Our family of 4 loved our stay at June’s place! It was in such a great location - only 2 stops from Shinjuku but in a lovely local neighbourhood. The size of June’s place was perfect for us, it had everything we needed and we loved the heated floors for our cold spring nights! The 7/11 was directly downstairs and was very convenient for breakfast and snacks. They also offer luggage forwarding which we highly recommend! June was a wonderful host. She messaged to let me know we could check in early which we were so grateful for arriving on a cold rainy day. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and we had two awesome local meals. We highly recommend June and her place!

Great location near Shinjuku main area, and conviniently located near Marunouchi Subway line. The space was clean, and well stocked, and Tom provided local recommendations that were very good! Tom responded very fast when I had questions and it was easy to find and check in.

My family of 4 had a great stay. The unit was clean, quite, private, and very functional. The location was great, close to transit, restaurants and shopping. Our host was friendly ,responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. thanks for hosting!

離京急蒲田站步行約6分鍾，很好找。有電梯上下樓很方便，房間裡的沙發和榻榻米很舒服，冷氣有冷暖功能，洗澡乾濕分離熱水很快。 小小的缺點是禢禢米房間有個窗戶沒有窗簾，早上會被亮醒，這次入住並沒有影響到我們的睡眠，希望房東可以再加裝窗簾

Location is great and safe, just 5-10 walk to 2 metro stations for 3 different metro lines, 1 stop away from Tokyo station which is very convenient for those who need to travel outside of Tokyo city. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room can accommodate up to 4 pax so it’s spacious for 2 of us. Everything is exactly as in their pictures and very clean! Staffs are helpful and polite.

Had a great stay for about 26 days. It's like renting a real apartment and living there. You need to make your own food, buy your groceries, clean your clothes yourself. The only thing I missed a little bit because it was summer was a freezer, but with a supermarket a few minutes away you can buy the ice there. Station is about 15 minutes, but I always enjoyed the walk there. You can walk along a beautiful river for a bit to get the station. I didn't have any contact with other guests or neighbors, but the walls are thin and you can hear them sometimes. I can fully recommend this apartment if you don't want the hotel experience and more of a living experience

Selina’s listing was just as described! It was incredibly clean and perfectly sized for 1-2 people I’d say. It is near a bunch of shops and many restaurants and about a 10min walk away from the train station. Very satisfied with my stay. Will definitely be booking with Selina again (:

Perfect location, easy to get anywhere in the city. It was so peaceful as we left the windows open at night for fresh air; we never heard a peep. It is also spotless and has every amenity we may have needed. The front desk was also extremely kind, especially Ayaka. She is a gem to the whole place, and she helped my mom and me experience Tokyo with the best recommendations. Thank you so much to her. The place was in a great location, extremely clean, and had all we needed, but Ayaka truly made this place the gem it is!

Great space for family, quiet, clean and convenience. 6 minutes walking distance to Ikebukuro C5 exit. At least 3 supermarkets close by. Close to airport shuttle bus.

Hiromi is very responsive, gave clear instructions to entry to the apartment. The apartment is bigger than the usual apartment within the city area. Easy access to Skytree, Solamachi Mall, train station and a big supermarket. If you do not mind the walk, Asakusa is 15 min walk away and we enjoyed walking in the cool weather. We had a comfortable stay here and will definitely return for our next visit to Tokyo!

Nous avons bien apprécié le logement pour son prix. Grand, poi ant loger facilement et aisément 6 personnes. Pres de station de metro et de train et du parc Ueno.

Good location, just a few mins walk with many things to see along the way to Shibuya crossing. Although it is on the first floor, apartment is located on a quiet street so there is not much noise. Room is clean and spacious. The house is well equipped for living. Aircon is in great working condition if u want it hot or cold it can do both well. Water kettle to boil water is very clean too. The only con is the bed. It is smaller than a queen size bed. Thank you.

We had a great time at this place. It was close to mrt station and also convenient store was 1min away.

My family of four had such a wonderful stay at Masami and Masahito’s apartment. This was our first stop in the city and even before we arrived their clear communication and proactive messages made arrival and check in a total breeze. The apartment was spotless and uncluttered. Everything is thoughtfully labelled and easy to use, and we were able to make ourselves at home right away. Basic supplies as well as a thoughtful snack basket were left for us, and there is a big grocery store a short walk away. The apartment is a short walk from several parks and playgrounds which we used often during our stay, and proximity to Hatagaya station (Keio New Line) made it easy for us to explore the rest of the city. We would not hesitate to recommend Masami and Masahito’s apartment to anyone visiting the Shibuya area of Tokyo!

Excellent price, extremely convenient location to shibuya station. Nice balcony with washing machine and kitchen. Worth every penny, its definitely better than hotel

Friendly for family. A lot of space for our 4 member of family. Clean, aircond , washing machine, hair dryer, water heater all work well. Near to aeon mini market, drug store, super market & Don quijote near koiwa station. Mr. Gang is very responsive & kind he allow us to check in 1 hour earlier & help us call a taxi. Tq sir we have a pleasant stay at your house

What an amazing flat in the perfect location. And Alex was a great host. We were supposed to arrive in Tokyo very early on a Saturday morning, but cancelled flights meant we didnt arrive until late Sunday night. Alex was very communicative and accommodating when our holiday got off to a delayed start,which we very much appreciated. The flat couldn't have been more perfect. We really loved that the shower room turned into a drying area when we needed to do laundry and dry it quickly. The neighbourhood is ideal. Walking distance to so many attractions, restaurants, shops and public transport. Just wish we could have stayed longer!

Eine perfekte Unterkunft für mehrere Personen! Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht, vor allem für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Gastgeber immer ganz schnell erreichbar.

The place is super small and the laundry dryer doesn’t work and the host isn’t that helpful when it comes to the dryer other than to point out the closest laundromat. That being said, they are responsive and the place is clean. I would NOT recommend this place for groups larger than 2 people max. Ideally a couple that gets along in close spaces. Came here with my wife and 2 young kids and we stayed out the entire day to avoid being inside. The sleeping situation was decent for us but the rest of the place is insanely small. It doesn’t have a living room or even a useable eating area. Shower is so cramped and trying to use the sink is a major challenge for anyone taller than 5’5. I gave 5 stars cause the place is clean and host is responsive. That’s all we can really ask for as guests from a host. It worked out for us but it wasn’t a comfortable experience so know that when booking

The flat is absolutely lovely and perfect for one or two people. Akari is super responsive and very helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend this listing!

We had a great stay here. It’s about 30 mins from the Tokio city center. There are restaurants and groceries around so you have everything you need. Masakatsu is very kind and communication was seamless. There is a hot bath at the same premises, unfortunately we did not have time to try it. Totally recommend.
