Lovely stay in a beautiful area. The staff were all very helpful, including pick up and drop off to bus terminal. We had everything we needed and buses to the slopes were walking distance, although car hire would be even more convenient, especially if travelling with kids. Overall would recommend to any families or small groups travelling to Hakuba.

We had a comfortable stay here. It was a little cold but the bathtub was nice. It has a great yard and a complete kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the host was polite.

Aishi's place is stunning, the view from the balcony was amazing. Super easy to check-in, the place is just as it is in the pictures. Aishi and Risa were very friendly and easy to chat to. They answered every question we had, even when the information was right in front of us. They were very understanding when we went back and forth about using the car as we weren't sure and kept us up-to-date with snow fall levels. It seemed that our safety was a priority to them. I would 100% love to come back and stay again. Thanks so much for making our stay fantastic!

One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in! It really was a home away from home. Plenty of room for 5 of us, meticulously clean and nicely appointed. Comfy furniture, coffee machine, fantastic water pressure for showers, Netflix and PlayStation for kids and little personal touches here and there made it feel like home rather than a rental. Hiroko was extremely welcoming, took us grocery shopping on our first day and drove us to ski fields every day and went over and above to make our stay very comfortable. Thanks Pete and Hiroko for opening up your lovely home to us.

There is no word to say how much we loved our stay. We felt at home and we really enjoyed meeting Jun and Kayo. They are wonderful persons and their house is at their image. We spent 4 nights but could have stayed 2 weeks there. The region is very authentic and Jun gave us a lot of suggestions of things to do. We will definitely come back if we return to Japan.

The location was perfect, near everything we wanted to see and do. The host was really friendly and responsive to our needs and requests. We arrived late because of a snowstorm and had difficulty getting in the key box which was frozen. We reached out to the host and right away took care in resolving the issue. The place was perfectly clean with all the amenities which were described on the website. We recommend this location to anyone who is interested in spending a wonderful time in the Yamanashi area.

A beautiful modern house in a quiet neighbourhood. The space had everything you needed to feel at home, we were especially grateful for the children’s table wear, high chairs, playmats etc for our toddler and baby. Would definitely recommend this space to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to rebook.

事前の擦り合わせから、当日・チェックアウト後のやり取りまで非常に明確で、心地よいサポートをいただきました。施設は木の温かみが感じられ、真冬の滞在でも凍えるようなことは一切なく、たいへん快適な滞在でした。清掃や整理整頓も行き届いており、またホストがすぐ隣にお住まいなので、何か困ったことがあればすぐに助けていただけます。車で10分前後の距離に、コンビニ、スーパー、温泉、スキー場が揃っており、ロケーションもとても便利です。どなたにもお勧めしたいリストです。

We had a great time with my two daughters, very nice villa and we love the fireplace and the cute little house outside so much, everything was perfect but just be careful of what the Googxx map showing, it’s not correct, always remember to follow the road #157.

新しくとても使い勝手の良い綺麗なお部屋と広いドッグランで家族皆大満足でした。 3連泊しましたが、日数分のタオルやアメニティも用意してあり、場所も便利なところにあるため快適に過ごすことができます。次は夏に利用させていただきたいです。

ประทับใจแรก คือ host ทั้งสองมารับด้วยตัวเองตั้งแต่หน้าบ้าน(รู้ได้ยังไงว่ารถคันไหนงงมาก😹) แนะนำอุปกรณ์ในบ้าน พื้นฐานคือมีตามที่ระบุไว้ แต่สิ่งที่เหนือความคาดหมายมีเยอะมาก ทั้งขนมมากมายที่มีให้เด็กเด็กกินได้ไม่อั้น เครื่องดื่มอร่อยอร่อยที่แช่ไว้รอในตู้เย็น ของใช้ในบ้าน มีพร้อมทุกอย่างไม่ต้องเอาอะไรมาเลย(เหมือนไปพักบ้านญาติสนิทที่ไม่ต้องพกไปเลยแม้กระทั่งยาหยอดตา😹) ในระดับบ้านพักก็ถือว่าดีเหนือความคาดหมายแล้ว คิดว่าถ้ามีโอกาสได้มาแถวนี้ก็คงต้องกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่แน่อยู่ แต่สิ่งที่เหนือความคาดหมายยิ่งกว่า คือลูกของเราดันป่วยหลังเข้าพักได้ไม่ถึง 2 ชั่วโมง ด้วยไข้ 39.7 องศา เราตัดสินใจรบกวนให้ host ช่วยติดต่อโรงพยาบาลให้โดยขอให้ช่วยดูโรงพยาบาลที่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ แต่ host กลับไม่ได้ช่วยเราแบบนั้น host ขับนำทางเราไปโรงพยาบาล ด้วยตัวเอง ช่วยเรากรอกข้อมูลสื่อสารทั้งภาษาอังกฤษกับเราและสื่อสารอธิบายเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นให้คุณหมอฟัง เข้าไปกับเราในห้องตรวจ พวกเรารู้สึกซาบซึ้งใจและไม่รู้จะขอบคุณยังไงดีคำว่าขอบคุณน้อยเกินไปสำหรับคุณสองคนจริงๆ คุณไม่ได้ปฏิบัติต่อเราแบบเพียงผู้มาพักอาศัย คุณปฏิบัต

