenta. Siempre respondio a todos nuestros mensajes. La playa mas cercana queda a 20 min a pie, por lo que resulta recomendable contar con un vehículo rentado para disfrutar de Barbados.

A fantastic house in Bajan style. Plenty space inside for 6 adults. All equipments that you will need is there. In the morning and in the afternoon you will see the monkey running and playing from the house, The host is very nice and if you need her assistance she is helping you to make your stay 101% perfect 🙂 Ebbe Bundesen Denmark 🇩🇰

Lovely lovely street and neighborhood. Gated community was quiet and peaceful. Easy walking distance to the stairs at Freights Bay. Walking distance to Cafe Luna (beautiful restaurant) and Surfers Bay (another great spot to eat). Neighborhood and private community was wonderful. Neighbors were friendly and very pleasant. Nicky was very responsive on every question and text. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful and newly developed townhouse. The decor gave peaceful and serene vibes, and the outside gave warm tropical vibes to make it a perfect place to stay on your vacation. Place is as pictured and Maisha is a great host. Prompt responses to any questions we had, and when there was a minor issue, it was addressed and even went out of her way to make up for it. In this industry, it's never so much the issue but rather how the issue is met & resolved and for that Maisha & crew will get my 5 stars. I would definitely recommend booking.

Johnathon is a top-notch host. He is very easy to get in touch with and responds very quickly. He knows the local area well and was helpful with recommendations and advice. Problems that came up were dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible. Zaheera (property manager) is equally as helpful and caring. The house is clean, spacious and lovely, exactly as shown/listed. The plunge pool and decking is one of the best on the property, imo, as it is private and well cared for. The larger swimming pool was also clean, refreshing and relaxing. Beautiful beach is a 5 min walk. A very safe area with friendly neighbours. We enjoyed the quiet, relaxing location, away from the busy areas but easy enough to grab a cab or bus for a day or evening out.

Amazing location and really beautiful home. The space was so nice and spacious, tall ceilings and lots of doors to open for a breeze. Amazing outside space, the pool was amazing and the wildlife around the pool was so fun to watch. Birds, frogs, lizard etc. Beds were comfy and bathrooms so spacious. Location was the best, we rented a car and traveled around a lot but didn’t find a better beach or snorkelling than outside calma beach club. We didn’t have trouble with the mosquitoes due to house being very ventilated and nice aircon!

Our stay was wonderful. Beautiful view of the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet. You do need a rental car to get around. The housekeeper Madelene was fantastic, she worked with a smile on her face and made sure the place was nice and clean everyday. We also booked chef Lindrey for two nights and the food and experience was amazing. Dorothy was a great host and made sure that whatever we needed we had. We would definitely stay there again.

The townhouse was perfect for our needs. - The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils necessary for cooking and serving. - Nicole's colleagues were a pleasure and helpful at all points throughout our stay. - We will definitely repeat this trip.

Great place, very comfortable. it's nice that this is considered a hotel, so our catamaran excursion provider picked us up and dropped us off. We loved the location and the water fountains just outside of the townhouse.

Although I am originally from the West Coast, I had no problem staying here on the South Coast, in fact its my 2nd time staying here. Perfect for the family and the Miami Beach is just a few steps away.

This is a hidden gem, did not want to give it 5 stars as too many people will compete for when we want to visit next which will definitely want to. Diana was super helpful and responded instantly to any questions or queries we had. The place is nicer than the pictures on the internet. 3 huge en-suites with large walk in showers and a separate downstairs loo. Great air con in each room and lovely outdoor space with fans and shade. We hired a car which was useful to tour the island and see the horses at Pebble beach at 5.30am but you can walk to main road in about 5 minutes where buses frequently run up and down coast road. The nearest beach is about 14 minutes walk and you could walk to centre of Holetown in about 20 minutes . Lots of reasonable restaurants in Holetown but Champers on the south coast is a must visit! away.

We were very supposed when we arrived at the house, it was way beyond our expectations. The photos don't do it justice! Beautiful! Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Lots of recommendations in the house book and handy contacts. we did have a car but a few days we walked over to Oistins. Nice walk along the coast. Friendly locals and helpful neighbours.

Great location, off the main road, so very quiet, close to the beach & restaurants & walking distance to the tennis courts. Very well equipped kitchen, peaceful garden, secure gate & great host. Would be looking to return.

Beautiful villa that suited our family. Very clean and had everything we could have wanted. Brigitte was very responsive with any questions we had. The villa is in a beautiful setting and quite close to shops and restaurants.

Die Besitzerin war die ganze Zeit nebenan. Das war toll und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir konnten Sie alles fragen. Nur Ihre Klimaanlage, die auf Ihrer Terrasse stand war recht laut. Durch die Zeitverschiebung sind wir immer sehr früh aufgestanden, alles um uns herum hat natürlich noch geschlafen und wenn wir dann auf der Terrasse waren, war es recht ungemütlich durch die Lautstärke. Aber man kann sich daran auch gewöhnen. Unsere Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war total leise und angenehm. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Abtrennung mit Fliegengitter wegen den Mücken auf der Veranda. Einfach toll, dass man auch am Abend mit Licht draußen Essen kann und nicht gestochen wird. Je nachdem was man unternehmen möchte ist ein Auto sinnvoll. Wir waren sehr glücklich und können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen.

This villa is 1/6 in a gated and walled enclosure which was private and secure. There were 4 of us staying (2 couples) and there was plenty of room. Would work well with a family with kids as well. It was a great location to be mid-way between Bridgetown and Speigstown so it made it easy to see the entire west coat of the island. The property manager was extremely quick to respond and was very helpful and friendly starting from meeting with her on our arrival to give us full details of the property. The entire house was well maintained, clean and even had a few basic necessities in the fridge and kitchen upon our arrival. The plunge pool was a very lovely way to end the day after being at the beach. Grocery store was within walking distance along with a couple of nice restaurants on the beach. Loved the place and would definitely stay again. Already planning our next visit and staying here again!
