Excellent quiet location with shops and restaurants on a lively and charming street; Great clothes washer and nice hanging rack for drying; Lovely relatively new kitchen appliances with clean and spacious refrigerator, induction stovetop, nice dishwasher and oven – we did not use the oven Air conditioning and heater are effective and towel dryer works. A couple things worth mentioning: The apartment is NOT non-smoking, which is obvious when you walk in the door. As the write-up says, this is actually someone’s living space. The closets and dresser are all full; even the top of the dresser is almost entirely covered and there are no little stands beside the bed. It’s difficult to tell what we are meant to use and what supplies to leave alone; the freezer is totally full. The bed is tucked under a slanted roof with a beam across – tall people need to watch their heads

L’appartement est un îlot de calme au milieu de la ville. Propre, bien situé avec une hôte réactive, je recommande.

We had a lovely stay at Ricardo and Claire’s apartment It is small but cosy, nice design and comfortable. The location is amazing right where you want to be to enjoy Lyon’s nightlife Might be quite cold during the winter months but in April it was perfect

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, très propre, il possède tout ce qu'il faut et il est très calme. Il est conforme aux photos et à la description. La terrasse est un vrai plus (quand la météo est au rendez-vous !). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Pierre est un hôte très réactif et très arrangeant, nous avons pu rentrer dans l'appartement avant l'heure prévu. Je recommande vraiment cet appartement pour les séjours à Lyon. Merci Pierre !

Notre séjour chez Anne s'est très bien passé. Nous avons pu profité du jacuzzi, qui en fait un joli plus à l'hébergement.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable dans ce bel appartement tout neuf dans une résidence bien tenue. Les commerces sont dans la rue adjacente et les commercants sont très sympathiques. L' appartement est d' une propreté rare et trés bien équipé, on est vite "chez soi". La communication avec Louana était fluide et amicale dans les situations.J'ai apprécié les attentions de Louana. Je recommande!

Very comfortable place, very cosy and warm. We would not fault anything. The entire house was spotless. In all fairness, the best we have stayed in so far. Jean-Pierre and Alice very also extremely friendly. Will definitely come back when we visit the region.

Week-end parfait dans l’hébergement de Sylvie. La maison est magnifique , spacieuse , très propre. La literie est très agréable. Tout était parfaitement prêt à notre arrivé. La cour intérieur est très pratique pour profiter sereinement avec les enfants. Nous remercions Sylvie pour ce séjour et recommandons vivement le lieu ! Nous reviendrons !

J'ai passé un bon séjour dans ce logement, lieu très calme, parfait pour se reposer. La grotte à proximité est vraiment à visiter. je recommande.

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

Nous avons loué la maison pour un week-end d’anniversaire, nous étions une vingtaine et avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et bien aménagée, avec de nombreuses pièces pour se poser. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et la déco soignée. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Cathy qui a pris le temps de nous accueillir et de tout nous expliquer, elle a été très arrangeante et disponible. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Just spent three weeks at Cile's lovely and spacial apartment. It was as described and Cile was a very helpful host - explaining everything clearly to us and immediately attending to one small issue which we had. The apartment is a little out of Lyon centre, but an easy bus ride. The view of the river and having a great nearby boulangerie and fromagerie easily make up for that. It was really pleasant. As a group of four - we really appreciate that there was adequate seating in the living space and dining room and sufficient space in the fridge and kitchen for us to cook when we wanted. It was also great to have the toilet separate to the bathroom. We did find it a little awkward to walk through the main bedroom to the bathroom - this wouldn't be a problem with family however. To be fair, I think this detail might have been lost in translation from French to the English in the website description. Would definitely recommend Cile's apartment

Ich war zum zweiten Mal da und komne auch nächstes Jahr gerne wieder. Ruhig , zentral gelegen, hübsch ubd funktional eingerichtet. Alles prima. Christine