Nozomu’s house was perfect for our family of 6. We were very comfortable, the area was beautiful for long walks. The house was very well designed and thoughtfully cared for. Nozomu was the most incredible host we have ever had- he was very resourceful and communicative. Nozomu went above and beyond to help our family in a very challenging situation, and we had the perfect holiday because of him.

We have been looking forward to this trip for some time. On the way, one of our dogs became ill and Fukuda san kept in touch to ensure that we arrived safely. His wife even made sure that our veterinarian visit went smoothly personally. You cannot ask for a better host who make you feel welcomed and treat you like family. We had to cut our stay short but Fukuda san again proactively helped us by adjusting our stay. We will remember your kindness forever. We don’t know how to thank you. We will definitely be back, not only to stay at the dog and dog lovers paradise but also to visit with dear dear friends!

こんな寒い季節にコテージに泊まるの大丈夫かな、、と思いながらも、サウナや露天風呂に惹かれ宿泊。 とにかく最高すぎる場所でした。。。 コテージ内はチェックイン前からエアコンで暖めておいていただけて、「それだけで寒かったから使ってください」と石油ストーブまで。 露天風呂もサウナもボタン1つ押すだけでOK。 冬だろうが寒かろうが、ここのコテージは何1つ不満なく過ごすことが出来ます。 必ずまた利用させていただきます。

最高の経験ができました。 まず、バーベキューグッズが豊富に揃っており、アウトドアの楽しみが一層広がりました。オーナーさんはとても親しみやすく、質問やリクエストにも迅速に対応してくださり、安心感がありました。そのホスピタリティも素晴らしく、気配りが感じられました。 また、夜空が驚くほど綺麗で、満点の星空を堪能することができました。都会ではなかなか見られない、贅沢な景色でした。室内も快適で、暖房機器がしっかりしており、寒い夜も心地よく過ごせました。さらに、アメニティが充実していたので、細かい点でも安心して過ごせました。 全体的に、素晴らしい体験をさせていただきました。次回もぜひ再訪したいと思います。

We had a great stay at Amber Hakuba Resort! The place is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped, with a good speaker that added to the experience. Their ski rental service was really convenient—they sent the gear straight to the resort. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay!

Loved it stay, beautiful villa and location

We were 2 families of 3 adults and 4 kids and had 10 days at the house for fab skiing in mid Feb. despite the amazing dump of snow the driveway was very well cleared when we arrived. easy check in as we arrived late at night. 4 bedrooms, with one tatami room downstairs and others upstairs. Note that there are two bathrooms but only one with shower/bath, the upstairs one is a toilet and sink only so required more scheduling after long day of skiing. kitchen was well.stocked with oven, kettle,.rice cooker and manageable for simple home cooking. the outdoor bath and sauna were thr ultimate treat for tired bodies after skiing and really worth it. House is in good condition but a bit older but heard they may update. note that the fireplace can't be used due to regulations on safety in Japan but house was always warm despite very low temps. A great place for a group and the kids loved it. Boot room/entry is small but adequate for skis and boots. Overall a great option for our group

周りが木だらけでとてもプライベートな空間でした！BBQも満喫できました。駐車場の前に雪が積もっていて雪かきが大変でした。
