Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. Staying at Anya's Place is a great little home and location to fully enjoy beach time and making quick stops at Jordan's supermarket for fresh salad ingredients and refreshments needed to keep hydrated and energized. There is a local buffet take away (Kylros) which makes the best pie and several other options. Sheri and Leah are always there if you have any queries. Very friendly and always there to help. Wonderful family and really nice neighbourhood.

This is the best place I’ve stayed in in Barbados and I’ve been coming to Barbados for over 40 years, Ricardo and Denise are one of the most beautiful human beings you could ever meet. The attention to detail is way beyond they cater to your every need, just ask any question this couple have the answer, nothing is too much for them. The place is really clean and well kept. All that is stated in the description is to the point. The place really does feel like home. From arriving to leaving the whole process was flawless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to be the number 1 place to stay in Barbados. Thanks again for making me feel at home.

Definitely recommend staying here! Beautiful home, well maintained. Don’t have any complaints. Roseann was very responsive and friendly. Provided recommendations and mingled with us for a few minutes about the lovely island.

Nice, clean and cozy Beach house with private beach access and a terrace 10m away from the water. Had nice evening dinners outside enjoying the atmosphere. Bathroom and kitchen were well equipped as well as the living room, AC everywhere and a good amount of towels. Mary offered a good service including a welcome food package, recommendations for the island and help with a rental car. Tremain got us a really nice car for a reasonable price.

Just had a great 2 weeks here, location could not of been better, super place to relax, safe and secure and everything is only a stones throw away to walk to. Accommodation was superb, Tim and Heather so helpful always able to assist/arrange or suggest visits etc. Loverly place to relax day or night, pool great to cool down in and loads of chairs and beds to chill out on. The covered dining area outside was fantastic to eat in and sit and talk. Kitchen and lounge also great loads of room throughout the villa. Safe off road parking too all behind gates. We’ve just had a fantastic 2 weeks in Holetown and will definitely revisit again in the near future. Thank you to Tim and Heather for everything you have done. Home from home, your home is beautiful.

A tropical home away from home. Sophara is an amazing place to spend 2 weeks. Better than the photos. We went as a couple so the space was incredible, lots of nice little homely touches and everything you’d need for a great holiday. Amazing private pool, panoramic sea views, incredible kitchen and lovely BBQ area. Sea views were stunning as were the sunsets. Shops and a few bars within 10 mins walk. William the amazing taxi driver lives 100 yards away. Ann is the friendliest hostess you could wish to meet, great sense of humour, loads of information, really chilled and always available if needed, but very respectful of your privacy and totally flexible. Towels and bedding changed regularly, pool cleaned weekly. If you want a memorable, private holiday in Barbados forget the hotels, this is the way to go. Outstanding value for money and we did not want to leave. We shall definitely be looking to visit again. A true gem. 11/10. We can see why this is a favourite.

Beautiful villa, looks better than the photos! Very clean bathrooms and a nice pool. Reydon was an amazing host and was very communicative from when we reserved the place. He helped with recommendations and arranged rental services for us at a more local rate. Very hospitable, I’d gladly recommend!

We loved our stay at Andrew’s place! We were coming from a bad Airbnb experience halfway through our trip, and Andrew’s place was beautiful, had every amenity and more, felt safe, and was easy to settle in to. Close to all kinds of west coast spots, but you can see the sea through the trees on the gorgeous patio. Sitting on the couch with the patio doors open was a hilight. AC, fridge, washer/dryer, and all were working well. We fully recommend!

I have been travelling to Barbados for 52 years. This is the first time for my stay in this area. Easy access to the nearby beach (10 min walk). Close to buses for destinations around the island. They provided extra items in the kitchen which helped in prepping meals. We enjoyed the cold Banks beer on arrival. We enjoyed the garden area for relaxing and reading our books. They picked up and returned us to the airport for a reasonable price. Highly recommend this cozy cottage. jeannie

If you are reading this now, you are likely considering staying at Pierre’s place. His glowing reviews do not lie… it’s a safe, wonderful, and clean place with everything (and a few extras) to accommodate your stay. He was kind enough to help us get our bearings and give us a tour of Speightstown when we first arrived, and he also showed us where you could see the monkeys. There are several beaches nearby that are easily walkable, and the bus stop is also easy to get to. We liked that he was willing to rent some snorkel gear to us (it was very high quality, too!). We had a lot of fun looking at the ocean life at the beach—there are some great places to snorkel. If you need a place to stay in Barbados, you don’t need to look further.

Stephanie’s place is wonderful! It’s in a great location (car is highly recommended) for beach and relaxing. Stores and restaurants are just a short drive away. The photos match the description and it is very clean. I’d highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a laid back beach vibe.

