Shey was an incredible host! She was so communicative, attentive, and thoughtful. She had a welcome basket with a variety of drinks and treats ready for us upon our arrival. More importantly, the place was beautiful and private with the most spectacular view. Our kids felt right at home in their place. Having a pool in Saipan is an amazing bonus that we definitely took advantage of! We cannot thank Shey enough for her hospitality. She thought of everything we could ask for and took care of everything we needed. We truly had the best time during our stay and cannot wait to come back! 1000% recommend to everyone!

Beautiful property and easy drive to town! Loved the views and the place felt very vacation/home-y. ❤️

大年初二到的塞班，一开始是住在别家。后来因为回程航班取消又临时决定多住了两天，所以选了这里。位置极佳，离商业街非常近。因为在附近的Gold’s Gym办了一周的健身卡，去健身房也很方便，基本上都是开车3-5分钟之内。房间干净整洁，卫生间洗澡水流也很舒服。之间Wifi遇到了些小问题，微信上和房东讲了一下，也很快派人过来解决了。

두 커플이 4일동안 지내면서 넘 만족했어요. 위치는 진입로를 찾기 헷갈릴수 있는데 한번 가보면 그다음부터는 어렵지않게 찾아갈수 있어요. 문의사항 있을때 호스트가 정말 빨리 대답해줘요! 에어비앤비라서 청결을 가장 걱정했는데 숙소 정말 깨끗하고 침구류나 수건도 보송해요. 맥주잔 이런거 센스있게 냉동실에 넣어져 있고 코인 세탁기, 건조기 있어서 물놀이하고 세탁물 처리하기도 넘 편한게 게스트의 편의를 위해 고심한게 느껴져요. 무엇보다 미친 뷰를 볼수있어서 일부러 음식 투고 해와서 숙소에서 먹고 했어요. 일출과 일몰을 보기에 숙소보다 아름다운 곳이 없어요! !! 당연히 리조트나 호텔을 가려다가 일행중 가본적이 있는 사람이 추천해서 예약했는데 다음 사이판 여행에도 무조건 여기 묵을거에요. 친절한 마리빅 가족과 아름다운 숙소와 좋은추억 만들고 왔네요😍

The house was extremely comfortable and spacious. The amenities, especially the backyard entertainment area, worked really well for our family gathering. Ed was always quick to respond to my questions, and very friendly. We'll stay again the next time we're on island. Thanks Propst familia!

한국인에게 최적의 숙소입니다. 모든 시설이 완비되어 있었고 지내는 동안 정말 친절히 대해주셨습니다. 공항 왕복 픽업도 무료로 도와주셨고 지내는 동안 필요한 모든 것들을 바로바로 조치해주셨습니다. 도보 거리에 다양한 식당들이 있고 해변도 매우 가깝습니다.

It was great to stay here, if you want cozy place, quiet neighborhood to take a rest from all the tour in Saipan, I definitely recommend here. Thank you Chris!
