Sylvia’s place is a little piece of heaven. Not only does the spacious home have everything you need but the back porch views are incredible. We watched locals bringing out their livestock, Sunday afternoon RC flyers, and goats wandering nearby. Watching the sunset from the porch and the stars from the pool deck was such a treat - as was dipping into the clear pool waters continually throughout the day. Within walking distance is Bottom Bay Beach and several house-side bars with friendly owners and patrons. Groceries and anything else needed is only a short drive. Mauva and Phillip were extremely helpful and kind. They greeted us the first day, and bid us adieu on our last. We can’t wait for our next visit to Barbados!

Amazing and unique location. Definitely off the beaten path. Skeets bay might not be everyone’s idea of a swimming spot, but it’s authentically beautiful and the more adventurous might have a great time. The road has a little bit of traffic from a small nearby upscale resort and the occasional local heading to the old pier to do some fishing but it’s otherwise a quiet spot. The house is an amazing place. Very well taken care of with beautiful architecture and decor. The pool was a great way to cool off while taking in the view. The bathrooms are amazing but as others have said the indoor outdoor aspect might not be for everyone as wildlife can and will great you there. We loved it as we saw frogs and a beautiful little lizard during our stay. If that doesn’t bother you just make sure to keep the doors shut and you’ll keep the wildlife out of the rest of the house.

Great stay! Quiet & peaceful neighborhood. Really appreciate how responsive & accommodating the host was. I booked last minute with a small group of 5 and we felt right at home. Cute air-conditioned bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and dining. Lots of outdoor seating areas which was nice for tropical relaxation solo or in groups. Loved having citronella coils. Nice views & breeze being across from the sea at Deborah Bay.. small market in walking distance for any basic needs. 4min walk to Beach Head, 20min walk to Crane beach and the Grove beach bar & grill or a spot with good local food called Dis Ole House. I recommend checking for low tide times when visiting beaches in the area and renting a car to go to beaches with calmer waters as well as exploring other activities on the island, including night life. Street parking in front the property is super easy & there’s a garage. I recommend booking here to anyone who enjoys the tropical villa vibe ! Great for groups.

Peter is a very generous and thoughtful host. He went above and beyond to make our stay unique and special, with many surprises and special touches along the way. It was a stay unlike any other we have had in Barbados and we would highly recommend to anybody looking to experience the wilder side of the island. The estate is a lush, tropical paradise, with an abundance of wildlife and natural beauty all around. The accommodations have a harmonious 'indoor / outdoor living' quality, where you feel at one with nature right away. Our toddler loved roaming around freely, collecting flowers from the ground, looking out for monkeys and swimming in the pool- especially when the dogs came to visit. Thank you Peter, for such a special experience. We very much enjoyed your company and hope to come back for longer next time!

Great house, great facilities, quiet and peaceful location, excellent value. If you’re looking for somewhere away from the crowds and don’t mind being a drive from most places, I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.

Our family (which includes two small kids) had a wonderful time on our first fly away holiday. The reviews say it all about the rustic charm of the villas and the grounds, and Peter’s warmth. Location is tucked away but close to the airport and all the amenities you need. This is the perfect place for people who like to travel but hate feeling like tourists — Peter’s pizza night was a great way to get to know him and the other guests, all of whom seem to be cut from the same friendly cloth. People who love music or art or film will find lots to chat about. Bonus points for the dogs, who only barked when we arrived and when we left, almost as if to say “welcome” and “goodbye”.

Had a wonderful stay, Kathy the house manager was very helpful and kind. House is more beautiful in life than pictures show. Location was great, have kids ranging in age from 9-19 and there were enjoyable restaurants, beaches and activities in walking distance for all. Multiple groceries walkable also. Driver, David was also great. Highly recommend this rental, hope to be back soon ❤️🇧🇧✨

Our stay here was wonderful! We are a family of 5 and this house had plenty of space. The description in the listing is very accurate. John was great with communication, and helped make our arrival smooth. With the pool table, plunge pool, lounge chairs, and the beach access, we felt like we didn’t have to leave the house to enjoy our vacation. Plenty of towels, beach towels, and a washer and dryer. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

I am very pleased with our experience at Theo's BK Villas. He is very friendly, attentive, helpful, and understanding. Theo even provided snacks and refreshments when we arrived which was grately appreciated. Although there were a couple minor hiccups during our stay, we were able to adapt and still thouroughly enjoy the beautiful layout, spacious, and accommodating surroundings. Each of us would definitely stay again. We are already planning for our next trip😊 Thank you Theo!

Paul's place was great. Clean, spacious. Everything you need. Everything worked great. Pool and outdoor seating area were great. Quiet area. House was cleaned once while were there and pool cleaners came there once during the stay. Would recommend Paul's place.

I stayed with seven of my students and my colleague and it was perfect. We loved walking to the reef to do marine biology, going on the roof to star gaze and do math lessons, and the pool for the kids to unwind. I loved that the doors locked automatically so I didn’t have to worry about the kids each needing a key or forgetting to lock the doors. There was an area for us to gather as a group and the kitchen was large so more than one person could cook. Highly recommended

Quiet, beautiful spot on the south end of the island. Great, private view of the beach and mangroves from sprawling gardens. Occasional monkey visitors. Practical kitchen with needed equipment. Good ac in bedrooms. Giant sliding door for the main room. Strong WiFi in office and most of house and immediate deck (occasionally unstable but think that’s island issue). 15 min to grocery store. Most higher end restaurants and resort beaches on northwest coast 30 min+. Short walk down to beach - rough not swimmable but beautiful. Host was the most helpful we’ve ever had with Airbnb. Helped with all kinds of activity / reservations (for a nominal fee).

Conveniently located near the airport. Perfect lication. Undwye waa very helpful getting us checked in and settled. The POOL was clean and so great after a day at the beach, and there were plebty of towels. The AC worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe, you're close to a grocery store and there's an outdoor food court nearby. (I highly recommend Happy Taco, we picked up food from there a few times). We had a later flight and asked for a late check-out which was no problem and if we had any questions, Undwye answered them right away. Thank you Undwye and Jacqueline, we would definitely stay at your place again.

Lovely breeze constantly blowing. Away from touristy area so need to have vehicle and groceries to cook. Could easily entertain others as well! Pool was a great way to cool down! We’d stay again!

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This home was everything we hoped for and more! A beautiful contemporary house right on the ocean, offering breathtaking views and the soothing sound of the waves. The property is incredibly spacious, with a large, manicured yard and gardens that add to the serene and peaceful atmosphere. The pool was fantastic, and the entire place was spotless—super clean and tidy. The nights were magical, with a stunning night sky and the peaceful ambiance of the ocean. It’s a perfect getaway for those seeking tranquility, beauty, and comfort. One thing to note—it’s best to have your own transportation to fully enjoy the area. Highly recommend and would love to return!

We had a lovely stay at Phillip’s place and his property manager David was terrific in terms of support prior and during our stay. Wonderful views of the ocean and the pool was perfect way to end the day after touring around this amazing island .
