The room looks like the photos. The shower was hot and the aircon was cold the only night I needed it. The outside balcony is ground level but nobody ever walked past. The location is near several good gyms and central to Rawai in general. The host is also exceedingly pleasant. The room was a great value when I stayed!

Lovely host, and apartment was exactly how it looked. Only takes 5 minutes to walk to Bangtao Muay Thai if that is your reason of stay. Great value and would certainly come back if I stay in Bangtao again.

This was my 3rd time in Phuket, 1st time in Kamala beach with all the family (grandparents, 2 children, wife and I). I would like to write a detailed review but due to my work will try to keep it simple but helpful Positives: -the property looks just like in the photographs, rooms are spacious and clean. - the kitchen has eveything you need for cooking simple meals - the swimming pool is right in front of the living room, management keeps it clean all the time, including weekends - property is a 6min ride from Kamala beach, 15min ride from Patong (if traffic allows) Negatives: nothing at all! Really reccomend this property to families, very friendly, safe neighborhood Notes: if you have been in Phuket before, you need to be prepared for short rides if you want to explore different sight areas, this is everywhere, even if you stay in old downtown, you will have to take taxis or tuktuk all the time. Wir verbrachten mehr als 2 Monate in Pauls Wohnung. Für uns der perfekte Ort. Ein schönes Wohnzimmer, eine offene Küche und ein toller Balkon mit Sicht aufs Meer haben uns begeistert. Der Strand von Surin ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar, in der nahen Umgebung hat es Restaurants, ein Geschäft für den täglichen Bedarf, eine Wäscherei, Geldwechsel und ATM und ein Früchtestand. Und Paul ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Er hat sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten. Wir genossen eine tolle Zeit im Surin Park

The place is very close to Karon beach, yet away from the hustle bustle of the beach. Had a very pleasant stay here. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some peace and quiet and stay close to the beach. While we did not explore it - the walkway to the Big Buddha is right on this road, too!

I have stayed in various other rooms at The Deck. It was by far the best maintained room that I had at The Deck. Furniture especially the bathroom furniture was not torn and broken. Only thing I did was I bought a bigger cooking pot. Best experience so far on Abnb.

Gorgeous place.We had everything what we need.Absolutely amazing view,large terrace,nice restaurants,good wi fi,NETFLIX for a kid,late check out,perfect transport.Highly recommended this place !!!

Beautiful place, my kids loved the kids pool area and there’s a kids club so the kids can play while you relax and just be on your phone. Yuliia was amazing responded quickly and her place was clean 10/10

Gemütliche schöne Wohnung mit privatem Pool direkt am Strand. Alles was man benötigt ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt.

An excellent few days at Nicolas’s apartment. We were able to check in early and it was super easy to gain access. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. We appreciated the bottled water and snacks. An easy walk to all that Surin has to offer.

Our stay here was great! In the evenings there was live music at the pool in the center of the courtyard, so we could sit on the balcony and enjoy. The pool and gym were great and the hours were the earliest we have seen. This location is a 10/10 we were able to walk straight out and been surrounded by amazing food options, massages and shopping. The beaches were not that long of a walk either. Paul was super responsive and the condo was one of our favorites. We would definitely stay here again!

L'appartement est magnifique. Lumineux, spacieux, luxueux, la piscine agréable et cerise sur le gâteau, le spa sur le balcon. On a passé un super moment, je recommande.

这次住得很满意！位置特别好，周边有很多餐馆，吃饭超级方便，小区旁边就是 7-11，随时可以买东西。走路就能到海滩，早晚去散步很舒服。房间布置得很温馨，住起来很放松。楼顶的泳池也很漂亮，白天可以晒太阳，晚上还能吹吹风，总体体验很棒！下次来这边一定还会再住！

Nice apartment, located at 2nd floor, so the sun doesn't make you mad at the noon. Nice bath and bed. Good swimming pools and green territory of the building.

Die Unterkunft war super! In nur 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Ein 7-Eleven ist ganz in der Nähe, sodass man jederzeit Snacks und Getränke besorgen kann. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem gut angebunden. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

This is the place to go if you want to be moments from walking street Bangla Road, but be able to retreat to your sanctuary. A very well appointed apartment with great amenities. A bar, restaurant and rooftop pool upstairs which was fantastic.

apartment looked just like described, maybe a bit aged here and there but overall good & clean with a nice location. although this is like a hotel there is no one at the reception but check in worked just fine with Joeys aunt due to his responsiveness. we only stayed for one night, would definitely stay here again :)

I had an excellent stay at this accommodation! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel warm and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was also ideal and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-organized place to stay. The host Chris was very helpful as I required some assistance on check out day. Recommended n will visit again. Surin beach was very nearby as well.