This is an excellent place to stay on the west coast of the island, exactly as described. The view is outstanding with the beach at your doorstep. The apartment is very nice, comfortable beds, nice living room, fully equipped kitchen. Lots of recent upgrades! Easy access to the bus to get to places along the coast. Lots of nice outdoor spaces, with sofas and a table, all under a shelter. The barbecue is great to have as well and a grocery store just across the street. The beach out front is rocky so would recommend some water shoes. The hosts answered all our questions and helped us get a taxi back to the airport. You should have no hesitation to stay here!

As a solo traveller this place was perfect for me. Modern, airy and spotlessly clean. More than enough kitchen equipment. 2 huge smart TVs so I could use my Netflix etc. 5 min walk to the caboose….best place on the island for fish cutters and a really cool vibe going on there. On the 3 minute walk from the property to the main road I think I chatted to every local. Such a friendly neighbourhood. And I saw a monkey run along the garden fence! All in all I had an amazing 11 days, and I’ll defo be returning. Thanks Halim

Erin was waiting at the apartment for us when we arrived. Everything was as described in the listing and exceptional value for money. It was quiet, peaceful and safe. Every time we needed help or had a question Erin or Robin answered straight away. They were great hosts. If you are looking for a well equipped, good value condo in Holetown you can’t beat this. Close to beach, inclusive pool, local shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars then this is it. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property and would return. Chantelle’s place was perfect for our 10 night stay in Barbados. Her studio apartment is in a perfect location, right next to our favourite beach on the West Coast. The bed was huge and comfy and the bathroom was perfectly renovated. We also really loved the closed in porch. Hope to return sometime in the future!

Katie was extremely responsive and kind, her place was so nice and clean, walkable right across the beach. She also had some great local recommendations - down the road we went to pilates almost every morning to a place we would have never found if it weren’t for Katie!! Would definitely love to stay here again

We had an amazing time at this awesome airbnb. It was private, very quiet and peaceful. The pool and tennis courts were almost always empty, very clean and we used them often after returning from our day visiting the island's parishes. We were extremely impressed with the unit, the tools in the kitchen, the coffee maker was a lifesaver (there was even coffee grounds and sugar for us), the towels for the bathroom/shower and the beach were amazing. Its all of those extra considerations that are not given out anymore. Thank you so much for that Leanne! Having a washing machine was also great so we didn't have to overpack. The only small small issue was the tiny couch lol. It really only fit 2 small people and there were 3 of us. But that is such a small thing considering how amazing this place is! Everything was considered when Leanne prepared this unit for visitors. She gave very clear instructions to entering/exiting the premises, and she even left a little welcome basket with treats!

A great apartment in an excellent and quiet location. Well equipped and clean and tidy. Very handy having a bus stop at the end of the road to head into Holetown or Speightstown where there are good supermarkets, beaches and places to eat. We all loved nearby Thunder Bay with its chilled vibe, live music and tasty food. Tina, the local contact, was very helpful giving updates on maintenance to the water supply and checking all was ok. Vanessa was also responsive and gave very useful information on the local area. We had a great stay, thank you 😊

Our Property Manager Preetam was amazing to work with. The property is new and beautiful. The unit was well decorated and the property is right in the beach! There is a pool on the roof and one in the ground floor. The staff at property was very friendly and accommodating. The building was pristine! We love being in St. Michaels. If you have a car, it’s a great location between the south coast and St, James. The unit was well stocked with basic food items and soft drinks and a small bottle of local Rum. There is a distillery within walking distance from the property and a water park in the bay with Jet Ski and Paddle Boards available for rent. Great Value, we will be back for sure! Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Claire’s condo at Coral Beach. The pool was amazing and the beaches were within a short walk- making for a great family vacation, The condo was very well stocked and Claire was extremely responsive and available to offer advice and guidance. Looking forward to coming back :)

Great location, apartment is near several good restaurants both on the beach for watching the sunset as well as local places for affordable prices. Beautiful beach on your doorstep and a local supermarket within walking distance. Would recommend renting a car to give you more flexibility. Bed was large and comfortable. There are a few apartments in the buildint so you will have neighbors.

Excellent location, great service from the gardener with Sunbeds on the beach each morning and the cleaner who came 3 times during our stay and replaced towels, removed rubbish and put clean sheets on the bed. Location is excellent for the beach and Holetown with its shops, bars and restaurants. I agree with some of the other reviews about the noise but it didn’t spoil the overall experience and we will definitely be back

Book this for the location: amazing beaches including a perfect swim beach across the street and Heywood Beach right down the road, great restaurants (3 minute walk to Caboose YUM!), close to the bus terminal, & cute downtown Speightstown (pizza, ice cream, Grover stores, pharmacy, coffee shops, bank, etc.). Very comfortable (great beds, lovely pillows, comfy couches, perfect A/C) and the patio was perfect. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, snorkels, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Everything there you need to cook meals, make drinks, enjoy the apartment. (Except stuff like oil, seasonings, sugar, limited coffee filters) Highly recommend this place!
